Tony from Bounce House was very pleasant and helpful. He made my daughters 2nd birthday one to remember! We had play time until 6 but our private room until 5 but he did not bother us at all. Im sure its because there was no party in that room after us but he still gave us our space and we ended up leaving at like 5:50, so we basically had the room the whole time. We also recieved vouchers for the people that didnt show up so we can come back... And we definitely will!

Strengths - $10 for all day open play, free games, and basketball cant be beat. The establishment was VERY clean. Most of the staff were very nice.Weaknesses - Charging $10 for an one year old just because she can walk but wont bounce because shes terrified is absurd. Cleaning and sanitizing the equipment should be done prior to the establishment being open. The staff was cleaning at 1pm. My children had to wait to bounce.The young lady at the front desk needs to learn customer service skills. I was not greeted with, Hello or How are you? She simply asked, Are you here for open play? I need 2 adult signatures. I asked her if she was having a good day and she said she was but her attitude was as such because she needed to be firm. Word of advice, service with a smile goes a long way.

My twins enjoyed they self. only reason why I didnt give it five stars is because some of the games need to be fixed but besides that I like it

If I could give them a -1 I would.I was a consistent customer but now Im so disgusted with their staff.I had my sons party there and we were the last party of the evening so when it was time to go my family and I were packing up to leave and being rushed at that.One of my boxes containing some of my supplies and candy bags were left behind.Remember my group was the last one in the building that evening and I was sitting outside at 2 when they opened the next day.Yet they say their worker wouldnt take anything so who took it the building.I will never have a party here ever again and I urge nobody else to either

My nephews enjoyed their time here. I thought the facility was clean and loved the fact that all of the arcades were free. Definitely worth $10 a kid for all day play!

My children and I Love The Bounce House. They are very professional and the staff is awesome, if youre looking for some place to have fun or a party this is the right place. They also have arcade games which is my favorite

Bounce House is the best place to be at, i love coming here all the time. I always bring my kids here when they are bored at home. Its a great place full of great people, its clean there, they have a nice food/snack counter, really cheap per kid only $10 thats unbelievable, other places charge more than $20 for a kid and over here its half the price. I recommend everyone to come to Bounce House and enjoy the fun and play for your children. Even if youre not able to play you may go play the FREE arcades or play at the basketball court and i heard that they have birthday packages that do sound really nice. Im definitely doing my party here its a great place to be at. Very nice, safe, and clean. I do see the workers cleaning when i go early mornings sometimes but its well worth to know that they are cleaning early in the morning.I recommend yall to come to Bounce House because its the best place to be at really fun, clean, well-worth, safe, great open hours, great workers, has food, free arcades, basketball, clean bouncers, and its the best i love coming and bringing my kids here all the time and i think yall should bring yall kids here!!!

This place is really the pitts. Upon pulling up you can tell this place is only for desperate last minute fun. They charge all the kids one price but no play area for tots. It smells like stinky feet and dirt. The party room is sub par with lunch tables and sticky floors. The staff are very rude except the guard he had a nice smile and friendly demeanor. They have 6 bouncer maybe and one big one was deflated. Stay away.

Great friendly staff! My son had a great time, he never wants to leave when we get there. The place is very clean, and affordable to take my son there. Would definitely recommend this place for other parents to bring there kids and endless hours of fun.

Spacious not crowded fun for children under 12 to bounce video games for teens and private tv/w cable and party rooms.

Awesome concept. But the equipment is dirty, and worn out. Lots of tears and rips on the slides, popcorn spilled every where, filthy walls and floors.Staff was nice and its lots of space and things to do for the kids to burn up in a few hours time.And some of the arcade games are free. Nice touch ....10 bucks for VIP rooms (2 hours) on the weekend.

Although the location is not my favorite, I love the ample parking and the size of the venue. I just wish they had more inflatables for the younger crowd. There was 1, but it was entirely too chaotic for my daughter to get in there by herself. Maybe an open top one where they can bounce and parents can easily access them? Also, they could clean the place a little better. But otherwise, everyone had a ball. We were there for a birthday party and the kids had fun until they were ready to go. Also, we paid $15 for 2 adults and a 1 year old. I think thats pretty steep considering the adults arent doing anything but supervising & my 1 year old didnt play on anything. She just ran around the open space. Wasnt a fan of the price.

I attended a birthday party here. Staff is friendly, prices are cheap and the kids had a blast! Only complaint is the game cabinets are in need of a little love. For $10 a person though, you cant beat it.

This is a great place! Many game options! There is a basketball court and a bounce house. It’s very a nice place with good atmosphere! I would totally recommend this place for people who has kids and want them to have a great time.

The worst place I have ever thrown my child’s birthday party, I am completely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. I called to inquire about reserving a birthday party to get a better understanding of the price (what’s included) so basically nothing is included the only perk is that your allowed to bring in food. I was told I didn’t have to make reservations “just come on in” but when I did just that I was told that the birthday boy no longer gets in free because I didn’t make reservations, and than I was told that walk in parties are $200 and that she gave me a $25 discount . The room was dirty and random kids kept entering in the reserved party area asking for food (I gave them food, but once I did that they brought more of there friends and basically was looking for opportunities to steal candy bags) Never again! Waste of money!

Super disappointment. I went there today with my son. We usually go to the bounce house in Sterling Heights. Now, the bounce house we went today in St. Claire Shores is dark, small, just five old broken bounce features. Half of the Accarde games are broken. The bounce houses are losing air left and right. $10 is way too much. I will never go there again and will not recommend it to a friend. Total waste of money and time. My son and I were disappointed.

The whole place needs to be cleaned & sanitized. A few of the bouncers smelt like urine. Quite a few games didnt work.So Management replied! I notified staff before leaving as a concerned parent thank you. And you are clearly out of touch with you facility on East 8mile rd. That place has not been cleaned thoroughly in some time. All the mirrors were dusty & dirty by 1:3p. You say there are 60 games thats a joke not there, over four of the race cars had no signal & the carpet has a smell over by the baby cars the only two in the whole building & they didnt work. Please be sure to check your locations & count games before responding. Thank you!

So this place is just I don’t know what to call itI mean there was some good things but I’m a basketball fan and played one of the basketball games just because I was there with family and the balls were 12 psi they were bouncing everywhere. But other than that the place is pretty alright besides the candy claw machine the candy is stale so it’s not the best.

The kids had fun! Thats what counts.

Very impressed with this place! I highly recommend it for everyone with kids! I take my nieces and nephews every weekend and by far its their favorite place to be at. They never wanna leave when were there! Such an enjoyable/clean environment for the kids & adults. Not to mention the staff are super friendly & welcoming! Great job.

The kids love this place! Great for toddlers all the way up to adults and once your in everything game and ride is free. They dont allow outside food unless your having a party there! They dont sell pizza but they do allow you to leave to go eat and return as long as you keep your wristband for that day. We will be going back!

My 3 yr old loved this place...we were there for hours...he ran hiself tired & there were at least i bounce house to play in...we will return and have birthday parties here for him

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I paid $10 per child and it was worth every penny, all of the arcade games are free, they have an indoor basketball court, and not to mention they have lots of bouncers. I had a party here last year, the staff did everything they could to make it the best experience possible. The manager is always kind and welcoming every time I go to the Bounce House. I love going to this place, it is a great way for the kids to burn off some energy, and its something great to have in the City of Detroit!

I had my daughter party there kids had ablast. I hired Elsa, Anna & Olaf and kids was very excited. I really like having a close door room just for my guest. The older boys stayed in gym.

I threw my son a party here & I was very unsatisfied. Half the bouncers are not blown up trash is everywhere in the party room. However the kids did have fun. The employees attutide was nice.

This is the worst place to host a birthday party. The party room offers no space for individual parties. Other party goers were sitting on our tables while taking pictures, enjoying our games and entertainment because everything and everyone are too close together. If they are going to charge $50 extra to bring in a character to perform, they should at least offer a private party room so everyone else wont be included. Once the party is over, there is no place to put your stuff for the duration of the party. They wont take responsibility if your stuff comes up missing, so plan to just sit and watch your cake, gifts etc. because there is no place to store it. The place is very GHETTO and UNRULY!! There is no order, structure or supervision what so ever.

On 4/28/19 I called and spoke with a man he said he was the manager I asked him did they have bed bugs because that’s what I was told and he was very rude and defensive saying my family the ones who brung them and he was going to call the police it was a simple yes or no question I wasn’t going to tell the world and I told him that but he was rude I will not do business with them

Never been here before Took my great nephew and nieces here. They had a ball. They need to have free wifi. They gave me a free vip room. It would have been nice if the air was on in the vip room. It was a two seater room with tv thats normally an extra $10 all the classic arcade games was nice and all the games was free. Any normal kid will love this place I will return!

Love this place its perfect for a birthday party

I bring my grand children all the time. The price is right and they have tv private rooms for parents. I only wish they had variety of food.

They should clean their bathrooms more often, and replace their bounce houses that are very deflated, overall its still a great place to go

The place was ok. The staff wasn’t very involved and the guy selling the wristbands at the counter definitely seemed like he didn’t want to be there or answer any questions. Also not that many bounce houses and a lot of them needed maintenance/cleaning. But it’s a straight place to let your kids run around and burn off all of that energy.

The manager is very rude, plus this is not all day play. Its only 90 mins for $10 when other places have all day play for $10.

Worst place one boy hit my son and I went to the cashier to complain about but he kicked out my son and the boy the boy was about nine or ten years old and my son is five

Worst customer service ever, not enough staff to monitor children. Staff are super rude to children and adults, restrooms were very dirty and staff seek parties as priority only . I will never attend this ghetto place again
