The service is abysmal. The hoops you have to jump through just to be able to get in contact with the office is ridiculous. One would think that they would be personable and serviceable when trying to turn in paperwork/payments. The hours are total lies they work at their own leisure.

This Place is Nice And Cozy The neighbors are friendly.They are schools are all around so no worries on traveling far.

After many attempts of obtaining a home at another community, I came back to try with Town and Country.The process was simple, and the community manager made everything simple.Bought a great home at a low price.Love the fact that lot fee includes water and trash. And the fee is much lower than other communities.Community is quiet, safe and friendly.Only reason Im giving 4 stars out of 5 is because unlike other communities, they dont allow pets. Ive had to leave my furry companions with my family.If they were willing to change the no pet policy; they would deff deserve 5 of 5

I love living here.but the lot rent is a little bit too high with not much yard space. im going to miss the office assistant itza she was the best person to me when i bought my place a year and 2 months ago.

My mom lives here and I feel like they have way too many rules here.. the management made my moms neighbors get rid of their small canopy... u cant have dogs ... And the lot rent is way too over priced

Worse please to live! I would not recommend this place! Look at the bad reviews. Trust them they are telling the truth, any good reviews you see are from people who work there are residents theyve promised to give something to.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! These guys are the worst! Literally towed my demo (because its not my car). When we moved here the office agreed to my circumstances in regards to being a director of customer service at a company. They did not give me a sticker for the vehicle considering it was a demo but just agreed to it being there. Well they recently changed managers and towed my car and my husband and I were basically told your lucky you didnt get caught before then as if we were parking illegally when the previous manager had no problem with it. I am happy I kept the emailThat was sent to me and am now pursuing legal actions with the BBB. Thank god for social media because I will being going to every site to warn people of this place. Ive also contacted several residents in the community to post as well! I had no problem with paying the tow, I just have a problem with my vehicle (that has been there for several months) being towed period and basically being told it was my fault when they already agreed to it!

The streets are under repair is hard to navigate, well still have to drive slow for safety.

This mobile home park is owned by the same owners of Blackhawk Estates. The owners are money grubbing bullies. They will nickle and dime you. Throw away anything they dont like thats on your porch and charge you for doing so. Please do not live in any Zeman home community. Do your research, its all legit and online how aweful these people really are.

Used to be a very good place to live, but, due to bad management of the place is becoming a lawless place where no matter how many rules and regulations are implemented, nobody obey them and nobody enforce them also.

Asst. Manager is lacking professional skills when dealing with its community.
