I drive by it everyday for work, lots of kids and constant police presence.

The managers there are so awful they are so strict about everything. You can’t live in piece for day. They ask for to much. Don’t recommend

Clean & well-maintained.

Lived in the park for a long time, couldnt use the yard due to how mushy it was. Spurting of mud at night and would have huge mounds in the morning. Called health department and some other department came out and managed to pull out some very large cray fish. Had great neighbors even though the grounds had alot of broken glass etc.

Everyone just makes too much noise and not enough walnuts to go around

I lived there in the late seventies and early eighties and the manager of the park at that time was a rotten pill. Someone shot and killed him some years after we moved from there.

Security just pulls you over for dumb reasons and they expect you to pay them money. You guys are not police, you guys are just stealing money from hard working people.

This park is basically an excuse for drunk men to party past 12 PM. The neighbors are extremely sensitive when a child does nothing but play. Smells. Lots of loud music. Kids are very obnixious and probably have rocks for brains.

I am a school bus driver. I come to pick up my kids and take them home. People seem friendly and will wave at the bus. Streets are wide enough to get down. A large number of children, dogs, and feral cats. My friends who live here have had problems in the past but the office staff is better now.

Most of this mobile homes are double and some of them have back yard you can have dogs on this area and looks quiet only thing is you can lose yourself so easy bcs the streets are one way anyways is a nice place to live

40 years ago this mobile home park was in flames.. Flight 191 crashed and killed all on board and 5 on the ground.If this park can survive that.. Id say it has a fighting chance..

Dont get a mobile home or rent, too many people

Its not the best but it is more affordable than some other trailer parks.

Horrible absolutely horrible and of course its cheap but there no point in going they wont accept you or your family so I would advise not to waist your time there with a lady that doesnt care and just rejected your request .
