Decently arranged set up. Did well with not an excess of space. Being in the Stapleton area it consists of many younger kids (ages 6-13) these kids in some books may be considered “scooter kids”. They tend to not understand proper park etiquette. However, you can see some try there best. When a rider is in the bowl the scooter kids think fly out. But the rider may do something like rock to fakie confusing the scooter rider who is now also in the bowl. Don’t get mad at the kids they don’t know better. Do however, talk to them and tell them where they went wrong.

This is a fun little skatepark. Its good for beginners and intermediate skaters. There is a small bowl and some small ledges. I recommend going to this park during school hours, anytime after 3 and its packed with scooter kids. Unfortunately, most of these kids do not understand the concept of taking turns and many of the parents are too busy socializing with other parents to pay attention to their kids. As a parent, I highly recommend teaching your kids to take turns. There is nothing worse than running into a little kid and having the parents blame you. Pay attention to your kids, the skatepark is not a daycare. Other than that, its fun!

Stapleton is a great park to ride. It is fairly small, but don’t let that fool you! There are quite a few features packed into one. The features consist of: a small bowl with a shallow and deep end, a low ledge and rail that is attached to the ledge, a ledge with two different heights, a small hip, down hubba, and skinny ledge. The coping is fairly waxed, but if you are regular, you may want to bring wax for the side of the ledge that isn’t really used that much.

Fun, mellow little bowl. Great spot to learn new tricks or just flow, but can get overcrowded with scooter kids with no park etiquette. Hit or miss, just go when theyre in school. If youre a parent reading this, please teach your child how to share a space with others.

Stapleton Skate Park is a great little park with a really mello transition. Community is okay. Lots of kids and scooters most days, but thats better than jerks. Not a whole lot of variety though. If youre a beginner, youll have fun. Experts would find DPark downtown much more inviting.

This is an excellent beginner skatepark. A single, mellow bowl with varying depths, plus grind rails and obstacles around the deck make this a great place to try a new trick before taking it to a larger park. Lots of kids on scooters, but plenty of space and community flexibility to allow all to have fun. With the Greenway walking path nearby, access can be had in multiple ways.Parking is available on the street on 25th or 26th, with a short walk to the bowl.
