What an amazing group of guys. Very knowledgeable about the glass industry and the market they work in. They are very welcoming and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend taking a walk through their gallery and following their social media. You can also see some of their products on popular TV shows such as F*$% Thats Delicious and documentaries like Degenerate Art.

Cool glass. But if you expect any kind of customer Service you can forget it. The owner Vince is Cocky and rude. He gives you the feeling that he doesn’t wanna be bothered. It’s unfortunate to considering I wanted to make a 5k purchase on a piece. Vince should show all his customers with respect and not just the ones who burn 20k on glass.

Bunch of trust fund kids trying to make money off of hard working artist. Went in to trade/sell some of my collection and had me write my info in a note book? Yea thats tottaly safe. Do yourself a favor and go to a respectful art galley.

This shop has tons of beautiful art and the dudes there know tons of artists personally. It is a great place to make connections if you want to get into the scene.

This place is kinda whack & not somewhere Id expect to see people buying very expensive glass, often in huge wads of cash, but stranger things have happened . . . Maybe things will get better, hopefully - only time will tell.

Solid glass shop if youre looking for some really high quality glass. Dont expect to find anything cheap on their shelves.

Place smells like someone took a wet fart on the wall, I swear half the pipes were used/werent clean cause I can cannabis residue building up on them. Illuzions and Heady Glass are both sooo much nicer, cleaner, and helpful.

Was there at 12:45PM; door was locked and business was closed. Called the store, no answer. Hours of operation I could of swore was between noon-8pm... Left voicemail, no call back. Contacted the owner, Jared the previous day, knew I was coming by the shop.Customer service is alright, selection is alright - If youre looking for a real glass gallery experience, go to Illuzions or Heady Glass, or Myxed Up Creations or Heads of State. At least youll get good customer service and not feel like your time is being wasted. I love high-end glass, dislike shops like this.

Next level glass art! Unreal... left me kinda stupefied honestly. My mind was blown!

They will say anything to get your piece on the shelf, so they can dab from it while it doesnt ever get sold. They dont have any customers..just an instagram following base online. Please look at their pieces, ALL of them are dirty and smoked from.. They just dab in the store all day, at least thats what they did when I was there, and they offered me some too lol. I was there three hours and not a single customer came in. How do these guys make money?So what happened here?They Kept my 4k valued glass for 3 weeks on a pending trade, cause they couldnt be bothered to be open during their hours. I was harassed on the phone by Vince for weeks because I work full time and am 30 minute drive from the store, and am not able to just stop by whenever to get my glass. I managed to be there three times during their open hours (around 1230/1p) and they were closed or out on errands So I went there multiple times with attempt to get my glass. I finally was able to have VInce let me come to the store to get it. He proceeded to give me my piece, and literally shoved me out the door with force. I had an issue with the quality of the glass I got back, and he refused to take responsibility, and threatened to leave my 4k piece outside if I do not take it. I just wanted a safe transaction and I couldnt get it.Their contract is not legit either, so BE CAREFUL WHEN GIVING THEM YOUR GLASS. Please consult a lawyer when bringing your piece in. This gallery doesnt have a lawyer and do not believe it if they say they do, and their looseleaf contracts are completely not legitimate. I spoke with the police about the contracts, they are not valid and if Vince steals or breaks your glass, you would have to sue him directly not the Gallery. Gallery is not liable for your consignment, gallery does not insure your piece for anything until it is THEIRS.

Great shop and nice inventory

Came by at 5 pm, no one was here. Note on the door said put for lunch and a phone. I called to see when they would get back and they did not pick up. Its a shame that I drove all this way. Mind boggling that they have thousands of dollars of glass yet cant afford to keep the store open during their open hours.

They told me my piece was worth an insane amount of money so I left it there to be sold, after three months I finally had to go pice it up after being told a week before that that they would post it online, which they did not ever do .... These guys are rude and are the problem with the glass scene
