Before visiting the Santa Fe store I went to THEIR website to see if they had the product I was looking for. When it showed they had it in stock, I went to purchase it, only to find out their shelf price was 250% of the advertised price. I purchased a less expensive product that was 200% of the advertised price. The clerk blamed the price increase in that they are a franchise store, and the stores web prices dont apply. Talk about bait and switch. Last time Ill frequent Adam and Eve, either online or in the stores. Poor customer service.

I came in to get something for my friends bachelorette party this evening and found it surprisingly. The lady that helped me did an amazing job and even recommended a great lubricant. Frankie on the other hand pushed me to get something I did not need after I made it very clean what I came in for. She looked at me with a dirty look and said something under her breath. She was rude and not at all friendly. Not the type of person you want helping you

Went in last week and forgot to write a review when I got home but I went in clueless and nervous but came out knowing some very important things about the product purchased. Ameraa was the sweetie that helped me and made me feel super comfortable. I totally will come back of shes there, last time I went in I was greeted by a rude young lady with colored hair, did not enjoy that experience. But I now feel like the store is starting to turn around, will def recommend that curly hair cutie for all your bedroom needs.

This place is amazing!! My wife and I stopped by and were totally surprised. The beautiful soft nature of the store and staff made it completely comfortable for both of us. After talking to Amanda we felt very secure and excited about the new items she taught us about. She explained how and why lube was so important, who would have thunk it? All in all we had an amazing experience and will definitely go back to this locally owned slice of heaven.

When I walked in I was cheerfully greeted my two female employees. One asked if I needed help looking for anything and I told her what I was there for. She not only took me to exactly what I needed to find but also helped make my decision pretty easy because of her knowledge of the products. She enrolled me in the system while I checked out and let me know of the perks I would receive in my future visit. My visit was on 2/7/19 and these ladies gave great customer service. The had a very warm welcome and were very friendly. If you’re nervous, scared, embarrassed, or shy - these girls will make you feel comfortable. Went in Sunday night around 9 and the employee, Savana, was having an extremely racist conversation with a customer. Saying straight white people are the cause of all problems in the world. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I personally didnt want to spend my money here after hearing it but I needed a very specific gift for my friend. Loved the products and girl that helped me last week with the black curly hair and piercings. Dont remember her name but she was great. So Id recommend stopping by but when Savana isnt there.

Came here looking for a pleasent experience and not less that 3 minutes of walking in I was asked to put my groceries behind the desk as if I could not afford to be in such a place. Then not only after handing them my bags they attempt to set them on the floor... Not to remind you its food in the the bags. If you dont trust the people to come in and buy things why open a place in a area you feel people will take from you?Thanks for yoir service anyways.. . And to a better business
