I have been coming here every now and then for years and I had probably given it a 2 or 3 star experience.earlier this week I had come in for a specific product and was blown away with the knowledge of the pros and cons of the product.Allie the girl who was working had been very professional and had told me her honest opinion and felt I wouldnt have been happy with the product and boy shes right!! I decided to go with the item she felt I would be happy with and couldnt be happier .I have to say that I finally got a product that I couldnt I love and the greatest experience

I have been to many adult bookstores and never felt so much Comfortability to shop and ask questions until I went to the pleasures adult entertainment store on Alameda near Federal the young lady Allie Was more than helpful and very knowledgeable about different products even movies in the store and offered to help her assistance in helping me find what I was looking for If they did not have the product in store and besides she is such a sweetheart to talk with definitely consider her an asset to the company thank you pleasures for keeping me pleasured

Absolutely love Allie!! I came in last week and at first I was very embarrassed to be going to a store like this all by myself but was relieved to be greeted by a very bubbly girl!I was shocked how quickly she made it comfortable enough to talk about exactly what I needed.Her knowledge on products was impressive to say the least and her recommendation for the toy she picked out was a life changer . Complete mind blowing experience and will definitely be going back very soon!Thank you again Allie!!

Staff here is amazing. Elijah is great and always so kind, Ally is another amazing staff member and she is great at what she does. The new guy Scott has been so helpful. Zero stars after going to Colfax and having the door locked on me, then traveling to this one only to find a sign saying closed for cleaning, with no indication of when they would reopen, me and another potential cx waited for a while before leaving very disappointed
