Went in today with my daughter. Overall it was kind of disappointing. Most of the tables were blocked off. And a majority of the games were turned off. I’d say probably 10 games at most were turned on and working. We also came in with a gift card that wasn’t working even though money was loaded on it. The one bright side to the experience was a manager named Michael. He was very accommodating, and apologetic, and did his best to make the situation right. He would be the sole reason I would go back and give this location another try. Hire more guys like Michael!

Great time. Super clean. Staff was wiping down games and tables immediately . Staff were spot one and friendly.

They took time to make sure birthday party for granddaughter was exceptional and had workers constantly wiping games off with disinfectant to ensure clean. Great service great fun

Awesome place my son had a blast an I enjoyed myself too. Pizza was great.Cold beer on tap was nice option too.

I bought pizza and drink for me and my daughter, however the drink machines were covered in black mold and therefore impossible for us to drink out of. I wanted a refund and did not receive one because thats apparently not the policy. Which is crazy because obviously I cannot allow my daughter, or even myself to drink from something like that. I also didnt want the pizza either, because I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like.  We love Chuck-E-Cheese and will continue to come for the games, but not the food/drinks.

Disappointing because I thought it just might be closer to the commercials but I know that at least three quarters of the place is actually just the kitchen and the prize counter. Then half of the space remaining are tables and there are barely any games. I would rather them be a restaurant than an arcade sadly. Dave and busters and Andy B’s have way more games and a VR game. Very disappointed in this “arcade”

This place was clean. They were following all standards by book from temperature check to sanitizer all around. The staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Friendly helpful staff. The whole family, ages 2-8 had a great time. Clean and organized for safe fun.

We normally get here right when they open and it’s such a perfect time to go! Hardly any kids and looks and feels clean. Kids love getting to play games and we love the AC with the summer heat!

This is definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. I love the change with the play cards. Most of the games wont give paper tickets, but will download the tickets to the play card. Much more convenient that way.

This is always a fun place for the kiddos. Mediocre pizza and slightly pricey for the games, but a great way to keep the kids entertained for a while! I do like how the kids always seem to mix in games they think are fun with games they can earn a lot of tickets from.We went to a birthday party here earlier in the year which was a blast for all the kids. They are set up well to host parties!

My kids had a great time, especially with the new system of playing games. The staff was friendly.Buffet was full and looked really clean, that is until I actually sat down to eat. I had a mouthful of cucumbers that were soaked in a slimy residue and had a sour taste. I showed the manager the rest of my cucumbers and she disposed of the ones on the buffet but I could not bring myself to trust that anything else on the salad bar was good to eat. Never again!

If you like to spend a small fortune buy food and games here. Its great for the kids but go ahead and save up before you go

The restaurant was clean, their restroom was clean, the games were all up and working, staff was all very nice and accommodating! Greet staff was very friendly, the host, Nicole, who took my order was very friendly nice, and did a great job explaining how everything works! The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was the little Chuck-E-Cheese picture machine wasnt working but because of the cleanliness and great staff Im giving 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

I had always thumbed my nose at Chuck E. Cheese because of the infamous ballpit. We went there for a birthday party recently in 2020 and needless to say...I WAS IMPRESSED!!! There were 4 parties going on and no one was running into or over each other in the separate parties. Each party had their own helper that served the kids their pizza, drinks and cake as well as doing the birthday song with Chuck E Cheese himself. The game card included with the birthday party was AWESOME! We had time to burn left on it when we left. I had to drag my 3 year old out of there. He loved every moment and played so hard!! We were only driving 5 minutes before he was asleep. I just may consider Chuck E Cheese for my kids next birthday party or outing. Im definitely a believer now!! PS - The pizza is freakin awesome!!!!!

Great staff, Clean, and fun atmosphere!

Fun place to take your little one and have them run around like crazy for an hour or two. Very safe environment for the kiddos. Went here for a birthday party and all the kids had a great time!

The place was pretty clean. All the games were in working order. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our 6yo daughters party. The security stamps were implemented and enforced. Wish we saw Chucky though...

Went in to celebrate our sons birthday. Wasnt super busy. The staff was very nice & helped with the 2 issues we had. Will definitely return to this location.

Friendly employees food came out pretty quick had fun kids loved it me and my family will definitely be going back again!!!

My children love it. We had gone in for a short stop. Lots of different games to keep them occupied and interested. Little toys for those who dont plan on coming back soon to spend their tickets from the games on and bigger nicer things for those saving tickets. Pizza was good. Soda had a weird flavor to it. But drinkable. The staff was amazing sweet and everything was clean.

We had so much fun for my granddaughters 4th birthday party

Good Chuck e. Cheese.. there were a few games that did not work properly but the staff were nice and helpful!

Hey, just like everywhere there are good and bad reviews. Personally, I don’t like posting bad reviews, in fact never have. How ever, today is the exemption. I usually don’t come here a lot, I asked the person that n front what was the best thing to do as I was planing a few or more hours to have my kids just play and really feel that they spend enough time at this place. After making my choice based on the info I’ve got, we went to eat very little maybe 4 pieces of pizza and 1 salad and after went to play (since my kids are really wanting to play). No body told me that if I get here at 1:30pm and don’t hurry to eat I would have to pay a secondary buffet after 2:00pm. Long story short all they could offer they said was to give me a personal pizza. Seriously? What a joke. Not to mention we are the only family here now and it have been for the last hour as you can see on the picture, maybe that’s the reason, poor customer service in my opinion.

I love bringing my grandkids to Chuck-E-Cheese. And this is the best place around to bring your kids to go.

My kids love the place!

Was pretty cool, had a lot of fun. My five-year-old really enjoyed it

Its a fun place to be. I take my daughter here so she can have fun. They have machines where you can buy more points onto the card that you can also purchase. I normally just keep mines. The pizza there is okay, they have personal to large or XL. I would double check, I normally get the personal ones. They do birthday parties there, they have pizza and cake for the birthday party. The video games there are fun, and they do have a section for young children. I like coming here.

Great place and always fun for the kiddos. Prices are VERY high unfortunately. Which leaves it 4 stars.

Service was great and really good for birthday parties, pizza was a lillte greasy

Went to pick up some pizza that I ordered online since this pandemic has happened and one of the male staff there was very rude to my husband. We didnt even want to buy from them anymore just ordered from another place

Germ ridden nightmare, but its an adequate outlet for children with gambling problems.

Wow, I was surprised. This place is a BLAST. There is a television in the back that is always playing something CEC related, usually songs, some in Spanish. The play all you can play program that they have is really cool, because the kids get to play unlimited games for however long you pay for. Highly recommend.

Again my grandson loves this place. Awesome pizza mabey the best Ive ever had.

I had my daughters party here this past weekend and it was Awesome. The word among the parents was Chucky really stepped up his game. The establishment was very clean, and all the games were in working condition. Their was not on point during the party that I needed something and our party host Alexia was unavailable. She took great care of us the entire time. We all had a blast.

Not as crowded as usual .. A lot of games didnt work .. Or dispense tickets ..kids want those prizes !!Pricey

Wonderful for birthday parties. Extremely disappointed that they have a No Coffee Refills Policy, even after having spent a lot of money on food and a big birthday party!!

I love earing tickets and winning prizes

Kids running unchecked are jumping on ski-ball and basically doing what ever they want. I understand it isnt the staffs fault, but difficult to enjoy when people are cutting in line and trying to play the games you paid for...

We just had my childs 4th birthday party here. We were told to show up 15 minutes early to set up. Our party was set to start at 11am which is when they open. When we showed up at 10:45 the doors were locked and we were not able to set up until roughly 11am. Our guest had already started to arrive and it felt rushed. After the party started it was handled well. It did seem like they rushed to keep on schedule. We had cut and served cake but before my child was able to start eating they were trying to move it along as if he didnt need to enjoy his cake. It is small things but overall I seemed like my child came second to their plans and that they only cared about moving it along to get to the next party. I will be looking for other places to hold his next couple of parties at.

Good choice of games for the kids! Great Pizza.

Its a great place to go to for the kids. The pizza tastes good. It gets kind of busy on the weekends, but the arcade machines are a lot of fun to play on!

This is a great Chuck E Cheese location. Weve had a party and attended a party yesterday. Both were great experiences and our kids love going every time.

It was good. We went for a party it was nice. Kids enjoyed it.

We love chuck E. Cheese, The employee here in Denton TX they our awesome, specially the employee his name Parker his good to my kids, they have a awesome customer service its hard to find.

So far as I could determine, everything went just as planned. All the workers performed very well. The birthday boy was extremely Happy. I recommend this business for kids parties.

Pizza was good and my kids had fun. Some machines werent fully functioning. My kids had fun so it was ok.

Good place to take kids and let them burn energy and have fun!!

Even though it seems like just high school kids are running the place, they have a more than competent management team. Ricci and Nicole are the best and always helping their team. I take my kids in frequently and they are always very warm and is better than brand new Andy Bs.

Look, its an arcade for young children, run by highschool kids. Your not gonna get five star service or a delicious steak. Youll get pizza or some resemblance of it and youll eat it next to a giant rat that throws tickets in the air, teaching our young about consumerism. Oh! They serve beer here too so thats a plus! The staff is great with the kids and the manager is pretty awesome as well. The kiddos absolutely love this location. Did I mention the beer?

Love their salad and the staff are friendly and helpful. But some of their games are usually broke or dont spit out tickets.

My boy Loved his birthday here.

Fun for kids for sure, but it was so loud that my throat was sore by the time I left, and I was only there for an hour and a half. This is coming from someone who goes to rock concerts a couple times a month. I couldnt even hear the kids screaming, it was all games and music and loud announcements. I did get a kick out of the mouse being called Mr. Cheese though.

Went here To go to my little sisters birthday party, had a lot of fun with the games, but when it came time to leave I went to go to the car myself and put a few presents in and they wouldn’t let me leave? Why? Do you people who come up with the rules honestly think people are mute until a certain age? If i get abducted then trust me, you’ll know it from the blood stain on the sidewalk, and me screaming. Not to be cocky about my ability to fight against someone bigger than me, I just carry a knife for utility reasons. And what if I were brought IN by a Predator during a day in which I brought no tool such as a knife? I would be forced to stay with them “because our numbers match.” I’m telling you right now if that happens again then I’m just walking out, and anyone who tries to stop me is going to be hurting after a few seconds. Wasn’t a problem this time because my parents were only a few feet away.

The staff has improved so much since the last time we were there. Super nice and helpful the minute you have qn issue with a game. My son still loves it here and he is 9 yrs old.

Great for birthday parties.. although that mouse is creepy on stage..

Grandbabies were quite impressed with the games just expensive

The system of playing games has changed. There is now a way to play unlimited for 1 hour [you can pause the time while you eat] or you can still opt to buy a set number of plays for a flat cost. My kids had a great time. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean.

Staff was super! Buffet was so clean and full. If we had a problem with a machine, someone was there right away to fix the problem. Had a wonderful time

Kids below the ages of 5 will love it, adults and older children will hate it. Very little options for birthday parties at that age, I guess thats why Chuck E. Cheese still does ok. I hope to never be back but thats no fault of the staff there, they do what they can. Couldnt pay me enough to work that job so cudos to them

Excellent birthday party package we had. Great server. But the same problem I remember from when I was a kid. Only one attendant at prize booth

Great place for childs birthday.

Thin crust pepperoni pizza has a fresh, buttery crust it was actually delicious, in which it should be when you pay over $14 for a large & 12 slices are small in size. There is no outside lighting the parking lot is dark & its hard to see the building from the interstate at night. A large pepperoni 4 drinks unlimited refills and one 20 minute game card for 30 bucks. Wednesday evening between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Next to no one there you pretty much have the place to yourself. No table service bathrooms are clean there is handicap parking plenty of parking space Chucky the rat walks around entertaining the children no other live entertainment during our time there.

Love it!! Great place to take the kids and they even sell beer!! Haha

Way to expensive. Salad bar very small . Everyone had a great time from 5yr old to 70 yrs old

Best Chuck E cheese in North Texas !They had the greatest GM helped me with everything, made for a wonderful time for me and the little ones.

My grandbaby of 4 years old enjoys playing with all game. I love watching him having a for time. The employees are so antitive, always with a beautiful smile

Fun. Place be family

Kids have fun but always expensive. Four grandkids, one medium pizza, two drinks and game tokens. $50.00

The pizza is better than when I was a kid, and they have wings and stuff. But it is still over priced. However, my nieces had fun, and that was the point of going.

Fun and safe. The staff is good about helping if something goes wrong with games. $50 play card is good for over and hour of fun!!! Best priced games anywhere.

It is clean and well kept. The staff are really friendly and kid friendly as well.

They have added game cards to use in the arcades instead of coins since the last time we visited. 20 bucks gets you an hour of unlimited play. We will be going back more often.

Had my granddaughters 2nd birthday. It was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Pizza was good but the ordered food was terrible

Quite exciting. It is a very good play place not only for children but adults as well.

Had a great time with my son Jonah today.

Such a good place for the kids

Kids love it and the time limits are much better than tokens

Very nice and clean. Staff was very quick and I was very satisfied with the service

My son love it they have different machines from the grapevine location.

Had lots of fun being a kid with the kids

Its good service is fast and employees always have a smile on there face

Kids love it but it always blows my mind that for $70 you get 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks and some game tokens.

Actually good pizza. I was expecting cardboard catering to kids.

Best place to have fun

Great experience and great service...kids love it

My daughter (2 yrs) loves it here but its really disappointing that they dont have the slide play area anymore.

It was ok! Or courses it all about the kids. The service was lacking.

Am absolute blast for your youngsters.

Its a good place with quick service when it comes to getting your pizza. Though on the weekends it can be a little caught up when youre trying to buy your prize its to be expected at a childrens restaurant

Kids love this place but other than that I outdent go. Very expensive for what you get. Staff was friendly and thats a plus except for the person in the Chuck E suit...just didnt seem interested in the kids at all :(

Food has gotten better and games actually work!

Great just need more 2 and under games

The kids had fun. The staff were polite.

Great customer service, lots of fun!!

Great place for a 2 yr old Birthday party

Its a nice and small place but could prove more game for older children from 4-7

Was fun its changed since last went in needs more toddler play area

Not total chaos
