I’ve been here a few times to bowl and the bowling itself is fine. But keep in mind the employees are not so great. No one is ever at the bar when you want to order, and Amanda the cashier is very rude, condescending, and impatient when she speaks to you. If you hate where you work so much then leave, but don’t take it out on customers who have been nothing but friendly to you.

Went with the family today, such a fun experience! The GM, Roger(I believe is his name), was very sweet. It had been about 10+ years since weve been bowling, so prices had gone up a tad.. He comped the shoe rental for us, which I very much appreciated! Will definitely be returning in the summer when daughter is out of school and we can do the $2 Tuesdays!!

Great place to go blowing at you can listen to music and they do have an arcade game there to and you can spend some family time and the food is good there to and great costumer service nice people

It was a fun time bowling and overall was a good experience and was a fun date night.Although it was quite expensive for just two people and only 2 games and shoe rental was $45+ and that doesnt include drinks or food which took about 15 minutes (for just fries), and seemed just over priced.the staff were nice and friendly, but didnt make its known to us how much it was going to end up being at the end since that is when you pay.the place could use a update to the lighting and seating layout as it was weird having to get up and down to walk and bowl or stand the whole time.

This place sucks, would be a great place to open a bowling center

Its more expensive than University Lanes, but it a so much nicer place. Machines work, everything is clean, and I dont feel like Im going to be stabbed when I leave.

The bartender cracked down on someone sharing drinks with a minor, so its a great place in my opinion. The place was clean and the staff nice/polite.

Bring your Family & Friends here. Call ahead and get a Super Bowl. We had six people for Saturday, our own tables, two lanes, shoes, 3 appetizers (hot) and two drinks per person. Good beers including Dallas Blonde and Shiner. Very attentive service people came by three times to check our drinks, etc. We had a blast. Not the trendiest place, but clean and affordable packages. We will return.

Amanda at the front was great. She accommodated a mistake that a new hire made. She offered MMB and league bowling but I wasnt able to do league because of my schedule.

Everyone that works there is so helpful and super sweet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went here with my entire band and had loads of fun, everyone wad kind and helpful even when one of us got our phone stuck in the air hockey machine, they helped recover it very kindly.

Me and 5 others went on the night I was supose to be 2 dollar bowl night we played 2 games it cost us 98 dollars for 2 games lolAnd the group next to us was so obnoxious we could not even concentrate to bowlIt that was the 2 dollar bowl night cost I would hate to see how much it would cost on a reg night I wont be back to damn expensive

I was in town with a Women Tournament to watch, tried to get a lane. Was told I was on a wait and was good with that, but when I saw others getting lanes I said something and Amanda the front desk person said I had ignored her when she walked up and said my lane was ready and was EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT. I was with family so we all didnt ignore her JS. Besides the beer is hot . Not recommended to come here at all.

Came here for a kid’s birthday and it was pretty gross. Seemed unclean and outdated. The lanes were warped and uneven, and the pin machine would regularly rack the pins incorrectly. The food was pretty rough, too.

We overall had a good time. Kinda hard not to have fun playing games with my husband. But the actual business was pretty offputting. The associates and workers were friendly, and our waitress Mika was great. Prompt and friendly.1) Immediately on our first game our lane got off sync. My turn would end but the pins wouldnt get reset and my husband would begin his turn with my pins still up. We messed with the computer a bit but couldnt get it synced properly. After a few minutes of this, I walked back to the counter to ask for a new lane. The attendant reset our game and we continued on. Our next game halfway through it happens again. Ask the attendant and he syncs the turns so it lines up. Finally our last game we decide to play a half game, at about turn 4 our game goes from 5 rounds to the regular 10. All 3 games we played glitched in some way2) Okay so we stop, leaving our game half played, and head to the arcade. A lot of games were just off, and the basketball game ate my credits. At least one air hockey machine worked, so that was nice.3) Also, the bathrooms were cleanish. There are two bathroom, one in the bar and one behind the lockers. Both bathrooms are really intimidating, since they are both accessed through hidden, confined areas. The bar bathroom is hidden in a dark hallway that is not visible from the bar or play area. The hallway was unlit and the womens bathroom was incredibly dark until you turned the light on. Very very very easy for someone to hide. The other bathroom was in a corner directly behind the locker bays, again completely hidden from view, again very easy to for someone to hide in.4) We were overcharged. There is no clear indication of how much games cost, since pricing depends on the day. We were told the price was perpersonpergame, but then instructed to play as much as we want to, the implication being that it was all under one price. Regardless, we were still charged for 4 full length games despite playing 2 and a half. Too bad we didnt check the receipt until after we got home.One meal, 2 drinks, 2.5 games, 2 pairs of shoes and $5 at the arcade cost us about $90. Really disappointing. And people know, since it was Saturday night and it was pretty empty. When we left at 8:30 3 lanes were occupied.

Staff was very professional and friendly! We arrived about 30 minutes before an expected birthday party, instead of turning us away, they still allowed us to play. When the party finally arrived, the general manager kindly asked us to switch lanes or to get a pass for a free game next time. She handled it very well and made my family feel very appreciated. Family friendly atmosphere!

Most friendly staff Ive ever seen at a bowling alley. I havent been bowling in 15 years, but my family will be going there again.

The people are friendly and the interior has been renovated. However, the machinery is older and prone to breakdowns.

Super janky. The lane never functioned properly. It kept shutting down the game and the employees acted like it was normal. It also didnt count random pins. Two games with four people and almost every round had an issue.

Oh Denton, I wish I didn’t have to be happy that we got a brand new bowling alley soOur other two could stay in business but this bowling alley has gone downhill. $100 for 3 people for 3 games on NYE. No specials, and super low staff. 7.99 per game, 5.99 for shoes, lots of open lanes, and no “package special” on a major holiday? Ugh.It’s a toss up between this and the old Holiday Lanes on the north side of town. They both need mega mechanical updates to stay in business.

Don’t waist your time. Took us FOREVER to get checked in which no one in front of us. Only have 1 employee working while the manager walked around in the background. There were multiple people waiting behind us and still no one to check in but 1 employee who clearly did not know the system. Horrible management! Save the hassle and spend the extra $ to go to Andy B’s .

The equipment breaks down quite a bit which is difficult during league play. The bathrooms are FILTHY. Weve brought it to managements attention on numerous occasions but have been told they were cleaned. ???? Theyve been out of iced teas for weeks. How do you run a business like this? I guess because its the best we have in our area.

We had a blast here! One issue we did have was with the pin return machine, which broke down 3 times while we played in lane 25. I suggest to the staff: maybe add on a few minutes of play time when this happens. Also, dont get the nachos; they were kinda gross.

We really enjoyed our family outing at Denton Brunswick. The staff was super nice and helpful. However, only critique was there wasnt enough help at the grill for as many people as were there on a Saturday. Our food came to us in an hour.

Staff isnt very knowledgable. Manager is extremely rude. Made an announcement on the intercom about people complaining. Took almost an hour and a half to get a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Poor management and people skills, very unprofessional.

Though the website stated they were open to the public, they were actually holding a tournament taking up most of the lanes. This will be going on every weekend for the next 3 months. Call before you go!!!!!

I came here for my birthday and while it was fun, our first two lanes were broken. We got a free second lane but that one was broken as well. Good place, good fun, but please get a technician in to work on the main thing youre selling.

Staff was fairly rude, it appeared they didn’t care about customer service with their demeanor. First time coming and wont be back. Was given the wrong lane was treated rudely at both the bar and the area to order my food at. They were out of nacho sauce so they over loaded the fries with chili. Not a place suitable for children beginning bowlers as they would allow bumpers as their system was set up to where the whole bowl g alley Had to use them... over all did not enjoy my experience and will def try and different bowling alley next time.

Wanted to chill with people from work and also get a lane for my daughter and her friend while they were on spring break. Could that happen no. They ended up having league night during spring break on Thursday. No lanes available until after the league games. That is really great scheduling on their part. They need to realize that is happening when you can buy a spring break pass. Hope they get there act together.

This place is very clean and well kept. I took my daughter and her friend on a Sunday afternoon & they had a ball! Concessions are movie-theater pricey, but that is to be expected. The soda was $4+ for a large and the nacho cheese fries were about $9+, BUT they brought it out on a pizza platter. This portion fed 3 of us with plenty leftover. The employees were extra friendly and helpful too. It seems pretty family oriented and has a few video games to boot. Give this place a shot!

Me and my bestfriend came to shoot pool. We played a few games. The pool sticks were a little busted but we enjoyed ourselves all in all. I would come back, for sure. Next time well have to play a couple of games of bowling.

If you go bowling here, the food is over priced and not very good. The lanes are extremely dry .. Yes I know, its open bowling. But still it would be nice to have a little oil! The Tuesday deal for 2.22 a game is nice though, and we still had a good time!

Great place to bowl they have deals from what I saw, so you can bowl more. They also have food and drinks so youre not hungry. My friends and family went because of of this huge event called chasa and they where super cool and cooperative. Another thing I loved about bowling there was that it had a speedometer for your ball and me and my friend tried to see how fast we could get it going and it was really fun. Thanks for letting Chasa bowl.

Used to be a great place to bowl until they redid the place. Its over priced unless you are looking to bowl multiple times I would suggest the summer pass. They got rid of all the uneven bowling balls (by pound). Even though its not the that good, it is the best in Denton.

Got a great price on groupon,which included 2 hours of uninterrupted, no waiting list, bowling and shoe rental. Staff is nice. For a Sat, plenty lanes available, food was great, free refills on fountain drinks, billiards and arcade available, great family atmosphere, great selection of bowling balls and facility is very clean. Will be going again. Highly recommend.

The chicken wings awful they drowned in barbecue sauce which I didnt particularly care for... It might have been okay if they had put it on the side where I could have did the chicken wings into the barbecue sauce... The Brockton was friendly we had good conversation

Bowling is fun but quite expensive. You can find coupons online and sometimes they run promos. There is a snack bar, but it’s also expensive. I think we paid $14 for three drinks, and closer to $70 to feed 6.

Classic bowling alley. Gotta love it. Not for those who need a brick interior and bottle service at their lane.
