Great huge new playground for the kids. Waterfront, very spacious to have family get togethers. Downside theres no fence or signs to let you know if possible alligators or swimming. Small children can walk right into water which is scary if left unattended.

Beautiful and peaceful. Has an awesome playscape that is big enough for the kid in us adults

It has a few xlarge pavillions, sand volleyball court, tennis court, barbeques walking path, gazebo, playground, lake and field. My club had a meeting there under a pavilion which had 8 table and benches. Plenty of room for social distancing. While there, there was a childrens party, people fishing, people relaxing and families hanging out.

Lovely park, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon picnic and play date here!!

Nice park... just a few things need maintenance

Very nice park but basketball court needs to be resurfaced.

Clean and well kept. Very helpful maintenance personnel fixed a water fountain the same day it was reported not working.

Used to love this place. Now it just stays crowded constantly. Fishing used to be good, but the people on the lake have killed it this season with the boats and jetskis. Every once in a while you get a dock to yourself, but it nevers lasts long. Harbors a less than desirable crowd at times, especially during birthday parties and when school is out. There are better places to spend the day for sure.

It is such a beautiful and secluded area. I love it its very peaceful and would never imagen this is here going in thru a normal street

It is large, with enough parking, tennis court, a large jungle jim to play on, rest rooms and plenty of tables under canopies. Very nice.

Pretty nice there but youre no longer just able to swim

Its a good part they have a soccer /football feild and a basketball court and two play area for kids and babys

Great place for walks and to bring your family

The view was amazing, my 5 year old had lots of fun, the space is very open and lots of fun play areas for the kids. Grills are available and you can come by boat

This used to be a great place to bring the grandkids to fish off of the two floating docks. The city parks department sprayed the weeds to kill them months ago and ever since the fishing is no good off the docks. If you want to catch fish go somewhere else Thanks Deltona

Park was nice. Playground is awesome. Volleyball court is a little jank but still fun.

Nice park but the Girl Scouts overtook the baby swings last weekend and wouldnt move when I asked if my 2yr old granddaughter could ride. The parents of those 12-15yr old girls just stood there. Baby swings are made for babies, not 12-15yr olds!

My kids ALWAYS ask to to to the fishy park. It has a great small playground, and with the wonderful lake it is AMAZING! They just put in a new MASSIVE amazing playground too! We have had 2 birthday parties there and there ill be more I am sure.

Nice park. Needs some TLC by residents who care. You can tell its been abused by people who just dont appreciate having a nice local park to go to. Instead of just staying away they come in and vandalize the park. The city just completed work on a new, super cute playground meant for the bigger kids a few months ago. Unfortunately the zip line swing is already damaged.The trails and boardwalk over looking the lake are a lovely change of scenery just off of one of Deltonas busiest roads. There are plenty of good size gazebos with picnic tables to host your kids next birthday party or playdate.

I loved everything except for the bathrooms need to be cleaned and there was no toilet paper.

This is a very nice small park! Beautiful walkway at the lake with a dock for fishing.

Plenty of shade and 2 playgrounds, 1 for younger/smaller children and 1 for bigger/older children.

Awesome place for families. Birthday parties there is fishing, racquetball, baseball field, and soccer field. Routinely have family events at night. Great community Center for all ages.

We need lights at the court we go there every Monday and its nice but we need lights to stay longer

Nice playground, tennis courts are ok, great picnic pavilions. Disappointed that the city has let the bushes grow across part of the boardwalk and that they have taken the seats/tables out of the covered area on the lake, both upstairs and downstairs. Overall it is still a nice park

My daughter and I enjoy this park. We love to walk down by the water. There is a friend we can play soccer in. And she loves the playground and swings.

What an Amazing Park! I love the lake!

Campbell is the hidden gem in our area. My grandma and I fish here often. Great low key plave to chill. Never overly crowded and its very beautiful. Downside is, the playground isnt up to par, so wouldnt recommend taking the kids

I grew up on the chain of lakes that Campbell park is on.

Big open fields great for soccer or football. Has a boardwalk two stories. Does not have a boat ramp. No access from lake. But you can fish here. Has a small play ground and plenty of picnic tables.

Such a peaceful wonderful place Ive been coming here for the past 30 years I seen a lot of changes such a wonderful place as I sit here today and just going down memory lane much improvement but I remember when I used to swim here jet ski picnics with my babies and today I have eight grandchildren as well they enjoy it here, of course Campbell Park need more swings and slides and we have a perfect 10 as for me Melanie Im just enjoying the view reminiscing down memory lane

Always get a good game in..not a lot of foul calls...Not that I foul alot. Just dont like when they people who want to dispute EVERY foul call for 10 minutes...you dont get that at CAMPBELL PARK

Good fishing

The great location to be able to play soccer on the field up front or have a barbecue or picnic for a birthday if you have lots of kids that need to run around and play once again its a great location also the shade a few Pavilions and a nice Lake in two-story Pavilion with some metal docks for fishing.

There were two birthday parties and many people needed to use the restroom. I had to wait 30 minutes at least before I got my turn. I dont go here often but maybe additional restroom facilities might be helpful.

Very clean Park nice breeze off the lake tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, playground for the children, a couple Pavilions you can rent for parties with grills, walkways to the lake, restrooms.

Brian did a pedi-mani. It was totally amazing They were very personable and joked around with all of their clients. They took their time with both mani-pedi and did not churn and burn like alot of places Ive been to. It was a true Spa ecperience. Thank you for making me feel part of ths family.
