Its a very nice park but I have pets so will probably be looking somewhere else. Also they didnt have any spots open when I checked.

I wish I could give this it less. I own my trailer and I feel like I live with my Mom and Dad. Constantly being told what to do and if not constant violations. Too many to count honestly. I work all the time and I never get off til 7. I can’t do everything they want my neighbors will complain and it makes you the bad guy. I lived here 15 years ago with my Grandparents.. never had problems like these. My fence isn’t good enough. My shed that has been there for 20 YEARS now needs painted. If you don’t do it you get little notes reminding you for that it’s your responsibility like you didn’t know that already. You pay lot rent for them to DO NOTHING! Not a single thing. I feel constantly picked on. I power washed my trailer like they asked but NO ONE ELSE HAD TOO. I have to paint my shed.. no one else has too? It wouldn’t be bad if they would just let you live in peace or give you a call or text to just remind you. That’s too good for them though. Just like the other day when my weed whacker broke after almost finishing all of my lawn.. I asked them nicely to finish it for me and got it thrown right back in my face a week later cause I had to wait til my day off to mow and trim. They said they should’ve just charged me the $50 to do it. Are you kidding me? I’ve never ONCE have been late on my payment. Hell I pay earlier then most, most of the time. I’ll be moving my trailer soon. I’m tired of feeling like I have to watch my back when I own my place?! It’s like being babysat. I’m a 26 year old man!!! I don’t get in trouble. I don’t need to feel watched. I hope this message helps a lot of you looking to move into this park. If it was 15 years ago. I would’ve given it a 5 stars in a heart beat. Now it’s just trash. I love my trailer but it isn’t worth all of this.
