The community has really changed. Brand new homes are always coming in, Older homes are being removed. The playground is great for all ages. The staff is always willing to help. And the residents make you feel right at home. This is a great place to live.

I had the opportunity to visit the park with some friends and the look of the houses and community looked amazing. I heard a couple of residents talking and they said the new assistant manager Danielle was the nicest person and was making a huge difference for the better. They loved the ideas she had to make the community more family oriented.

The park has really made some good changes. Really like all the events they have been doing at the office. The assistant manager Danielle is very helpful. She makes sure that the residents are happy.

The new playground is awesome. Great that my grandkids have a place to play. Lord knows they needed it. I think its great all the community events they are starting to do the fall festival, turkey bingo and the breakfast with Santa. Its been a pleasure living here and the added addition to the office staff really helps. Danielle is always a big help and takes care of things quickly.

Whenever you have a problem you can call the office and the staff is always willing to help. The lady at the front desk is always polite and pleasant to talk too. They try to take care of your situation in a timely manner.

Currently renting a home. Very nice, peaceful, and safe. Really love it here. Getting our home was so easy with the help of Dani. She made the whole process feel easy.

I am a single mom and a first time home buyer but Danny made the experience of buying my first home so worry free. It didnt matter how ridiculous my questions were or how many questions I had she was always there to answer all of them. Buying a home weather it be your first time or not danny is the person to go see with any and all the questions you have. Thank you so much Danny for everything.

Moved in 4 months ago, the new management has really turned this place around . So much cleaner and nicer .They added a brand new playground and have really spruced up the property. As a bonus they are nice people to deal with.

The corporate office refuses to work with tenants who are visibly trying. The office staff is great, but the corporate office makes this place an awful place to live. I would not recommend Decatur estates to anyone at this point. The rent amount is never a set price due to water and garbage being added into your rent so the price varies monthly, they don’t accept partial payments, and give 5 day eviction notices to “single” parents with 3 small children after only being one month behind, even after being told we have the previous months payment.

Management is rarely in office. Understandable if they are busy, but it happens a lot. Gave me a trailer, said nothing was wrong with it. Not even 2 months later, it almost burned down due to bad wiring. Park claimed ignorance, however, I found the previous owner who said they knew about it and gave him 3-4 months of rent back, his deposit back, and his down payment back, all due to this issue.I went over a year in a trailer with almost no power. All but an outlet or two went out. In the summer, I was constantly dehydrated, the winter, I was always sick and shaking under blankets. I gained weight due to needing to eat out more because I wasnt able to properly store or make food. I was miserable, and the park offered no help, at all. I felt less than human and it was so embarrassing. I cannot recommend against this place enough. They have a stray problem too that caused my cat to get extremely sick and another tenants cat to die, due to sicknesses the strays were spreading. From what I gather from friends and other residents who live there, many have either moved or are making plans to.They also charge an extremely high lot rent, but dont have the amenities to justify it. No pool, no park, no public laundry, no storm shelter, nothing.

I only been here for 3 months had a rough start when we got moved in, but after everything was fixed we haven’t had any problems with our trailer, and the park it’s self is very quiet. They actually starting to clean up the park..!

Very peaceful living environment and they are improving the place each day with new homes and new features in the park.

I think it is a good place to live.

Very nice mobile home park. The new owners have cleaned the park up. Got rid of the old trailers and started to bring in new ones. Its looking a lot better.

New owners starting to clean up this location. On site manager needs to make sure correct paperwork filed for people wanting 2 purchase home. Know of 3 people who have been told they were purchasing trailer and mistakenly wrong paperwork conveniently filed so these people were actually just renting sumthing they thought they were purchasing. Instead of making it right the manager made them pay the entire amount again to purchase sumthing they had already paid for. Conveniently she is driving a brand new Cadillac coincidence????????

Terrible place to live. Lot rent raises a lot. Have to pay all utilities. Park city cheaper and has better amenities.

Refusing to fix rental trailer. Contacted many time, wont answer emails or texts. When talking to in person, says she will send someone right away but doesnt and doesnt go to work the next day

Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, this park has made a big comeback. A lot of the old run down homes have been removed and replaced with new homes, the community has been cleaned up and the staff are very knowledgable.
