I have lived here for over 8 yrs this is the worst experience.. My bills are incorrect they have charged me 408 for electricity and will not answer the phone and the mailbox is full also didnt get my bill till yesterday and found it taped to my front door. With a late fee and they never gave me a bill on the first of the month. Sadly I own my place but am now talking to a lawyer and trying to move as this place is awful. I am disabled and am low income with a pge special rate. So why 408 miss read by unqualified park personal and no management on site ever. Dont recommend living in this highly unacceptable place..Kristi Cormier
