I love this theater. It is he most comfortable theater I have ever been too. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and it’s clean. I can’t wait until after this COVID crisis so I can go see a movie here!

My go to movie theater. The $6 Tuesday special cannot be beat. Reclining seats, cold beer available, and all at affordable prices. They dont have the huge screens or super loud system but still, very good experience for cheap on Tuesday

I had a wonderful experience at Paragon Ridge. I was there to make up for a missed movie and they helped me out greatly. Thanks to Rosalie, the managers, and the staff. They did everything to meet my expectations. The theater is clean and the seats are comfortable. Not many seats in the theater, which in my opinion is better than the standard theater with many small seats. You can get a bottle of wine or beer and bite down on some delicious pizza. Also, what I found pretty cool was you can bring your blanket. Over all, I had a very pleasant experience with you all. Bravo! Ill be seeing you all very soon again.

Very good theater. Love the setup and the recliners.Downside, they have an app that is supposed to help. The app is great for ticketing but this location is not good for ordering food. I ordered on the app some food (popcorn, soda, and chicken fingers) while on the way to the theater. It asks if you want them to make it now. Which did not matter. We got there, had to wait in line to ask where our food was (since it was not at the mobile pickup sign)He asked for the QR code, which they could not scan. He typed it in 5 times until it was finally able to come up. Then I had to wait for him to assemble my order and cook the chicken. Definitely not convenient and missed the first 10 mins of my movie waiting. A bummer when it talks like it will be beneficial for time saving.

Came here today for a 2:25 p.m.( arrived about 2:10 p.m.) movie. So I walk in and an associate is helping people with purchasing tickets but no one is at the booth to check your tickets/scan and direct you to specific theater. They may have the employee at the counter doing both which is UNSAT. Its the weekend, I wouldnt mind waiting but I waited at podium set up to scan tix/ direct patrons, no one around.I just walked through and someone in front of me in theater said no one checked their tickets either. The girls at the refreshment counter were real nice and I like the recliner situation, and they have a little restaurant inside so the reason I gave 2 stars. The movie theater was extremely dark as screen wasnt on until the movie started, there was audio playing but no light/illumination from screen and lights in theater were not on with exception of floor walkway lighting( these are generally not very bright). Patrons were using their phones to see the path in front of them and effectively locate their reserved seating. This seems to be liability for older people coming down the stairs to make it to their seats. There was also paper stuck to the bottom of the cup holder in theater 8 row D so Im trying to determine how effective the cleaning is. You could visually see its been there for awhile, there was also remnants if popcorn in the corners of the recliners in front of me.Some of the floors/ chairs are more updated in certain theaters with the bldg. more than others here. I used to come here a lot but prob not anymore until management gets things together.Edit: When I left around 4:20 p.m. there was 3 employees standing by the podium. My review is left here for management to assess any changes needing to be made, so whomever responds to these dont ask me to contact the general manager, the information in my review is for you to do that. The best. Reclining seats that make me feel better than @ home. Intimate. Youre not watching a movie with 100 other people.Quality versus Quantity.As all theatres ... Make sure youre not hungry when you get there or youre in for an expensive experience

Good little theater. Reserved seating and recliner chairs a huge bonus. Easy to book online and go right through. Pizza joint in the theater is a nice bonus. Made going to the movies enjoyable

While the theatre seems to be a little on the older side and could use an update, I still always enjoy seeing movies at this theatre. Its smaller and somehow more comfortable, despite the reclining seats not being as plush as Ive seen at other more modern theatres. Concessions have all the snacks you are likely to find at theatres, and they have a small, separate concession for personal, customized pizzas. As I mentioned earlier, the recliner seats are not as plush as Ive seen, but they are mostly comfortable and recline properly. My seat was covered in salt or crumbs from the previous showing, and was obviously not properly cleaned between shows, and the seat material is a bit on the slippery side. But a napkin wiped the crumbs away, and I positioned myself in the least slippery way and was comfortable for the movies duration. Cupholders are conveniently placed, armrests are wide enough, the sound was clear, the movie bright and sharp, and no issues with the movie playing. The bathroom was mostly clean and didnt smell badly, another plus for smaller theatres. Staff are all really friendly, much more so than other theatres which makes me think its a good work environment, and indeed the staff all interacted well from what I could see. While it isnt a perfect theatre by any means, it is one of my preferred theatres because of its smaller size. I dinged it one star because of its cleanliness issues; I realize theatres arent wiping seats down between shows but they should at least be cleared of obvious debris between shows.

Very thankful for Paragon Ridge coming through when we got rained out of our other field trip today! The manager David was EXTRA accommodating for our special needs camp! He was very helpful and checked on us even upon our departure. We need more people like him in manager positions that know what they are doing and what good customer service is!

Small 8 screen local movie theater. It has reclining seats, the serve beer and wine, and Ive been going there for years without any problems. Great place!

Went to the matinee and theater was almost empty. Saw Call of the Wild. Good movie. Theater was clean and comfortable.

Only theater I like to go to. Easy to order tickets and popcorn online. Seat recline just relax and enjoy the movie. Throw in a feet rub and Im good. Just watch out for my corns

Really nice reclinable chairs to relax and watch the movie in! They have a pizza place indoors where you can grab a pizza to bring into the movie theater. They have many movies to choose from and good popcorn.

Ill never go to a regular theater again! This theater is a hidden gem, its small but casual and the staff is great. They have a ticket checker named Ali who is pretty much always there and very delightful! The reclining seats of course are the main star. That and $6 Tuesdays! You can most certainly catch me here at least 3 times a month.

My favorite movie theater with reclining chairs that offers a very comfortable way to watch movies. Customer service is top notch and this location by 595 and pine island has pizza and beer. This place is family friendly and also they follow the guidelines to protect us during the covid-19 pandemic!

Wow what a lovely theater! The seats are comfy and relaxing, the staff is very nice, and the theater is soooo clean!no sticky floors or popcorn scattered anywhere. Carpet floors in the theater. Movie starts promptly at the time on your ticket so be mindful of that and plan your travels accordingly. 10/10 would recommend!

This theater is the best one in our neighborhood. Great sound, very comfortable seating and a great crowd.Not too noisy, as some theaters tend to be.We dont go out to the movies very often but when we do --- this is the place we go!

I couldn’t finish watching the movie because the smell was so so bad!!!!! Please clean the floors or chairs in theater 4. I really tried sitting thru the whole movie but I couldn’t. Other than the smell, I enjoy everything else.

Firstly, I work here. So some may call this a biased review.This is a family oriented theatre with 8 theaters. 4 large and 4 smaller venues. In the summer offering free movies for kids and Tuesdays discount rates for everyone. Staff is always available to assist, regardless of position. Cleanliness is always a challenge, due to the amount of guests, but we succeed. Service is at the heart of what we do. The menu is varied, including alcoholic beverages and pizzas. I do wish they offered coffee. One thing not much spoken of aside from reclining leather seats and other amenities, is the availability to rent a theatre and play video games on the large screen. There is much more we offer so you should call.If management reads this, French vanilla / cappuccino making machine.

Love the pick your own seats. You can purchase your tickets online, at a kiosk or at customer service. No need to print out your tickets just bring your phone. A little pricey but great deal on Tuesdays for $7. The food is movie theater quality and priced food. I love this theater. Reclining reserved seating. They serve alcohol. Theres a pizza place co-located and you can take your pizza into the theater. The employees are always extremely friendly and professional. All movies in all screens are only $6 every Tuesday. They also have a Rewards program where you can earn free concessions and movie tickets.

RENTED AN AUDITORIUM AND HAD THE BEST TIME!! Fast forward 2 years since my last review, we are in the midst of Covid-19 and my sons 18th birthday. Paragon rented me my own auditorium, my son chose the movie, concession stand was open, and our very small group had THE MOST AMAZING time! It was so much fun, social distancing,, safe and clean. Zero foot traffic. If youre needing a place for a unique gathering, and Covid-19 freaks you out, check out this theater! Their people are wonderful. Ask them about their sanitization policy. Passed my smell test!

I love this place! Big comfortable reclining seats, friendly staff and clean. The only complaint i have is that there arent much available seats for movies, especially on opening weekends. Somtimes you will have to buy your ticket well in advance and/or come back. I know its a small theater but maybe they can squeeze a few more viewings in.

Appalled by this movie theater! I have been to this theater many times, however this weekend was a completely different experience. I took my child to see a movie and the intro was a commercial with Live Footage from the Parkland School Shooting! Absolutely unacceptable that this was aired and my child saw this. There was blood and bodies and just a horrific scene. Why would this movie theater think that its okay to show this type of footage before a movie? Completely, unacceptable and not something I wanted my child to see by any means. They didnt have to show the live footage and couldve edited that part out of the commercial. Im completely disgusted by this!

Excellent place to go. Very relaxing. Bring a blanket or sweater. Gets cold when you recline. Fun place for a party. There pizza and wine. And of course concession stand with popcorn, candy, sodas.

My family loves this theatre. Since theyve redesigned, the reclining seats make the theatre a first class experience without raising the ticket prices. We recently had a birthday party here. The party prices were very reasonable and the kids loved seeing a movie with so many of their friends. Compared to other theaters I found the event planning staff helpful, informed, and courteous.My only complaint is that the party room feels like a hallway. Its a little claustrophobic and not very amicable for mingling in. Another suggestion is that the only way I could get information about party packages is to have their events manager recite it to me. Most places that offer private events arm their event managers with fliers that they can hand out to customers interested in private events. This would have been easier for me than transcribing everything my organizer said.Finally, after seeing how the party panned out, it would be great to create a party package goody bag upgrade, where I could pay extra to have all my guests get a gift bag including a pass to come back and see another movie with the theatre. This would also guarantee return business for the theatre. Half of the parents who attended had no idea about the theaters redesign and how nice it is.

Staff is always accommodating. Theaters have great sound and are kept super clean. Picture is beautiful, all sound great experience had every time.

Great staff. Comfy seats. A tad more than some places in cost, but worth it. Ive been going here for almost fifteen years, and the current version of this place is the greatest theatre a person could ask for. Theyve dived on the chance to fix every issue, and even gave us free tickets after there was an audio issue at the beginning of a movie.

We have been a big fan of the Paragon Ridge 8 since we started going here a few years ago. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and make sure the viewing experience begins in a positive way (usually with Ali inside the door), then remains that way. Yesterday I realized my phone had fallen out of my pocket in the comfy recliner seat. Staff members and management were very helpful in getting my phone back and keeping things calm until i reached that goal. Movie theaters are an endangered species, and the Paragon Ridge 8 makes an excellent case why seeing a great film in a good theater offers an experience we can never get elsewhere.

Recently renovated theater. Very nice to look at. Pizza place inside the theater. Good seats to sit in for hours. Price point is pretty standard for South Florida.

Seats are kind of short for someone that is taller, 62 so my feet hang off the edge of the recliner. They offer free popcorn seasoning which is why this is my go to movie theater

I was in the theatre tonight and my keys got stuck in between the seats. Ethan who was cleaning the room at the time stopped what he was doing to help me get the keys out and tried helping me for about half an hour were he had to call the manager, Brian to get them out. I was really impressed how they went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Thank you Brian and Ethan

Paragon Ridge 8 is a great theater. They show first run movies with a discount day on Tuesdays. The theater is always very clean and the floors are never sticky.This theater has comfortable reclining seating. The aisles for the seating are wide. You never have to move or shift your legs to let someone else get to their seat, even if your seat is fully reclined.I recommend bringing a blanket as this theater tends to be cool.

Theaters are small renovated with reclining chairs be sure to check where youre sitting because its preferred seating only found that out the hard way front row seating makes it impossible to watch the movie but the manager was very accommodating gave me replacement tickets for another showing and my choice of seating, its quaint but buy tickets in advance they sell out fast and the ticket prices are fair they also have a pizza parlor and sell beer staff is very friendly the manager was even willing to replace my concession purchase which I appreciated.
