Finally we were able to get our long awaited fix for a movie. The popcorn was a welcome addition. The facility was spotless and shows pride of ownership

Just watched Star Wars at the Dome. $20 for reserved perfect-o seating. Love love loved it! The x-large popcorn with real butter is all you need.Best theater to have in the neighborhood.

It’s the coolest theater It’s huge and I love the theme... it’s fun to walk around and look. They have plenty of employees working so there’s no long lines and they pleasantly greet you. I absolutely LOVE the reclining seats... they actually recline the entire way. Most theaters don’t.I was completely satisfied with my experience there and I want to go back.

The service was great and the theatre was very clean. Their social distancing and disinfection seemed very good. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the building, from the outside, is dirty and faded. The building design is amazing, its such a shame they havent kept it in top shape. It doesnt give a great first impression. However, with a powerwash and a paint job, itd be perfect. :)

One of the main reasons I go to the movies, is the popcorn and I thought it was a little stale, I always like to have the container halfway full, Buttered,then butter again at the top. it would be a great idea to have the person behind the register able to do that with a butter unit, instead of going back and forth from the do-it-yourself Island also the concession stand could be a little faster. The theater is well maintained and clean and I love their loyalty program.

Never had a complain before, but with the Covid restriction etc, they should be more understanding, got my tickets and can’t make it, so I Call the customer service with the confirmation number and they said they can’t reschedule me, Basically I lose my money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... what I just went through with my boyfriend was terrible. We originally saw this film already. “Tenet” and we enjoyed it. We wanted to see it again with the highly talked about dbox seating. We already paid for our tickets online so the ONLINE TAX WAS INCLUDED.. we showed up early to our film and our movie starts and the seats are not what we expected at all. They barley move on the high function just wasn’t at all what we expected so we browsed for other films to watch on my phone and saw scream was playing and no one was in it. I used to come here all the time after school with my friends and never experienced this rudeness before. Manager was short answered and didn’t even listen to what we were saying. I need a refund! PLEASE REFUND ME. I asked for a refund from the manager and he said since the movie started they couldn’t refund us. I came to cinemark 24 for the DBOX SEATS. I saw scream already too btw. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I would’ve gladly paid to see scream if they refunded me the tickets for tenet cause their seats are not what they advertise.

My favorite Cinema in South Florida area, they have tons of movies you always get a sit. The chairs are super comfy.I would like however, that having some may theaters inside, they go more indie. Sometimes I have to drive one hour if I want to see something more international.Before winning the Oscars, I wanted to see Parasite so much, they did not have it until the Oscars, but most of these Indie movies never make them to this theater.

Decent pricing. Amazing on tuesdays, clean and arcade is nice.

I dont like this theater. I keep getting dragged here to watch things that have limited location release. Each time I come here there is always a problem. One time there was audio but no video, another time there was video but no audio. Each time I have to get out of my seat and pester someone to fix it.Honestly, for a movie theater the two things that should always work are audio and video. No excuses. I dont like how consistently this is a problem.Everything else is fine with the theater. Nice location, aesthetically pleasing. Bathrooms are a little dated.If they could just master that art of audio and video then I think this would get a 5 star review.

Very clean, fair prices, and friendly staff

Usually I would give this location 4 stars but I do want to send out a warning to those reserving seats in the front couple of rows of the small theaters. For example, the first row in theater 24 is much too close to the screen to even see the movie (even with the chairs fully reclined). We sat in the second row which was still very close but not impossible to see the film. The entire front row left at the start of the movie to return their tickets.This issue could be fixed by either taking out the front row of chairs, having them recline more, shifting the screen angle, or at least putting a disclaimer on the website about the smaller theaters. Ive sat in front rows before and while it is indeed close, it wasnt impossible to watch the movie like this was.

Cinematic Theater Sheridan Street. Comfortable reclining leather seats. Easy online seat reservations. Don’t like surcharge for online tickets. Plenty of parking for daytime movie. Clean and friendly staff.

Reclining seats are not comfortable for short people unless you recline. Good sound and the screen is a good size. Senior price is not too bad - $7.76 with tax. Plenty of parking. I did not visit the concession, so I cannot comment on that.

Watched Three Billboards over Ebbing, Missouri. Loved Frances McDormand. The place is clean (probably because its a weekday when we wend) and well-maintained. Bathroom was clean. Loved the facade.

Love the shrimp poppers! I recommend them, would be even better if it came with a drink though. (Could be a small for all I care) The seats are amazing as well, the manager is alright at most just kind of silly that your purse has to be a certain size so youre able to get in. I get its policy and what not but.. my mom never had this problem before.

We liked this movie theater. The Egyptian motif outside was nice. The seats were roomy, comfortable and power reclining. The theater was a little on the older side but not runned down. Food was good and they had a nice selection. The arcade is on the small side. We got there a little early and keeping 3 kids busy was a bit of a challenge in the arcade, but it was of help that there was one. It was nice movie theater and we would definitely go back.

Best place to watch movies, period. I buy my tickets online making interaction with employees very minimal. Never had any problem with theater or seats being dirty. People come here to watch and enjoy movies, which makes it a plus, this is not your typical mall-attached movie theater.

This is my first time here and it was a positive experience. The theme of being in an Egyptian Pyramid is awesome.The theater is very clean and well kept. I shall be returning in the future.

Its a drive to get here from the Kendall area but it was a nice movie experience especially since we were in the area for some business. We were able to utilize an entire row and it felt like we were at a private viewing. It was as comfortable as watching at home with the added amenities of big screen and surround sound. The kids loved the electronic reclining seats a little too much. I definitely wouldnt mind returning to this theatre. Prices are great on Tuesdays.

This place has the most asinine policy regarding purses Ive not been to any other theater where they measure your purse before you go inside if they are afraid that people are sneaking and snacks then they should simply asked to look inside their purses they have a small clipboard that your purse cannot be any larger however they dont tell you this until you were inside and the policy is not done every day I watched as they denied me entry and I had to put my purse in my car while other women who had purses larger than mine were able to enter when someone else was measuring bags I think this is a horrible policy and if they are going to have this policy they should post it outside so you have noticed before you come inside it is blatantly obvious to people standing outside that youre putting your purse and your car while youre inside watching a 2 hour movie a great way to invite criminals to break into your car and steal your purse

Prior to today, I wouldve given more stars. An interesting observation this afternoon earned two. I presume that because of this commotion about potential dangers surrounding the movie, Joker, it seems that security has been elevated inside the theater lobby. Perhaps, the increased security was before the movie release. However, I frequented this theater regularly and havent noticed any increase until this visit. Now, I dont have a problem with increased security. But sometimes the way its carried out can be an issue. In this case, women with purses or handbags larger than a subscribed size were turned away (after buying tickets) until they rid their possession of the bags. Likely in their parked cars (where my car was burgled a few years back). Im sure that the routine warning that drivers should not leave valuables inside vehicles was in effect. What a predicament for those patrons!

I have actually been in this place three times, including last night. Not only is the place big and well decorated, the people there are quite nice. The pricing is good and it is fairly popular overall.

This theatre has been built recently (or more recently renovated) and is Egyptian themed (as pictured) and is huge and spacious. There are more than one concession stands (not just those as you enter... So if that one is busy you could head to another closer to your movie) there is an adult beverages bar with beers on tap and adult frozen drinks.. Wish I saw it before I went in lol..This theatre has XD and DBOX. The sound is great... As it should be in a newer building.The spaces in between each row in the rooms are pretty big as well.. No chance of stepping on toes or being blocked by heads... I couldnt see anyone in front of me or behind me for that matter.. Each chair reclines and are plushy and comfy.This is the second time in coming to watch a movie in DBOX (motion chairs... If you havent tried it.. You should as it brings another level to a movie.. They are pricier but totally worth it at least once..) The intensity in these DBOX seats arent as good as AMC Pompano... But these seats recline and the sound is better.Overall.. Nice theatre with nice amenities.

XD theater was very comfortable. Im not convinced that seeing the movie 1917 in XD was any better than seeing it on a normal screen. Maybe the sound is better. I dont believe that the screen is any larger or higher resolution.

The design of the building is cool and they always have great movie selections and times. The theaters are very comfortable and spacious with reclining seats. They have a nice selection of concessions and they arent too expensive like some other places.

This is a great movie theater, my kids love it. The seats are comfortable but it does get packed, I would recommend you go with plenty of time.

Such a beautiful theater! The restrooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and they have a ton of food options (even gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread!). I wish they brought back curly fries, but the potato wedges arent bad. They also added a bar recently. This is definitely my favorite theater to go to!

Cinemark is a great movie theater walking distance from Stonehedge, Antigua, Towngate and Spring Valley Communities. This theater offers valley parking, ticket kiosks, and food. It has small party rooms for rent. They also have a small arcade in the waiting area. The movie rooms are large, with comfortable recliners. Its a great place to watch a movie on your own or in a group. After of before the movie, the property is surrounded by various restaurants, where one is certain to peak your interest. Enjoy dinner and a movie at this location.

This is my personal favorite movie theater. They have so many auditoriums that every movie plays at most times. The seating is on an incline, so everyone can see the movie when it is showing. Im a member of the Cinemark Movie Club. I pay $8.99 a month for a movie ticket, no fees, and 20% off all concessions. All of the tickets roll over and never expire if you miss a month ever. The best place!

Nice place comfortable seats clean I didnt give them a 5 star cause of the price Im cool with that 10.75 movie fees but what we have the problem with is the food thats just too expensive and a very small portion now that doesnt adds up. I recommend it to anyone but I also recommend you eat before you get there point blank period.

Beautiful movie theater but unfortunately customer service is not exactly humane...I was purchasing tickets for a group of us and 1 party had already purchased their ticket, so that left me with 1 unused ticket. I was running late so was unable to stop at customer service and get my refund. I went after the movies and I was denied a refund so I asked for a credit for another movie and was denied that as well Im very disappointed because I asked for a credit so the money is still being spent there I guess customer service is not priority just money is important

We came to this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Recommended.

They said I couldnt bring my purse inside even after i offered them to look inside and then i see others with larger purses and book bags.The game room stunk all the skill games were rigged so you would never win,,try explaining that to a child with a 20 card to use up.Theater was too warm but the seats were comfortable.

They dont allow bags in. Period. They also dont have a place to store the bags. We almost had to take an Uber back home without seeing the movie I already paid for because they would not let us inside. Truly a terrible experience.

This was an original Muvico theatre - a South Florida chain where every theatre had a unique detailed theme and housed the best quality picture, sound, and comfort. The Paradise 24 pays tribute to the Muvico founders Egyptian roots. D-Box is awesome with the right action movies although I do prefer the original seats they used to have. Screens designated as XD are Cinemarks versions of a sort of mini IMAX.

D-Box seats are a must! A bit pricey but worth it. Bathrooms need upgrades. Other than that, service was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed watching Black Panther at this theater in 3D. Nice, comfy, reclining chairs. We were able to select and reserve our seats ahead of time. Didnt have to wait in line for anything but popcorn and snacks

It’s located far away from both the airports. Not a good place for tourist, they do allow backpacks inside the theatre and they don’t have provision inside the theatre to store bags. They made me wait for 90 mins and refused to allow me with bag pack.

Only because I can’t not give a negative star. Complete BS not allowed to take in a my purse because it was too big the women in front of me had same size bag but because the person with her had a walker they let her bring it as medical. That was not a medical bag. Just because you go to a movie with someone who uses a walker doesn’t make your purse a medical bag. I bought my tickets through fandango this does not say it on the site and nor does it say anywhere I. The Cinemark website that you can’t take a specific size bag. This si the reason people get punched in the face and shot at. Because this company hired a complete jackass to be a manager.

Came last night to watch upside and the movie was great and funny. Now this movie theater is super cool and the rooms are huge,well designed and comfortable. You should come! And bring your pillow and blanket to enjoy your favorite movie. Beautiful place and now looks better than ever with all the new upgrades. I can see the different between how this movie theater looked before in 2001 compared to now 2019. Love it and I highly recommended to everyone!

I recently went to Cinemark with my boyfriend this past Sunday. We arrived to my movie 5 minutes early before the showing. Walking into the theater there was still trash from the last showing. There was popcorn all on the floor and seats in the row of our designated seats as well as other rows. We ended up sitting in a different row that was clean. I hope this doesn’t happen all the time because, each theater should be clean prior to each showing.
