I opted to do virtual learning for my 8 year old daughter this year. It’s been quite the adjustment & I know many parents can relate.Being home a lot more often, not getting much interaction w/other kids, I could see it was starting to take a toll on her. She has quite the energy which is normally burned through the various youth sports she was participating in. I started seeking activities for her to be involved in & I’m so incredibly thankful to have found Obstacle Warrior Kids! I purchased a single class to see how she liked it.The staff is absolutely amazing! They made her as well as myself, feel so welcome. The facility & equipment is very clean. I had no doubt that she was is in a safe, healthy, positive environment! She asked when I picked her up “mom, when do I get to go back?!” That was music to my ears. She is now a Ninja Warrior Member & each time I pick her up she can’t wait to tell me what challenges she was given! I also see her confidence has gone up considerably!THANK YOU Obstacle Warrior staff! You guys are absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Coming from another facility we found OWK a welcoming nurturing place for kids to learn and grow. The facility is huge and provides a tremendous amount of obstacles. There are frequent competitions the kids can compete in. Recommend this place for your beginner and mid-level ninja training needs.

My kids had a blast. The employees were great and tried to keep the bigger kids in line with the rules to make sure they werent hurting the little kids. We will definitely be back.I looked all over their website to see if they sold any food or snacks and its not listed there but they do have snacks and drinks for sale Im the lobby.

Good place to get the wiggles out for kids when its too hot, wet, or cold to play outside. I am so appreciative they always have open play, its so hard as a working parent to be able to find places like this for kids to play on the weekends because they are usually booked for private parties, So that is 5 stars alone! They have a few different areas for kids of all ages. I love the warped walls all being along the same wall so my 5 yo can go from one to the next seeing which he can conquer.Reasonably priced.

It is amazing! The employees are so helpful and nice, and the obstacles are clean and well built. It is definitely for more already athletic kids however, it’s definitely not like a trampoline park. We loved it! I do wish that there was one closer to us(like maybe in Tyler or somewhere else in East TX), because My daughter would love to go more often. Thank you so much Obstacle warrior kids - Dallas, TX.

I had no idea this existed. We we invited to attend a birthday celebration there. They have similar stations to the obstacles seen on Ninja Warriors and the kids had an amazing time there, but the place seemed to be for children and not teenagers or adults. Theres a larger obstacle course in the back, but you have to buy a day pass to get back there.

We really enjoyed our time here today! My Mother, Sister, my niece and nephews had a family day out so we decided to let them experience the obstacle courses... they could not contain themselves. Lol. The staff was very kind and genuinely friendly. Customer service always stands out to me when I go into places because I love people and my motto is If the job is not for you... then dont apply you are just wasting your valuable time. Honest truth :-) But Edgar, Matthew, Christina and Nick were all there to help make Our Ninja Warrior Kids experience a great one. My nephews go on and on about Edgar as if they did not just meet him today. Smh. Its sweet though, thank you loves for a good time. We will be back and hopefully we will bring a party. Try them out Reviewers!

I attended the birthday party of a friend of my child’s today and was quite impressed by everything I saw.The overall at atmosphere was rather relaxing for those watching. Unlike most children’s parties which are accompanied by blaring music making parents want to stick their head in a concrete block for the drive home. There was very light overhead music to accompany the noise of the children playing, parents conversing and coaches instructing and encouraging. The obstacle courses offered varying degrees of difficulty for children of different ages and heights. 2-year olds playing in the younger child area had as much fun as the 12-year olds competing to conquer the course.Obstacle courses were divided into short sections with 2-5 obstacles each. Children who found themselves unable to complete one section could attempt that section until they got it or could simply move to something else. The “coaches” that were spread throughout the course were very active, ready and willing to assist any child. They provided the least amount of help necessary tailored to the individual needs of the child. There were simple-to-follow oral instructions such as: “keep your legs straight”, “to get to the next part reach as high as you can”, “look up as you are running”, “now hook your elbow over the top”; all of which enabled listening children to overcome an obstacle “on their own”. For younger children or those with less physical strength, coaches sometimes lifted them in order to assist the child in reaching the final part of an obstacle.Whether the coach provided an help at all, there was always lavish praise given to each as well as constant encouragement throughout. “You are doing everything perfectly. Just try again and you will get it.” “Beat that wall! Beat that wall!” “That was the best one yet!”The cohesive training of the coaches was very evident as each approached children in a similar manner that was adapted to fit their personalities. For instance, in order to assist children in running the warp wall, each coach often only needed to place a single hand (their left) on a child’s left calf, allowing the child to focus their attention on reaching the bar at the top.Every coach looked excited to be at work, as if they looked forward to this part of their day since they woke up. They displayed an empathy toward the children uncommon in the typical “play place”. One younger child who attempted an obstacle and fell was surprised enough to burst into tears. The coach immediately met him as the child got up, addressed the child by name and offered consolation. When the child wanted a parent instead, the coach escorted him and explained precisely what occurred. It turns out child was unhurt, just surprised. The party room was well-decorated to match the ninja theme and not in any way overwhelming. There were ninja balloons for decoration and ninja-themed gift boxes for each child with party favors the birthday parents added on to the party. All of the kids (girls and boys alike) were thrilled with their blow-up sword and foam throwing star. The final outcome of any party is, of course, the birthday child’s opinion. As we all walked to the car after the party completed, this birthday-girl turns and gives her honest thoughts. “I LOVED my party!”Well done Obstacle Warrior Kids Dallas!

Good obstacles. Seemingly clean and in goos condition. No frayed edges or exposed corners. The floor padding is very solid and resilient. Staff is friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and professional. We went for a birthday party and the party area was nicely arranged spacious, they provided healthy snacks, and there were 2 staffers there. The hourly rates seem reasonable. What keeps this from 5 star is parking. Its a small gravel lot. There are no signs for additional parking. All the street parking was taken. We parked across the street in front of a closed warehouse. It had been raining and the sidewalk on the street leading to the porch entrance was flooded. It also smelled like a bait shop. But that is a nitpicky adult thing; the experience itself was good.

This was the second time I came with my son. It was another birthday party but we did not get a chance to use the party area like last time. The name used to be like Little Ninjas or something before it got changed toObstacle Warrior Kids. Its still the same Ninja Warrior like courses both for kids and adults. I really like the people that worked here. They care about the customers and go out of their way to help with the children. The kids have a lot of fun and get to expend lots of energy too. I definitely recommend for birthdays and more.

Understaffed. Only 2 employees for 75 or so out of control 10 year old boys. Kids were beating each other up. No supervision from detached parents looking at phones and computers. A bad choice for kids under 6. Equipment was worn. Kids were tearing the place up. . Keep your orthopedic surgeon in your favorites. No employees around to assist with equipment after the first 2 minutes. Bigger kids destroyed younger kids area for their own amusement.

Not only for kids is this adventure Park. Me and my friends (23, 22 years old) had a lot of fun. It is understandable that the price is very fair considering that a grown up wont be able to do more than 2 hours of obstacle course. For 15$ a good once a month training! Maybe twice, lets see if my hands are gonna get used to it. Bring training gloves

Ch
Review №52

We have brought the kids here several times and they really love it. The entrance fee for 2 hours is very fair given the activities. What is not fair and honestly is utterly ridiculous is charging $2 each for a small Ozarka water that costs 0.17 each from Costco. Im all for capitalism and making some money. but grifting like this is simply annoying. Charge $1. Just bring your own water, kids and enjoy.

Not very impressed with the front of the house. Sign in has two stations but only one was working, making a 6-8 person line. The desk area to check in or inquire about things was busy on the phone with there back to the door. After ten minutes of waiting i just walked in. So did several people that were in line. There is no control in or out like most warehouse parks for kids. It concerns me that a kid can just walk out the doors (or taken out) with no safety checks. I say this because there is a lot of parents sitting against the opposite side of the building pecking away at their phones while the kids run loose. We were there for a kids birthday party and that was not well organized either. This could have good potential but looks like the kids section and birthday parties are an after thought for the adult training area located in the back of the building.
