Nice, clean facility, weight room has many machines and free weights. Uncrowded most mornings though hours vary which can impact convenience. Use of gym unlimited during unreserved times, basketball provided upon request.

Fields can use some work. They are all bumpy with weeds and holes all over soccer fields.

This is a fun park to go to while the sun is up . If you okay Pokémon Go there is an EX Raid gym so that’s also a bonus.

Awesome Place! We generally go to a different Rec closer to our place but my kids are going to camp here this summer and they ABSOLUTELY love it! Friendly, professional and caring staff, the place is spacious n very clean all the time, I cant say enough good things about it! Very happy with everyone there, definitely recommend it for you and your family! (Thumbs up to the coordinators, great leadership)

Ive loved Harry Stone since the 70s when I was a kid. Great place to meet buddies, play inside or out. They offer classes and swimming. You can beat the heat in the summer and Stay warm in the winter.

Its a really good place to take your kids but sometimes theres burnouts :v

It is one of the few rec centers that have a swimming pool. It just underwent a remodel inside, a more extensive gym now. Classes for kids and seniors. The grounds have a walking path with strategicly placed trash cans and shade trees.

I love coming here. They have two basketball courts, a dance studio, a gym. I play soccer at this park and its amazing.

Park is fun for the kids, but IF you want to sign your kids into a program try somewhere else. VERY unorganized!!! Signed up (paid) for soccer and t-ball, 2 months pass never called, then was told they never had a coach. Manager was in the facility but would not talk, stated she would call....still awaiting that call aswell.

Variety of programs here. Outdoor pool has a lot of leaves and isnt well skimmed. Equipment is often pretty worn out. But it is a busy little center with nice basketball courts.

Very Clean and large recreation center. Staff is helpful as well.

Nice rec center surrounded by trees and a park. Zumba event was held in a very clean room with mirrors to help keep your form. Price for visitors was free the first time and only $3.00 per visit. Also, had monthly discounts. Great place. Excellent Zumba instructors.

Harry Stone was renovated a few years ago and it shows! Great facility with lots of green space around the buildings and outdoor pool.

Nice and clean park. Recreation center was recently remodeled. Neighborhood Watch Patrol regularly cruises by also Dallas Police sometimes park in the lot facing Millmar in the evenings. If walking your dog be sure to bring your pet waste disposal bags or you might find yourself being chastised by a neighborhood local. My dog was experiencing digestive issues and I ran out of bags on our walk. Uh oh. The park seems relatively safe and family friendly. However, at night a couple of blocks over near Casa Oaks and the Larry St area gunshots can be heard on a regular basis.

I havent been to the pool, but it has a descent fitness center, very small. Mostly seniors use it.

Is a good place to play soccer️

Well I used to live over by hairy stone ;). Summer was done right. My mom & I would go to Jazzersize together. The place I learned how to swim. Got my Lifeguard license from there. It was a very good rec back in the 80s. And getting to play with a basketball was hard. They never seemed to have enough balls for me to play with. And since there were no cellphones back then the volunteers had to watch and interact with us.

Fun for the whole family. Always clean, people are nice too.

Good place to get outside and relax.. Great Staff, Excellent facility, and lots of programs and sports for young to old.

You know guys its an rec center it has a basketball court inside and a swimming pool and thats it and if u interested in camps or something like that yeah its doing pretty well BUT if i love to go to the free play at the gym it does a terrible job like very bad especially if u want to go overthere every day TERRIBLY i just hate when that happens !!!!!
