Worst experience of my life. I traveled 6 hours to celebrate my sisters birthday and nothing happened like it was suppose to. Just know that if you have a party of more than 3 ppl, you need to purchase the most expensive vip one. The website is a lie when it say 3-6 ppl. You will only get enough room for 3 ppl so please be aware!!!!!

My sisters and I had a blast for her birthday at this club. We had a VIP section, the best drinks in the world, amazing music that had us on our feet all night, and the atmosphere was live!!!! The staff was professional and friendly and their manager Cedric is a true gentleman and catered to our every need. If anyone looking for a spot to party, I truly suggest this spot! Entertainment, major security and the baddest DJ and Bartenders are right here for you. Its worth the money spent!

Beware of booking VIP-management gave us a dirty used area, and it did not accommodate our 14 guest as they promised. Half of us had to stand or take turns sitting/standing. We had to stand outside in line over 45mins. Seriously, what was the purpose of booking VIP with such horrible customer service. Not to mention parking was 40$-that should have been Valet parking. The Building was over Capacitated. Is this the type of service to receive after paying a 1,000 for VIP section to accommodate 14 guest. My Fam was thinking to book his birthday celebration here-THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN! This was my first time attending this shell shack & will definitely be my last time. I wouldn’t go back if they told me everything was free. Oh yea, we tried to speak with management and they blow us off And treated us with such disrespect. Pryme Bar is ratchet and the beat. Crowd was a younger population-so I guess they feel like younger ppl don’t know how to spend they’re money wisely. Not this sista! I’ve had better!!

First time their and it was great we rented out a booth for a birthday. Very chilled, laid back, no drama, everybody had they grown and classy attitude on point. Music was good, dancing, bottle service everything was legit and a great night.

I bought a ticket to see Frankie J and Baby bash and did not see them. They charged $40 for valet and $40 to cut the line and I couldn’t even see the stage. This was the longest line I’ve ever seen for a concert and it was also below 40 degrees outside. People were freezing waiting for HOURS. The opener didn’t perform until 11pm even though fours opened at 7pm. It was very obvious they oversold tickets. Paid VIP and couldn’t even see the performers. It was so crowded no one could move. People were smoking cigarettes so it was hard to breathe. Fire Marshall came to try and shut them down so they asked people to go outside in the patio where it was freezing. Beers were warm. WORST PLACE AND CONCERT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A COMPLETE SCAM. If you respect yourself don’t come here.

Unprofessional people running the club. Recently attended an OVERBOOKED concert, as the fire marshall was coming they wanted people to wait outside in 40° weather! Overpriced drinks and outdated venue to say the least and dirty restrooms.

Came here for a concert and waited 2 hours to get inside the bar in 40 degree weather. Worst experience at a “concert” I have ever had. Paid money to be at the concert and had to wait for 2 hours just to get inside. Do not recommend ever!

My sister and I drove over 3 hours to see Frankie J. We bought VIP and meet and greet passes. We waited outside in the cold for over an hour waiting for the doors to open, the employees had no idea where the VIP section was which we eventually found out to be located on the second floor. No one came on stage until after 11pm. We were consistently threatened that the concert was going to shut down by the fire department because they sold way too many tickets and we were over maximum capacity. We couldnt see the stage and so much time had passed that only a couple of songs were played by each artist and we were told initially that the meet and greet would be in between artists and then were told after the show we would get to meet everyone but the artists had left before anyone got to meet them. It was the worst concert experience. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

I bought a VIP ticket to the Frankie J concert for $60 to not be able to enjoy the concert. The place was overbooked and it was definitely over its full capacity. No personal space what so ever! People were pushing and shoving everybody, staff was unpleasant, and the security guards were so RUDE! It was 10:30 PM and the show had not started but my tickets said it 7 PM start time. Regular admission and VIP were all together which makes no sense. I tried to get a refund for my ticket but got the run around from the staff. Definitely do not recommend to buy your tickets from Tickeri nor give business to this place!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We were there tonight for the Frankie J & Baby Bash concert and it was a WASTE OF $$. The concert promoted it starting at 7pm. We arrived at 7:30 to a super long line. We waited 2 almost 3 hours outside in the cold waiting to be let in. Turns out the venue was over capacity and they were not letting any more people inside. After hours of waiting outside in the freezing cold, we were finally let in to a OVERCROWDED venue. We were not able to walk inside!! Fire marshals and police officers were taking count and eventually started kicking people out. They knew they had big artist coming to their venue and still OVERSOLD TICKETS. We arrived at 7:30pm didnt get in until 10:30ish and we left at 11:30pm because the building was over capacity. Why sell more tickets than the building can hold??? Also NOT ONE ARTIST CAME OUT TO PERFORM the hour we were inside. Im starting to believe they did not have the artist there to perform in the first place. Pryme Dallas knows nothing about customer service and are just open to scam people. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE RUNNING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I was able to get inside at a good time for the Frankie J concert. However, it got packed very quick. Security guards were telling people to move out of the way but had no where else to go because it was so crowded. We talked to one of the managers, Carlos, for a refund but he said that he can get us into VIP. We patiently waited for him as he was checking for open tables, supposedly. We finally decided to leave as we saw more people coming in. As soon as we walked out, we saw Carlos outside hanging out with the security guards SMH. So much for helping us. I do not recommend this place for a concert. Shame on Pryme Bar for allowing people to come in knowing they were way over capacity. I had a better time next door at Knockouts!

I have been to this club three times and every time there is something unpleasant about it. The first time we went. There were issues with the booth and the promises that were made if we got a booth. The second time, we paid to see Webbie and hours before opening the performer changed with claims of the rapper not coming but no refunds were given. Now last night we went to super bowl party and there were promises of a buffet and they had meatballs, cold cut sandwiches, cold pasta and devil eggs. Then someone walked up to me and told me there would be a caterer coming and there would be more food that never came. Everyone ended up having to buy food out the kitchen and they were running out of food. The drinks are expensive and watered down. I wanted to go see Frankie j and Amanda Perez on the 13th but I will pass because I am over the establishment.

Fire Marshall closed this place down waited over an hour to get in to see frankie j baby bash amanda perez and lil rob paid 20 to park and drinks were highly overpriced..we drove 4 hours to see this to be kicked out and no refunds...i think they were never there to perform NEVER AGAIN will we go to prymebar

Went on Friday, it was loud. That’s just how I like it. Bass boosted, party atmosphere. I kept finding myself trying to catch a breath in between songs, but that sound system blaring out music, man, you can’t. You just can’t. Bartenders served up quickly. There was a bit of a line out front, but I just went through the skip. It’s Saturday now and my legs are sore from dancing, but I needed the workout. I have higher expectations of my car system now though, it’s going in the trash.

Went to a concert here tonight. Got kicked out by the fire marshal because to many people.spent over 200 and no show no refund smdh.

I enjoyed the night here. But the music could have been better. What ever happened to real music and real dancing?

Was here for a fashion show, it’s was a nice venue, they changed a lot since it used to be Club Che. Don’t know how the night life is, but it was nice during the day.

$100 valet parking$350 VIP$100 for a bucket of beer.And they couldnt even perform because fire Marshall was in the building.

The set up of this club is on point...two levels, bars and patio access on both, big restrooms, hip hop music(separate Dj on patio) the spot is nice but.....there is always a catch to what was advised on the flyer. Drink specials end around 5pm if you attend a day party. It take forever to order and get your food. Food specials end at 5pm also. The hookah prices were outrageous. But other then tht, its cool.

I heard about this establishment on EventBrite. They were having a Sunday Brunch. I was visiting the city for a weekend. I was very impressed with the food, service, and music. The atmosphere was very mature. I will be back when I return to Dallas.

I just went here last night for the first time. It was fun. We got there pretty early so it wasn’t a line or anything. They charge $5 for under 21 even though my sister said the week before there was no cover so that was odd. The music was EXTREMELY LOUD my ears are still ringing a little. They also played some songs a couple times which was annoying but it was still fun. My drink was a little expensive for such a short cup but it wasn’t a waste. At first it was more dudes showing out on the dance floor than girls. The girls were just standing on the sidelines I didn’t get it. But overall I had a good night.

Cool spot. The line was long but it moved fast. Valet was fast and respectful. Bartenders were great too. It was a cool vibe inside and out.

They just tried to charge me $40 at the door and its 1:30 and they close at 3! And no there was no event going on! That is way too much for a regular dallas nightclub where they wear tennis shoes inside!

Booked a table for my birthday for 150.00 it was the size of a cocktail table enough room for 3 people I had over 15 guest that had to stand around the club I was told that my list of 10 ppl would get in free all night not true! When I arrived at 11 there was no list only My name plus one My guest had to be there before 1130 which wasnt told to me either...My table was right by the entrance (so tacky) I texted the lady I booked with about my complaint and no response. If u wanna party here stand around like everyone else cause booking a table is a RIP off

I love this place especially in the summer. The patio is great. The food is really good. Sundays are the best for the mature crowd.

Yesterday I went to the “NBA YoungBoy “ after party hosted Mr hit that ( promoter ) waited 6 hours to see this dude and at the of the night he didn’t even SHOW UP nobody mentioned anything during the event! It was really unorganized! I have felt that I got cheated on my money and I am very upset about it

I celebrated my bday there this past weekend. Had to wait at the bar for a hour to order drinks. The bartenders actually held a conversation with each for a while. The only reason they took my order cause I literally had to walk and stand behind the bar. I Order 3 beers...$18 and some change.Ordered 1 shot...$12. Paid $20 to get in.The club itself is a nice venue. But the customer service is horrible. Cause of that... Ill never go again.

This club wrong for false advertising their artist thats performing there. My daughter brought a table for $500 and NBA young boy wasnt there to perform. They lied on flyers and website saying he was going to be there and we got the word that he wasnt.

I recently visited Prime Bar and Grill and Lil Wayne the artist was there and he performed. There are frequent celebrity visit there. The one before that was Stevie J and I got a photo with him and he was nice and calm and sweet. I enjoy Prime Bar and Grill they have great Wings great food and great trip not to mention two different areas with two different DJs playing two different types of songs. Ill keep partying here

The establishment was very welcoming. The staff was attentive. The food was to die for. The Soulfood brunch was great. You have to try the sweet potatoes, mac n cheese and the red beans and sausage. Everything was seasoned well. It was hot and displayed beautifully. The bartender has a wonderful line of signature drinks. Will continue to go back. This will be my brunch go to spot!!

If you want pay $20 to enjoy a young ghetto crowd. This is your place.

I wish I could give it no stars. I planned to spend my birthday here, bought the section and everything. I call the location the day before my celebration and ask the procedure for claiming a section and the guy says I actually just refunded you your money, we had the wrong prices up. Apparently, they are having a concert there and the sections go up $100. I did not receive an apology for the mix up or anything. On top of that, I asked who the artist was going to be and the guy couldnt even tell me because he doesntwork Friday events. Now here I am hours away from my birthday trying to figure out a new plan to celebrate. If I hadnt called them, I would have shown up looking stupid. This place DOES NOT care about their customers!

Nice place to go and listen to some good music. Drinks are good depending on who makes them. On Sundays, I wish they would have drink specials for the football games. $12.00 for a small drink that is watered down is too much.

Horrible service had a whole section no service was declined my receipt I had people ready spend I didn’t buy the section but i also didn’t go seeking I was approached by a promoter and was done so wrong

This place is a rip off! On this particular night Lil Wayne is supposed to be here. So we expect the prices to go up for a section because of that. However what we dont expect is that after you pay $375 for a section, you (the people who actually paid for the section) must still pay to get in that night! Then on top of that every bottle this night cost $250.. yup two hundred and fifty dollars! (Per the reservation coordinator Ariel). This place is basic at best, dont waste your money or your time. You try to support black businesses, but what do they do... they get greedy and rip you off.

Music was way too loud, drinks are really small and overpriced, music and crowd is ghetto and ratchet. Staff is way too strict and isnt very customer friendly. I forgot my phone in my car and they wouldnt allow me to run and get it saying theyd make me pay again... Wont be going back..

I was recommended to partake in the Cowboys watch party against KC. Upon being seated the heat was very overwhelming and I informed the server and per her - the A/C wasnt working. We placed our order for food and never did receive our food; having to talk to the manager and then the owner to get a full refund. The atmosphere was great and the DJ was off the chain but, the service just wasnt it.-1 Disappointed Brother

Ive been to this club many times especially on on some Thursday for the contest. Last night wasnt right I felt it was rigged in my heart I know it was many ladies signed I was waiting for the line up call it never came so I went to the back and saw ladies standing there so I got in line a big ugly guy came and said these are the girls thats in the finals but we was never judged like normal. I aint tryna be funny and Im no hater i love woman but the girls in the line wasnt the baddest in that club. I think they was kin to someone over the contest. PRYME if ur gonna have a contest be fair about it but I wont be back.

Depends what night you go on.. one night I went it was a Thursday and it was ok.. the Hookah is decent price but electronic and I believe in organic.. no violence.. very clean .. good dj and songs.. but I went a Friday and the Staff at the front door was there ..everything was pretty smooth until I had a question and a gentlemen beside the door girl was very rude and sarcastic.. I saw him before on a Thursday so Im sure hes apart of regular staff or management and before anyone asks thats reading this ..Was it a dumb question? ..... no.. I simply asked about clarification of an ad I saw for them and in his sarcastic tone he said well if you have to ask them you dont know.. as a patron and literally just asked a simple polite question .. it was rude and I understand they may get the same repetitive questions but that should never show to people coming to spend money and enjoy their night. I will not be returning.

I didnt want to give a star. But i didnt have any other way to express my experience at Pryme. Ive never been to a club that was so over priced on everything and not even have a crowd. If your looking to pay 20 dollars for entrance,11 plus dollars for drinks and 10 dollars for vale parking then this is the place for you. I would never come back to this establishment or recommend Pryme to anyone that I care for!!

The smell of weed walking to the club, from the parking lot was RIDIC, and ya had to pay $5 to park. The prices are RIDIC for entrance and drinks! $20 to go to a club wear all the mens jeans are at their knees, women dressed like they belong on the street, and the smell of the dirty carpet was awful, the security guy was spraying air fresher because it stank so bad! this is NOT a club for 35+, its a kid spot, the only thing I like was the DJ. i will NEVER visit this establishement again!

This place was horrible! I went last night with my friend for the 1st time expecting to see a grown adult crowd and saw the complete opposite. This place has no dress code. There were girls in sneakers and sandals. The boys were of course sagging their pants, wearing T-shirts, just a mess. When I tell you there was a pregnant girl about 8 months wearing a crop top and leggings in there twerking!! I knew I would never be back to this place again. The only good thing were the wings and texas toast. Overall, this place is not for anyone over the age of 30 with clasd.

After spending 30 plus for two shots and a beer I kinda lost my will to party and was ready to go to the next spot. But hey Im just an out of towner...who am I to speak on that. Was there last night, as I exited my car to walk up to the building all I smelled and enhaled was weed, totally disgusted by that. You would think they wer spraying it out of a machine with how strong it was..(FYI- everyone doesn’t do dugs)The sure ratchetness of this place. I was disgusted and very turned off by this place I wasted $20 for cover, Dance floor is very very small, the women’s restroom is bigger then the dance floor. I don’t know if it was age of crowd or what, it was Rachetteville, I do not recommend if your looking for decent place to party with class and sophistication, skip this place.
