Best Mexican food in Dallas. No one can touch them so dont even try. Im from San Diego originally were they make real Mexican food but this place is on point when it comes to authentic delicious food.

Went with my guest early Saturday evening to Glorias in Addison for the first time this past Saturday (08/22) since early March when the pandemic hit in full force here in DFW. I have always liked this location and rotate visits between other DFW Glorias. Social distancing was in full effect with spacing of the patrons and the wait staff were fully masked. Our waiter Francisco was WONDERFUL! He was timely with coming to our table initially, offered a new dish suggestion and our order was received perfectly. Drinks never disappoint at Glorias. We had the brisket quesadillas which he suggested. They were so delicious! Juicy brisket (not greasy) and they just hit the spot! We also had a tropical salad which I always order and it never disappoints. Francisco checked to see if we wanted dessert. We did not want it this time but I appreciate him asking and not just throwing the bill down without checking. Was a great time visiting Glorias in Addison and look forward to going back soon!

Glorias has a great reputation and tonight I found out why!!! Great service, drinks and food!The chips and salsa were awesome...just enough spice! I order the Red Snapper Tacos and they were delicious and Soooo filling. My partner ordered Steak and Chicken Fajitas and WOW! EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT!

Never disappointed here! The patio gets crowded, weekdays around 4PM, so go early. Service was great, food was fantastic!

I love Glorias. Great service, good food. This location is very elegant and beautiful. However, all the hard surfaces make it very noisy. If youre an older person like me, its not easy to hear your dining companions over the din. And of course the servers who are required to wear masks are impossible to understand. Youll just have to wing it.

I loved the place! The place is huge! Everyone was nice. They have music after 10 but you can enter for free with your receipt or just stay after dinner. I had the salmon and it was delicious. I would probably get it again. I would recommend anyone to go if they’re in the mood for dinner and dancing.

Brunch here is always great. Fresh and delicious. The brisket is juicy and flavorful.

The past 3 times I have tried to go the front hosts always tell me basic seating is unavailable or it’s some wait, it’s either the bar or some uncomfortable corner of the patio. The front host are never accommodating or really seem to care they are always in their own conversation. The wait staff is great! The food is good too. Best bet honestly if you want Glorias is to go to another location because this is the only one we have ran into this issue.

This site is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a delicious lunch, this place comes first to my mind. excellent and diverse food and a rich cuisine.trained team, and good mood. Also important, the cost is affordable. I tell about this spot with no hesitation.

The gentleman who waited on us was exceptional. Provided excellent service. I believe his name is Francisco. Kudos to him.The food was also delicious.

Curbside needs a better system.. between me and my boyfriend we called 15+ times when we parked (order was already placed). Had to walk in (w/out a mask because my selection my curbside pick up didnt expect to have to get out of my car) to let them know we were waiting for our food and no one is answering the phone for us to let them know we are there. Thankfully our food was correct but not as warm.

I dined here several years ago and was not at all impressed. This past weekend friends wanted to go there, so begrudgingly, I went. Man, I am happy that I did. The ambiance is upscale elegance, the service is top notch, and the food? Fresh, tasty, and well prepared. This place draws a trendy crowd especially after 10pm as they begin arriving for the music and dancing. I was blown away and for sure this is a completely transformed Glorias from the lackluster experience of several years ago. Its definitely worth a visit!

First time going here and I absolutely loved it! Great upscale Mexican establishment, and the food is superb! I order the number 1 combination. Lawd, have mercy it was so delicious! Season to perfection. Shoot, I done got too excited that I failed to mention that the chips and salsa was so bomb. I have eaten at alot of Mexican restaurants, but Glorias salsa tops anyone I have ever tasted. And the customer service was excellent, our waiter kept our drinks refilled. I will definitely be going back here again. Oh the guacamole was very good as well. I forgot to take a picture of my full plate, but I did take a pic of the chicken enchilada.

Food was good. Rub eye was good i asked for medium got medium well. Other then that great place to try out.

I visited Glorias for the first time and I fell in love! The atmosphere and decor is a combination of classy, modern, upscale, calming, and esthetically pleasing. Definitely the place to be for happy hour, date nights, or any type of special event. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional our waitress anticipated our every need before we could even ask. The food is affordable and delicious. My friend order the salmon dish and I got the chicken and enchilada dish with guacamole as an appetizer and it was less than about 43 dollars before the tip! Will definitely be back hopefully this chain expands soon ...we need a Glorias in every state!

To go service is very slow. Called to let them know i was in spot one, waited 17 minutes and i had to call again, it seems that the LADY who picked up the first time forgot to tell them i was there.

Glorias is one of my favorite restaurants and this location was not my usual location to go. Food tasted great as I expected. I enjoyed the Salsa dancing after the restaurant hours at this location. We didnt wait too long to get seated on a Friday night for a party of 10. I decided to try something different this time.and it tasted good. Yucca and plantain.

I can go on and on about Gloria’s Latin Cuisine. Whether I’m visiting this location, Greenville, or Uptown I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m kind of a creature of habit if I fall in love with the specific dish and for me the tamales are it. Wrapped in a banana leaf they are moist and full of chicken, potato, spices, and simply mouthwatering! I added a side of rice and beans just to make sure I got nice and full, then topped that off with a Mango Margarita. My husband had the Taco & Enchilada plate. ️️️

First time at this location, I went with a friend after a long day of work. Enjoyed the drinks, I got the mango margarita and flautas - really good. Our servers and the waiters checked on us regularly, great service! It was a tad bit dark in the section we sat to take a good pic, however well be coming back when Im back in the area.

Great mimosas! Incredible overall atmosphere. Love going here for brunch specials and the bean dip is amazing. A fancy take on traditional Mexican and Salvadoran dishes, plus they have horchata.

I really enjoyed dining here for my boyfriends birthday a couple weeks ago. The drinks were yummy, the food was amazballs & they were not greedy with those chips!! Also all three dips that came with the chips were crazy good overall the vibe of this place is very cool & it was a nice experience

I came to visit from a town that is rated #1 for best tacos in Texas so I know good food when I taste it but I was completely blown away by how everything in the plate tasted incredible. Margaritas were strong and on point.Even the music brought me back with some oldies but goodies playing . Your playing yourself if you dont stop by. I will definitely be back!

My favorite part of Glorias is 3 wonderful choices that come with the chips. We love the bean dip, red salsa, and salsa Verde. The chicken nachos were very tasty, and my husbands fajitas look amazing. I will probably get fajitas next time. The service was a little bit Slower than Id like, but it was The lunch rush, so thats somewhat expected.

Another amazing Gloria’s. The food is perfect as always and the music after dinner is a spectacular bonus to burn some of that food off. Or just to have an amazing night with great drinks, music and dancing. Brought my friends here when they visited from out of state and they even fell in love with Gloria’s. Gloria’s never disappoints.

Waited 2 hours to be seated. The staff was great! The drinks were good but not strong. The worst thing was the wait and food. Pupusas were cold and so was my chimichanga. Spent over $30 for just me, wasn’t great.

Very nice restaurant with lots of room. The food is always plated very nicely and taste great. Nice menu with good variety to satisfy most taste. Beautifully large oval bar with variety of tasty cocktails. Id call ahead on weekends and maybe get here an hour early to enjoy a nice cocktail before being seated. The staff is friendly and go out of there way to make it a great experience. Been here several times and never disappoints. Atmosphere is lively and always inviting. My wife and I visited Glorias last night. If you are looking for a type of place for drinks with friends, youd be going to the right place. Drinks were the right type of strong, and service was top notch. The food on the other hand left a lot for me to desire. We ordered 2 separate plates to try out and we were both disappointed. The portions were more than enough but the flavoring was not. We ordered the Caldo 7 Mares and the Carne Adobada. The steak was cooked well but the sauce and the steak needed a lot of flavor. The caldo on the other hand had plenty of pieces of seafood as promised but was so salty my wife and I couldnt finish it. The plate was more resembling a stew than a soup. As Ive said before, drinks were great and food not so much.

First time, Angel was excellent!! His trainer did an excellent job. He was very patient and explained everything to Angel. Having been in Management and self employed for 20 years, good trainers are hard to find. Will be back!! Food was GREAT!!

Good variety of options, and the store is nicely decorated and maintained. Ordered the grilled quail for lunch this last time. Flavor was good, but dealing with the bones was a hassle. If they served it boneless, it would rock. Their margaritas are good, but be warned, they are fairly strong. Glorias hasnt knocked my socks off in a few years, but its never a disappointing experience. Solid B+.

We had a party of people with us and they helped us tremendously with what to order and how many dishes is enough to order for them. We decided to get family style lunch. There was not a single food that I did not like. Loved every single dish! Fajitas were well seasoned and tasty! Salsas were great and they bring so much to the table(literally). The only thing that could improve a little would be assigning more than one server for bigger parties to help things go more smoothly.

Had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating a friends birthday. Wasnt aware that the place transformed at roughly 11pm but it was a great time!

Went here for my birthday even tho it is very upscale the price was surprisingly very good! The food was delicious, the server attentive, and the atmosphere incredible. Highly recommended!!

Our server was great and he helped recommend some entrees to us! Although, I would have given this place 5 stars had I not had to ask for water 4 times before it was finally brought to us. Other than that this place was great!

I have recently been referred by a co worker to try glorias in addison for lunch. we have ordered from there a handful of times over the past 6 months and myself and 2 of my co-workers have had a horrible experience every single time . We will never deal with these people agin. They are dirty, unclassy and just does not deserve to have the customers they do have. I am just going to say this. Please be careful eating anything from this location or drinking anything for that matter. They are not clean, they do not practice safety measures for their customers. Once you pay them even if they are at fault, and even if one manager agrees to make the situation right the head manager aliaundro will not and does not care to fix the problem, make it right, refund you for what they messed up on even though another manager said he would. i have had my bank account hacked and i strongly feel it was because of this place. Plus i had a good friend of mine and a veteran co worker who had been in remission for cancer and was doing great until he ate that nasty food of theirs. We thought at first it was food sickness turns out it was covid. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. Aliandro, jose and alabi i believe is the other managers name. It is just not worth it to take the chance. There are other locations nearby, I assure you, you want to drive the extra 5 min to the next location. Stay Safe and please do not take this review lightly . It took me weeks to decide to post this. I just would feel horrible if i knew i could try to prevent something horrible from happening to another human being and i said nothing. So risky or not I am doing what is right regardless of what these low class, non compassionate, inhumane people working at this location. It is sad though that they cant even see what they are doing . They put on a good front and they use the fact that they do not all speak very good english, they only do that when they are taking your money! So bottom line, if you want great service, to feel safe, peace of mind, and a customer service base that truly cares if the customer is taken care if and treated right. Go anywher but here . Save yourself some time effort and from being disrepected and placed in a situation you may not want to be in. I am pretty sure these guys do nNOT sleep well at night and if they do then you know they have no concience. Food was delicious and cania the server was great.

Always go to Glorias for their margaritas. But today I ordered the grilled chicken with mushrooms and poblano peppers with a sour cream sauce. It was seasoned to perfection! And of course It comes with rice and beans but I opted to do double rice because I love their rice.

While the food was good, the service was slow. It is a young crowd and young staff, so that may be a factor. The place was not full, a lot of empty tables. I do go to other Glorias locations, but we were in the area and stopped in. We may go back and try it one more time. Stay tuned.

Horrible experience, first the host was very rude with my mom actually she was in bad mood if I still remember her name Helena or something like that, she was very rude I asked for a table and they were too busy having a conversation, the server was rude and it seemed like if they only care about money, the food was 50%the manager seemedunhappy with her job,yall should change the food like it doesnt taste that good I tried pupusas eww im a big fan of pupusas but I didnt like them this time!!? Please dont come to this place the hostesss are very rude they give a very bad service .

Good food. Great service. Great environment. But if you hate to wait, especially if you are looking for a place to eat Friday or Saturday Night, this is not good. Place for you. Waiting time is very high and not being able to reserve before going is negative.

Editing my review from 5 stars to 3...6 people were in our party, 6 people unhappy with their food. 2 stars for food, 4 stars for service. The beans, as you can see, were below mediocre. My sour cream enchiladas fasted like they were literally enchiladas with sour cream on top. My mom had the spinach enchiladas and they brought her chicken enchiladas with zero spinach in them. She asked where her spinach enchiladas were and our waiter so that is how they come. She asked if he was sure, and he said there was very little spinach in this dish but he could bring a side of spinach if she wanted...queso was like velveta but worse. Guacamole was good but the large appetizer portion was only enough for maybe 2 people. My enchilada plate was nothing special at all, I didnt even finish half of it. I expect more from this place.

One of my favs! And Yessica is an awesome server!

Absolutely horrific from the staff, particularly Carlos. First, the staff messed up my order due to not knowing that they were not serving the item I ordered and giving me another item instead without informing me. After driving back and speaking with the manager, to let them know they gave me the wrong items, we rectified the initial issue. After placing another order with the manager and having it being brought out to me, I ask for additional salsa and plasticware. Carlos, Insist that I have enough salsa (1 side order of salsa ) for my entire meal. Despite taking into consideration I now have more food then my initial order. I explained I just drove 20 mins just to come back here because your staff messed up the order and he didn’t care and said that’s all I can give you. It was an Absolutely horrific service. I’ve spend a lot of money(7 visits roughly $50 -$65 each time with tip) at this location especially during the COVID-19 shutdown but I refuse to spend any more money at this location. Nancy, the manager was great and resolved the initial issue but Carlos, I’m not sure of his position, is a poor representation and gives horrific service in my opinion.

I would say 3.5 stars, but will round up to 4. We had a large group and it kept growing. Our server was clearly swamped with it all, but she did a decent job. The ambiance is interesting here. It feels like it should be a classy joint, but you see people very dressed down. My food was ok. I ordered, what is essentially a seafood soup, and it was ok. There was an unopened mussel that I didnt trust to eat and the tomato based soup made all the seafood taste the same. I also had a guava margarita which was pretty darn good. My girlfriend had what was like a sample plate. I think it was a gloria special or something on the menu. Her dish was much more enjoyable than mine. She also ordered the horchata which was really good. Finally, we finished up our meal with flan. Now that was really good. I recommend getting some flan. All in all, we will be going back....but Im hoping we dont end up with service like that which is being described in other reviews.

OK, so I went for the drinks. The food isnt very vegetarian friendly. Happy hour at Noon? Check! Hey, its 5 oclock somewhere. The ginger Margarita and the Fresh Guava Margarita were amazing! The Blush and Spicy Mango Margaritas werent my fav, but Jesse the bartenders awesome service made up for it. Minus one star for NOT HAVING HENNESSY! Like, who does that?? A shot of Tequila gold had to do. The taste was nothing to write home about, but it did the trick. Ill be back to try the remainder of the drink menu.

Beautiful presentation of food, abundant menu items, and such a variety! I always come back because I truly do believe their food is made with love and thoughtfully planned in their kitchen, plus I really want to try everything on the menu. Good happy hour and customer service. Latin dance night on weekends is fun too, to dance in and also people watch (depending on the crowd).

The waiter was outstanding, but the management was terrible. The manager came and said since another customer complained that we were too loud he wouldnt serve us. He admitted that it was not a big deal, but blamed his ownership on the issue. Just disappointed when you bring a group and going to spend several hundred dollars that the management would make it an unpleasant situation.

I usually have great service at every Gloria’s location I’ve ever been but the service I had on this visit was not great at all. We had been seated for almost 10 minutes when I asked if we could get a server. When the server did come he asked if anyone had come to our table, hmmmm that’s why I asked for someone!! The service was very slow and the server not very friendly, very unlike any other experience I’ve ever had. I did however notice the server we ended up having was very attentive to the other tables. It was as if we were an inconvenience. I am very disappointed and I know this is not the service Gloria’s provides.
