Pros: Clean environment, lots of fun for the kids, plenty of room for parents to sit and watchCons: The coach my daughter had seemed like a teenager that came off as a baby sitter rather than a coach. My kid is really tall for her age group and the coach didn’t seem to recognize that she was not being challenged enough but rather going through the motions. The class is only 50 minutes once a week and the coach always seemed to disappear as soon as class was over so there was never much time to address my concerns of moving my daughter to the next level. I never got any feedback besides when it was time to make a payment. All in all, they’ve got a good thing going and it could be a great program but we didn’t feel welcomed or challenged. This just seemed like a job for the people that work here.

Took my niece for a trial lesson and she loved it! So we signed up for weekly lessons. I was really impressed by the constant cleaning and care they took to keep a clean environment.

I wish I could give them a million stars. Coach Brooke is amazing, all other staff members are great too, I just don’t know their names, can’t say enough good things about this wonderful team.

Brought my 4 year old to their open house and she had a blast. Signed her up right after.

We took our daughter here yesterday for a trial class. Walking in, we were welcomed warmly. The place is clean and smells great. The Coaches seemed to have real connections with the other kids. I cant wait to start bringing my daughter here. She loved it. She smiled the entire time she was there. This is the best place we tried so far. And the prices are not bad compared to other places.

It is just a fun place. First couch passed my daughter in second level. Then she quitted and she did not leave any advice at the front desk. My daughter has been 1 yr. 3 months training and still first level. Her second couch quitted too...now 3rd couch is still evaluating her for second level.

ASI is an excellent source for childrens gymnastics classes and other activities! Some of the best coaches weve experienced. Ms Jo is the absolute best, she gets on your childs level by demonstrating live what she expects. She is very motivating and uplifting! She teaches great technique and develops a bond with your child from day 1! Serenity loves her

My daughter has been going to the Plano West location for a little over a year now and we (my wife and I) have nothing but the highest praise for ASI Gymnastics and the coaches that have worked with our daughter - Coach Meredith, Coach Lee (no longer there), Coach Sarah and currently Coach Jo Poole. Coach Jo has to be one of the most patient and understandable coachs at ASI Plano West. She is coaching mostly 3 and 4 year old girls and boys. She does a wonderful job, I would highly recommend her.

We love the coaches at ASI. They really dont mind taking the time to talk to parents. They are very encouraging to the kids. It is very obvious that they love what they do. My daughter just joined the competition team and all her coaches have been so great. Thank you ASI for everything!

Love this place been coming for like 3 year. Great place to take your kids to be active and around other kids.

Good, fun and clean recreational gymnastics gym. Not a gym for those seeking to seriously pursue the sport however. There are mostly young/teenage ‘coaches’ and the inexperience and temperament that comes with that is rampant. A certain coach Sarah is downright rude/mean to the kids. Open gym and Parent nights out are a good idea but are usually poorly run with too many kids and not enough staff to man the activities. All in all, I still recommend it as a place for occasional recreation; just dont expect much more than that.

This isnt the worst place but this isnt a great place either. Not all coaches are made the same and that is definitely made clear here. The manager of the gym is pretty lazy and not interested in really hearing your concerns. They have brought in a guy from another location to retrain the current coaches and restructure the programs because the current coached are not teaching form and technique the way they should. My daughter started in their kids 1 class and was not advanced to kids 2 because the coach did not know how to recognize when a child has mastered the level of skill and when they are no longer being challenged. When I spoke with one of the head coaches, they assessed my kid and said she should have been advanced a long time ago....That same coach assessed my kid again after being in kids 2 for a few weeks and put her in Girls bronze. She was the smallest one in the class but she learns quickly and needed a coach that would move her with her skill. The original coach tried to say she didnt advance my lid because she was a kid that didnt listen....after I had already had issues with that coach about singling out my kid for little crap and clearly showing favor to other kids. She was not about to hold my kid back in her skill just because she didnt like my kid for whatever reason....she wasnt one of the kids not paying attention clearly since she grasped the skill set and could name all positions. That specific coach is no longer at this gym.If you just want your kid to be active then put them here. If your kid is trying to be an advanced gymnast and compete, Id place them somewhere else. Again, not the worst, but not great either. They arent even teaching the correct form and programs are having to be re-written......Dont wast your time.

We have been going to this ASI location for about a year now, and we love everything about it! The coaches that my kids have had (Sean & Kristen) are absolutely wonderful! Both of my kids have moved up a level, and have been doing great with them. I couldnt be happier with our experience!

We had a great experience this last weekend at this location. Our daughter celebrated her 6th birthday there, and she and her guests had a blast. The Host, Rosy, Lead, Anthony and the Coordinator, Devin, did a great job of making the kids laugh and entertaining them with games. Rosy & Devin were also VERY helpful with getting the room ready and making sure things ran smoothly during the eating portion of the party. I highly recommend this location, and these employees!

Both our kids attend ASI and they LOVE IT. Coaches are nice and staff is quick to address needs. Keep doing what youre doing :)

My little one has been coming here for 10 months now and just loves it and talks about how much she especially loves coach Jo. The location is convenient and I have had pleasing experiences with all the staff.

We love ASI Gymnastics at Plano!The only reason i didnt give it a 5 star was because i think its a bit expensive. But the coaches, the facility, the place is ROCK Star!!!

This place does a fine job with the camps and birthday parties, but heaven help you with their online system. Its frustrating to spend time on a cumbersome website, signing your child up only to find that ASI has no record of said registration. This is not the first time Ive had trouble with them this way. Strong work, ASI.

Whether its been a birthday party, camp, or enrolling in a class, our son enjoys ASI Plano West. His teacher Zac is great.

My kids Loved this Gym, and I like it that after school I have available service to pick up my kids.

What a fantastic Home School program! My kids learn so much from the coaches and have a blast in the foam pits, balance beams, swinging roaps and multiple tramplolines!
