We had our daughters 3rd birthday here last weekend and it was a total blast! Alera and Jake were the party coaches and were fantastic with all the kids. They even loaded and unloaded the party supplies, gifts, etc from our car, helped decorate, cut and distributed the cake, and did all the clean-up! The kids were well cared for and the parents got to relax and chat. It was perfect!

We usually love all the coaches at ASI, especially coach Jazilyn, but since we switched to coach Ryan’s class we’ve been very disappointed. My son spends most of class sitting with the other students watching Ryan play on the equipment while he makes the other students watch. I’m not gong to pay for my son to watch a grown man play on monkey bars and then act bored when he finally lets the students on the equipment

So grateful for their holiday camps! Such a great option when the kids are on break from school. It’s a little chaotic without much individual attention but my kids have come home exhausted and exhilarated looking forward to the next time.

The staff here is so amazing! They genuinely care about the kids, which is very helpful for the parents!

My daughter loves ASI. She has been attending since she was 2. The coaches are so patient and wonderful. Monthly Parent’s Night Out are great, we always take her. The new location will be closer to home, we can’t wait for it to open.

We were in town for a visit with our son and his family and got to watch gymnastc sessions for or grand daughter and gradson at ASI Gymnastics in LakewoodAll of the equipment looked in great shape. The coaches stayed focused on the gymnists and future ninja warriors. They kept them active on each activity because young children of these ages can be distracted very easily.

My two preschoolers have been going to ASI for over a year now. I have seen such growth in my older daughter, in particular, since she began. Her confidence has increased, she has come out of her shell a bit and her willingness to try new things has grown in abundance. She has had Coach Peter for most her time there. I believe he has played a large role in all of the above. He is firm, while also kind and respectful. He pushes my daughter in a way that discourages her from slacking off but is always encouraging. He is her best cheerleader. My younger daughter has had Coach Elise and Alyssa. They are equally amazing. My kids cannot wait to see these people each week when they attend. The staff is kind and you can tell they are passionate about the kids and their work.

My daughter has been going to ASI since April 2017 and she loves it. The way Ms. Libby teaches her class and interact with each student is wonderful. My daughter is doing front rolls at home by herself. She not afraid to swing on the rope anymore. Im so glad that my husband and I decided to put her in gymnastics. I would recommend this place to anyone and Ms. Libby.

Im a stay at home mom and I wanted my 2yr old to be involved in something where she could interact with other children her age. I couldnt have made a better choice. She gets so excited when we pull up to the building. She loves her coach and shes made new friends. The staff here is wonderful. They are so great with the kids, always make you feel welcome, and seem to always be in a good mood.

The coaches are great, specially Hakim and Narita were extra ordinarily helpful and organised. Hakim was great with kids and everyone had a blast. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I signed up my two yr old daughter for gymnastics for a summer activity and she has loved it. Its helped her to learn so much! Listening to her coach, patience while waiting her turn and making new friends!Highly recommend trying the trial class.We ended up trying two since we didnt mesh well with the first.The coaches are all very nice.

Open gym on Fridays is the best thing for your kids and for your sanity for 3 hours

What started as a way to teach her to do a cartwheel on the playground, turned into a wonderful life experience and passion. Our daughter has had the opportunity to experience coaches who truly believe in her, encourage her and are hard on her when she needs it. Sila, Alyssa, Ryan, Dylan, Gary...they are all wonderful!! We highly recommend ASI Gymnastics!

My kids love coming here. The coaches are great. The only downfall is the facility. The seating for spectators is poor. I dont think it is ever cleaned and the gym has a definite smelly feet component. The coaches and the staff get 4 stars, the quality of the facility gets a deduction. And considering pricing went up recently, itd be really nice to see some improvements soon.

Imstructors are great with the kids no matter how many they have at a time. I enjoyed taking my daughter during the week in the mornings. About 4 kids to an instructor before school hours.

Went there for kids level 1 class for a year, love it.

My children ages 4 and 5 love their coaches. They do a great job interacting with them and showing them a safe great time learning the basics!

We love gymnastics here! The coaches are wonderful with young children and its been a great experience for my 2 year old.

My daughter loves her gymnastics class. She has had various coaches and they are all supportive, and encouraging her but challenge her. Look for the Groupons that will save you some money at the beginning.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would select it. My son had the worst first visit ever. They were selective on who they encouraged and he was left out. I will be speaking to the manager about who my son was mistreated by which was a male worker. He made fun of my son and was being sarcastic toward him because of his glasses. Do not pick this location unless you want heartache.

Love it here. My daughter attends a class each week and we just had her birthday party here. Great experience on all levels!

This place is filthy. Thecoaches are little more than overpaid babysitters and rude as well.

Our daughter has taken gymnastics at ASI Lake Highlands for over three years. I cannot say enough about the coaches at this location. Our sweet girl is shy and had a rough beginning in her life with a result of having PTSD. Without these coaches even knowing, they have drawn her out of her fear of people and she is even on the Level 1 team! Sometimes I just break down in tears when I see her out on the mat competing. For us, God sent us to this very special place with very special coaches to help our girl. This past year she had Alyssa and Lanie and they were amazing!! She has many others in the past, they are all wonderful. Thank you ASI Lake Highlands for not just caring about your enrollment but taking the time to make our daughter feel loved, accepted and brave :)(Kim Byrd)

We started a couple months ago with coach Jasilyn and when I tell you she is amazing I truly mean it!!! Working with a group of 4 year olds can be a bit overwhelming but she is so great with the girls. My daughter looks forward to going to gymnastics every week because of how fun she makes the class.

Coach Libby is awesome! We moved to Plano 2 years ago and we still drive all the way back to Lake Highlands for class because of her.

My daughter loves ASI and love of the coaches but her coach, Sila, has been amazing with her! ASI is definitely my daughters happy place and I love how confident and happy she seems the moment she walks in the door.

Coach Elise is wonderful! I hope all my children have the opportunity to have her as a teacher.

Terrible. Coaches are mean, and the kids dont learn anything. Gym is in poor conditions and coaches do not want you to excel. I thought it would be great but it wasnt. So disappointing.

I am a single mom with very little babysitting options. I take my son to the camps when school is out for holidays and teacher conferences summer .. And when they have open play on fridays, parents nightout the price is affordable and my son is 4y.o & love love loves this place.

Wonderful staff very polite even over the phone love there open gym on fridays very affordable i advise people to take advantage of the experience besides u get parent free time and productive time for the children
