Was asked to leave because of a medical issue my girlfriend has where she cant enter thru the metal detector due to a medical implant. They said that she had to leave her purse behind the counter because its after midnight so no purses are allowed. (IT HOLDS HER EMERGENCY MEDS AND REMOTE TO THE IMPLANT SO THAT CANT HAPPEN)... When we asked where that was posted we were told we were not welcome there and to leave. Wow! Really?!?

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON, ITS A SCAM. I purchased this while shopping at new fine arts and rod the clerk what I was doing. I read thru it to make sure there was no fine print that would affect me personally. I buy it choose a few items and then they tell me the groupon is not valid for anything to do with their smoke shop selection. Thats over half their inventory. I got three manager and reported them to groupon. Its misrepresentation and I would hate for more people to get fooled

My absolute fave location of New Fine arts. If you go here, PLEASE ask for Gaby! Wonderful employee. I used to shop there years ago but stopped going because I had an issue with the staff and customer treatment. Things are MUCH BETTER now that Gaby is there, and the new climate of this particular location. Very helpful employee, non-judgemental, friendly, and knowledgeable.

When we went in tonight a customer asked if they had any female/internal condoms, and the people working there gave her misinformation (they didnt know what she was talking about and told her she meant birth control, and then when I clarified they said its a medical procedure that you can only get at places like CVS) and acted condescending toward her for asking the question. My friend and I felt so uncomfortable that we left without buying what we were planning to.

Ive never had any problems with the staff in the past except for this evening.They told me I was not allowed to carry my purse into their establishment. I had two choices. Leave my purse in vehicle or behind the counter.I’ve always carried my purse inside. Matter of fact I was there 2 times this past wk w no problems. Why tonight ? This is the first incident.I felt insulted.I felt as through I were a potential criminal.I’m not pleased

It is awesome. Me and my girl went to a room. Had a great time. Twenty $ deposit and you can either pick a movie on the shelf $10 for 2 1/2 hours or you can slip a $5 to the machine in the room and scroll thru the channels for twenty or twenty five minutes. I suggest the $10 at the counter and pick you own. Otherwise you have to see a lot of stuff I care not see while looking for a decent flick. Its really awesome if you take the love of your life and she likes it to! Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms available. Its a good, cheap, fun, great date night after dinner.

I was over charged 25 dollars, they made me jump through hoops for 2 days to try to get a refund, and when all was said and done they still didnt give me back my refund. Horrible experience, truly the worst example of a business that goes to lengths to take money without granting service. I wasnt offered store credit, a discount on another item; nothing. Think carefully if this is the type of business you feel comfortable making an honest transaction with. This is your money, dont let these thieves steal it from you too. Yes, Im one of those incognito customers when shopping for discreet, or personal items, I like to think that no one will notice me. If you happen to be an incognito shopper, I would highly recommend this place. You can ask the men just as easily the women for great info on the products. They are professional and do a wonderful job of helping you feel comfortable when asking those kind of questions...thank God I asked one of those questions today, otherwise I wouldve come home with a gift for my hubby that he would have been very unhappy with!

Then later forcing a note into her hand that had his phone number written on it. After waiting until he was preoccupied she tried to check out and he proceeded to drop his customer and switch to her again to continue his rant of “his path to finding love and perfection”. This guy needs to be locked up before he hurts some poor girl. David I hope someone finds you in a dark alley somewhere.

I checked this place out very late on a Sunday night and was very impressed. The place is clean, well lit and very nice. Checked out the private video rooms and they were very clean with a decent couch. I was alone and hoping for female action but it was pretty late and very cold outside. It is a perfect place for couples/ladies given how clean the rooms were though. The staff that night was very cool and made me feel comfortable there for sure. I will be back again. Thanks!!Update: I think this is a great store. I like the private movie rooms. The great thing about this place is there is no one lurking around or bothering you. That makes it very comfortable wither alone and chilling or with a lady and having fun in there. It is rather exciting to have someone with you but not have to worry about being harassed, followed or anyone knocking on your door. The employees are all great and I have not meet any that are not that way. They keep things safe for you and insure it is not a zoo like many other places are. They also keep the rooms clean. Each room has a small couch. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms. Have fun, enjoy and stop by to try it.

Great selections for women. Its okay for men. Had an issue with a vibrator, it wouldnt turn on in parking lot. Went back in with my SO and the staff was pretty disrespectful. The guy who checked us out corrected the battery placement but got his hands all over the toy without gloves. My SO wanted to swap it out for another since the staff didnt use hand sanitizer or gloves while messing with the toy. Staff asked the main guy who was a tall black male was asked if we could return it. The man gave us a gesture relating to headache and said no swaps or returns if the item was used, even though we clearly stated we tried out the batterys to see if they worked.Security stepped in and asked if we spoke English after attempting to swap the toy for one unopened. We walked in speaking English, I have no clue why we were asked that. Security kept making small talk with my SO while browsing earlier before the purchase. SO and I have just started to date so it made both of us slightly uncomfortable since this trip here was her way of seeing if I was comfortable with her being interested in toys.Wont be coming back. Being from out of town and pointed to this location to tickle my fancy, I found this to be a very clean and useful destination for my needs. I was able to discover new products and relax in a clean room to view not a great selection of videos but nonetheless the room was clean and the bathrooms were as well. The staff was not overly friendly but knowledgeable and thats whats important. When I return to Dallas, I will be sure to stop in and see whats new!

I went in to purchase some condoms that I can only find here. The peghook was empty so I asked the clerk if they had any in stock, he checked and turns out they received them and they were in the box he was unpacking. I told him I would like to purchase said condoms and he said he didnt want to dig through the box. Other than the lazy staff, they have the best selection of adult toys and accessories.

I drove to this location on Shiloh to check out what the rentals are for this week and thoroughly enjoyed checking out whats new. Overall, the merchandise and selection is pretty good. The area where I have a complaint is the customer service at this location.I went on a Sunday morning around 8:30 AM with my girlfriend and going in no one really bothered us which was fine. We walked around for a bit looking at the DVD rentals on the racks along the walls. My girlfriend had to use the restroom and requested a key from the front desk to use it. I waited around for awhile for her and when she came out I decided I had to use the bathroom as well. I did my business, gave the key to my girlfriend and she said,Hey, give it to the front desk while I check out what they have here. I obliged and returned the bathroom key to the front desk.The lady at the counter all of a sudden turned extremely rude and said,Hey, youre not supposed to go into the womens restroom and Im tired of men thinking they can do what they want and make squirts all over the toilet. We, women, prefer clean toilets and we have a special place for you called the mens restroom. I internally was ready to explode, but decided not to make a scene and wanted to take the high road.There was no indication of a second restroom in the store designated as a mens restroom and this is what infuriated me. Ive obviously been exposed to all manner of ways to label gender specific restrooms and Im totally fine with that. The lady could easily have said Hey, I noticed you went into the womens restroom and, just to let you know, male customers must use the designated mens restroom. I wouldve happily obliged and felt the inevitable embarrassment of making such a rookie mistake.The way the rude lady working the front desk came across was what made me make this review and, of course, her unprofessional behavior should not be indicative of the quality of the New Fine Arts brand as a whole. Ive frequented several locations and have never had a problem with the service at those locations.The lady there was a 250lb caucasian female with glasses who worked with another lady assisting her. Be warned that this arrogant lady may attack without warning and definitely could stand to lose the equivalent of a teenage boy in weight.

I have been her twice the first time I went the people were very rude. It was off Shiloh road. The second time me and my fiance went I called ahead because my son hid my Id. I am 22 and my bf is 29 I called and asked if I showed a picture if I can come in and they said yes I made sure and let the guy know that I had to drive an hour to get there. He said absolutely you are welcome to come in. I came up there and they would not let me in. The two experiences I had at this place were horrible. I am not going to be going there or trying to go there anymore.

I previously been here with a friend I was dating. This time I had taken a lady friend with me, her first time. I had been to here a couple times. We walk in to get a room at 3am and I see three people behind the register and theres a security officer there not behind the register. The customer service representatives behind the register carried on a petty conversation for about 5 min without even acknowledging us. Since we were black the black guy seemed obligated. First thing he says is, you want a room as if I had been there so much he was tired of seeing me. And who goes to these places that often for him to act like he is tired of you. Then he says as if Im a regular in front of my friend I brought with me,you already know the rules right? Then theres an awkward silence as if he wants me to give him back the rules as if Im a freaking teenager. I stated after the awquward silence and stare down,what? Bring the key back? He stated yeah and just feed the machine while youre back there. I said ok. They hold a twenty in front for insurance so I gave it to him your supposed to get it back when youre finished with the room if its not messed up I assumed. So we spent $30 to $40 on the machine because the timer goes crazy fast and we were leaving but the girl I brought needed to use the bathroom. She stated when ass she went to get the key she was ignored at the register so she had just grabbed it after waiting so long for service. When returning the key there was an Asian guy and a black guy at the register. They said they were keeping my twenty dollars because we took over 5 min to return the key after last movie time was up. I told him sir you didnt explain that in the rules you gave me. His answer in front of my lady friend was, you den been here plenty times, plenty times, you already know. As if I was a professional at this. I said I didnt know sir but okay. And we left. Turned into a $50 visit because of a 5min rule that they conviently leave out when giving you the rules. The black guy there should be fired. In that type of place you dont say things like im a regular basis customer there which Im not at ALL while Im there with someone. RUDE. AND STAFF ARE BIG TIME HATERS IF U BRING A LADY WIYH YOU. MAN OR WOMAN. THEY LITERALLY LOOK LIKE THEY WANT TO FIGHT YOU FOR BEING THERE WITH HER!!! DONT BRING A GUEST WITH YOU TO THIS LOCATION!!! Im never buying anything from here again. I bought a ecig battery and an expensive tank to go with it and got home and seen a tiny crack on the glass of the tank after I had put the oil in it and then of course started leaking and I didnt notice it until I put the oil in. Tried to take it back cause the receipt said they could exchange defected items and they refused to give my money back or even exchange it cause he said they inspect all of the tanks and ecig stuff before they put it out but it wasnt even noticeable to begin with WTF and I paid a lot for it.
