Its a nice, small park. Has a gazebo with 5 long tables where you can have a small party. You can play in soccer field if there is no game going on.

Its very very nice. The turf is well tended and kept clean. The paint is continuously repainted and the goal post are very nice. However, its very small and the water fountains are very faulty. Lacking good hygiene and proper maintenance as the fountain tends to not work.

Glad teams and people using the public space much more.

Its an amazing park. Theres a playground and a turf soccer field. Theres a vast amount parking around the park and theres even a designated area for parties. Theres bathroom that are usually somewhat clean. I play here on Sundays, and the location of the park is very convenient! I would reccomend coming to this park

My kids love this park. I just wish they could actually fix the playground.

Great place for a baseball practice at night and day. It is a good place for a practice with little kids because of their playground.

They removed the baseball field even theres clearly enough space to have kept it. Traffic in this area is terrible yet they added stop signs. Bums and little thugs hang out by the restrooms.

The soccer field is full of craters. Its not really safe to play here.

Small park but safe.

Very small family oriented park with a few slides and swings.. Plenty of benches to sit down and enjoy loved ones company. Also has a huge soccer field where you can watch a match if thats what you are into.

I like the park and all, but y’all should add some basketball courts, it would be way better. Other than that park is great

The boxing gym is the best neighborhood gym staff is kind and helpful this gym is a small place but has most of things u need to stay in shape

Went early and we had the park to our selves so had a lovely time...we were able to have a picnic n have the kids play.

Small park, not much room for kids to play. It is packed on weekends when the bench area is reserved. It has improved a lot since the soccer field was added. Didnt feel that safe in the past, but since the field was added more patrol vehicles pass by and the park has more people now.

The Thakur field needs some improvements

The park is big in different peoples perspective but there is little to do besides throwing a party and having a normal day with the kids.

I use to take my kids to this park cause it was the only one near by but it sucks cause it has a very small play area and not that much shade oh and there is no swimming pool

There be some shady people sometimes. And you just cant avoid it. Oh well.

I have been canvassing for Maria Estrada since the May when I learned of her running against the incumbent A. Rendon, Speaker of the Assembly. This is the second time that they tried to prevent us from being at a public event at a park in District 63. Maria is NOT a career politician and cares about the people of her District. Rendon shelved S.B.562 which had passed the State Senate and was written by the Nurses who researched and found that this would save us over $370+Million! Yet, he shelved it saying it would cost too much and didnt allow discussion on the Assembly floor!!! Well be in Maywood tomorrow at Riverfront Park off of Slauson Ave! Its a small park,So its more for like private matters and small get togethers.. Such as a family party, watching soccer games alone time with a date etc..... The vibes are ok but putting some positive energy and vibes should set the mood straight!!!

Been here once and I liked it. Shade on the games would be nice, other than that its cool.

Park is not what it ussed to be, we cannot take our kids and play safely, many young people smoking weed on restroom, lack of patrol vehicles, kids playground missing pieces not complete since 2 or 3 months. Very sad look this place were many kids would enjoy if this playground ws complete.

Just a little park with a soccer field and a kids area, parking lot and some few trees.

Our citys council and city staff did a phenomenal job here with a astro turf, regulation size soccer field and a neighborhood gym with boxing ring this to me is great for all to join and have fun exercise
