I own a small HVAC company Im a contractor.Dealing with the association there at four colonies Condominiums is easier than other associations Ive dealt with in the past.The asdociation fees, from everything Ive heard, at four colonies Condominiums the association fees are Hi, but they do a lot for those fees.Such as gardening snow and ice removal Etc.
