Ive been hot and cold on this place over the years, but during the pandemic they have been great and a welcome, comfortable and familiar outlet during these trying times.

I had a graduation party in the private room at Fire Bar and received exceptional customer service! The owner, Nico, was so great to work with. He was friendly and so flexible and willing to tailor the event to whatever worked best for us. Our family kept commenting on how good the food was, and our servers were great! If you’re looking to host an event, don’t hesitate to have it at Fire Bar; they are top notch!

Their Chicken kabobs always taste super fresh seasoned perfectly with nice grilled onions, green peppers and yellow rice! the price is amazing! will be ordering again!

Great takeout spot, given current circumstances. Good specialty pizzas, especially the veggie pizza. Huge loaded potato skins and perfectly baked calzones. Consistently delicious.

I was impressed with the outdoor seating area. They went above just having a tent with seats. I’ve only been here a few times but the food is always amazing! The drinks were great and our waiter was friendly!

The bar has amazing food. I ordered takeout and has gotten my order correctly, so I can’t speak for service when seated or fully crowded. My family and I ordered two cheese steaks, a bbq burger, and an order of hot wings. Every thing tasted great. I would highly recommend trying at least once. The food was able to satisfy my younger sibling whose very picky with food.

Had an online order which was good mostly. However when I picked up my order friday night.no customers were wearing masks inside. Only employees had them on. There was over 50 people inside too.

The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The bartender and the rest of the staff was great. Out sever was amazing. He did a great job handling out big group that came in from a funeral. The only reason why they did not get a 5 star is because of the manager. He just kept bringing food out and instead of helping out he just brought the food out and handed it to the servers. He would just stand there. He definitely needed to b more proactive.

We absolutely LOVE Fire Bar and Grill! The best staff, management and FOOD! Even during these hard times, they are still keeping their community in mind and offering their specials and deals any way they can. We have had held SEVERAL large gatherings here and everything has always been hands down the best. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating - you can’t beat it.

My wife ordered the Thursday special Combo Kabobs around 6:30 pm along with an order for her and our son. I was delayed in getting home til just after 9. They had had their dinner, my kabobs were still in the delivery package, wife and son had eaten. I made a drink, sat down with my 2 plus hour order...what a fantastic surprise! The way the order was shipped it held some temp, the beef was medium rare, as ordered, and the total order was fantastic!

I’ve eaten at the fire several times now during our quarantine lock down and, I have to say I am continually impressed with the awesome food and staff each time I’ve gone, they now have their patio open for dine in seating I have never eaten there while it was open but I would love to see this place when it does friendly atmosphere and staff, prices are reasonable I can’t say enough good things about them. If you never have gone there I can say it is more than worth the trip.

We love hanging out. Last night we arrived in this excellent place which friends told us about. We spent a delightful experience there with superb meal and a well-trained stuff and a distinguished cook. We put this place in our list and we shall definitely go again very soon. Highly recommended.

They charged for mayo after the fact. .50 . The waitress/ bartender didnt tell us there was a charge when we asked for mayo. Ordered sliders. Not a big deal but she should have shared with us there would be a charge.

During this covid pandemic this place has become one of my weekly orders. Great food. Nachos are delicious. I love the south west chicken rolls. Their kabob plates are always delicious as are the sliders and the quesadilla with steak. I cannot wait to eat and drink here once this PANDEMIC is over.

Not going back. The food was sub par, the service was not great and overall a very mediocre place. I ordered the smothered burrito with steak and received a tortilla full of lettuce. Not to mention the food was barely warm when it finally came out after waiting over an hour for our order. My fiance had the burger which she said was ok but not a great place in my opinion. We ordered a pizza from there before and it was fantastic so we figured we would try the place once it opened back up and it was not what either of us expected.

BBQ chicken pizza is to die for! Especially if you dont have the onions on it

First time here with the family. Service was amazing. Food was very good. Our waitress was very attentive. Was very quick to get whatever we needed. She was a very beautiful young lady named Nicole Zimmerman. She gave us 5 star service. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Tucked off of Randall Road is a sports bar wannabe that the burgers and wraps are the real draw from the adjoining subdivisions. Room and staff however can accomdate both the sports fan and burger aficionado. So worth the visit regardless of the season as both are near champions.

I threw my husband‘s birthday party here at fire bar and Grill and the staff was amazing! We have been out here with our friends and dancing and singing and had a blast. I highly recommend this place for comfortable meals and casual down to earth let loose dancing! My friend Debbie Goodale (our wonderful realtor whom resides at Berkshire Hathaway in Crystal Lake) Invited me and my sister-in-law Rachel to do a little painting at Fire Bar as well.... memories were made and we all want to do it again! No vegan or vegetarian entrees. The hummus was creamed like mashed potatoes. The specialty drinks were awesome though. We sat on the patio and had good service, the server was friendly. They allow dogs on the patio!Overall, lackluster food, good drinks, friendly service.

A large establishment with plenty of dining space. Enjoy drinks at the bar while some country music plays overhead? Hungry? Try the flatbread pizza, sandwich, or a salad.

The Bar staff was super nice! However, I was there to celebrate my birthday, drove over an hour, (my friends live in Chrystal Lake) was super disappointed. They had a band playing and it was so crowded, we were smooshed up against the wall! Absolutely no seats at all! So if theres a band playing plan on standing!

The food is really good for a sports bar. Our server was too busy so the bartender jumped in and became our server. They seem very well trained to make the customer happy.A big bonus is the kids find things they like to eat here.

Website was off karaoke was not running wasted my time driving out there.

The Fire Bar is clean and well organized with a friendly and efficient staff. They host live music and the audio quality is decent for an open and unmodified ceiling. Outdoor seating is available too and they have a full menu of food and drink. I had a good time there and the locals seem to enjoy it too.

Ordered nachos with chicken platter those were pretty freaking good. Split the order and was satisfied but, if your real hungry you would enjoy it and would fill you up. A must try interesting food.

Dino (Nino? Gino? I wish i could say for sure) the manager is amazing! As a DC native, it’s been very difficult to find anywhere with the sound on for the Nats in the World Series. When I called Fire Bar, Dino said they had karaoke that night, but would be happy to set us up in the party room with the sound on so we could watch. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was great for us while we were there! I live in the city but can tell you Fire Bar is for sure where I’m going every time I’m in Crystal Lake based off his service!

Love this place. I had the Bec burger. Bacon egg and cheese, absolutely delicious. The tator tots were cooked perfectly and the beer selection is always good. My brother had the pizza and he enjoyed that as well. I definitely recommend fire bar!!!

I went to Fire Bar one night after work to just chill and eat (Food is awesome) Lucky for me it was Bingo night, which turned out to be great. Even though a minor misunderstanding took place, the owner noticed it and quickly went into action. He apologized and immediately made me feel welcomed. I couldnt thank him more because some places would rather me walk then to make their mistake correct. Ill forever visit, as Ive been going since they open their doors. Fun environment, spacious, servers and bartenders are pretty awesome and food is pretty darn good. 5 + and Id recommend Fire Bar & Grill to everyone!!

The waitress was prompt and courteous and kept our drinks filled. The food was good. We sat outside where they have a newly installed sound system (which sounded great) and newly installed TV which will be connected soon.

Great kabobs. Seriously, order them. Otherwise this place is supposed to be full of good bands and attractive people... unfortunately I have never witnessed either. So I order the kabobs, and slip into mild contentment.

Service from Zim was amazing! The owners James, Nino, and Sarge are awesome! And Pedro is great too! Pizza was delicious and at a great price. I highly recommend it.

Dont use online ordering services with this restaurant. They wont get your order despite confiming it and they wont be terribly helpful or courteous when you show up looking for an order they never got. Their bartender has a very unfriendly additude. The host did not show much interest in helping locate the order we placed. Not until the manager came out a full 30 min later did they even try to figure what happen. They offered us nothing for our time.Door dash and this restaurant added up to be one of worst service combinations I have experienced in a long while. Beware.

Went here for a friend’s birthday party. Nothing outstanding but the atmosphere was nice and drinks were reasonably priced.

Good times, always amusing as a Hoosier to see the no firearm symbol on the door. No problem for me, but it certainly doesnt make me feel any safer. Im happier knowing that a few parishioners are probably armed in case of violent insurrection!

Food was fantastic! The ambiance was a little odd though. There was no dance floor, there was no DJ playing, it was a Sunday night and yet the music was so loud my group had to scream to be able to hear anything. Our server was pretty rude. She walked up to us and didnt even greet us or anything just said Ill need a card to start your tab very unwelcoming. I MIGHT try coming during the week so see if its like a normal restaurant since the food was so good but I really didnt care for the insanely loud music. It wasnt even good music either.

The burgers are freaking awesome. I got sweet potato fries and my dip for them was marshmallow dip it was very different and very unique.

We were a fairly large group of ladies getting together for lunch. Fire Bar & Grill worked out perfectly. Service was excellent and so was the food. We had a great time and plan on meeting there once a month from now on.

A joint under the radar & off a main road Randall Rd just cant catch your eye due to the speed passing by, coupon in the mail lead us to the joint, food was delicious, need to return to try their ZA, and other entrees. They also feature Live Music with a pretty cool looking stage for it
