This tank serves as a US military memorial for all branches of service. The tank is host, in part to Crown Point’s Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day services. As a point of interest, the tank, as well as the entire intersection was featured on an episode of ‘Quantum Leap’ (episode #54, “The Leap Home”). This tank is just one of many unique and historic parts of Crown Point, Indiana.
