Beautiful venue. Tough load for caterers, bar, dj. Cant disabled upstairs easily; no elevator.

This is a neat old building, and would be great for small to large gatherings. We went to wedding, and there was plenty of room!

Since I didnt know what to expect - I can say this venue did well. I didnt feel like I was asking stupid questions, just asking things since it was not clarified in the paperwork. It is just a couple who run the place and I imagine they have other jobs, so organization and time spent with you or your coordinator is not top of the list. However, if you are looking for a venue where you literally have to bring everything with you, including booze and food, this is the place for you. Just know it is on the 2nd floor and you have to haul everything up the stairs(and back down). For the price you pay you get the venue, chairs and tables. They do offer some decorations that are in good shape. The building is old which adds to the charm. Really only a few negatives I can add here, the security guard should have introduced himself - I could not for the life of me figure out who he was at first. Second, there is some mold showing through the ceiling that needs to be repaired. Parking is weird even if you dont have to plug the meters.

Went to a 30year anniversary party it was very nice.
