It is a nice quiet park. We made a 30 minute stop here to eat and my little brother played at the playground that is under a small pavilion for shade. We were in the area and if you are too it is a nice family park. Theres one playground but it worked out perfectly on our visit to Corpus Christi.

Started coming to this park to run with my girlfriend. Its a decent little park that is routinely maintenanced by the city.**Each laps is roughly 1/3 mile...

They key added some playground equipment and benches recently. I love to take my kids to play, but sometimes there are other children from the neighborhood that scream cuss words and make it unenjoyable. So many kids show up without parental supervision.

Ok, I can continue my Corpus PokeGuide, I got sidetracked answering questions... This park has a spindisc at the Dunbar St end... I havent had great success with many interesting spawns here, I think there is some info missing after the switch to OSM. But, on a originally related note, this is actually an excellent park to bring children- it is a huge, sprawling park with lots of equipment at the center, it is surrounded by a clay track for running/hiking, and theres lots of covered (shadewise) seating for the adults. Very groovy park.

Is not maintained. The grass needs to be cut, walking paths need to be fixed, and more toys added (or swings). Front park sign needs to be repaired.
