Save yourself the time and dont move here! Plumbing issues will never be fixed! My washer gives out cause the water pressure is so low. Counting down the days until my lease is over! And what is the customer relations going to do besides talk?! What you need is the city to fix the piping or a bank? :(

My family and I are currently renting to own and have had plumbing issues several times while living here. This week its been clogged, weve called and was told that it was not theyre problem since we were buying but no plumbing place wants to mess with it since its the main sewer and even called the city and was told the park would have to call but they wont just want to move but now were stuck in a loan to buy this home. its my wifes birthday today and my house smells, can barley use our toilets or take showers or wash clothes or dishes. its ridiculous im so mad. Found out my neighbor is having the same problem.

Loved it,spent the afternoon with my family. Took my granddaughter there for the first time. Last time i was at a beach it was at Galveston.

Current resident for almost a year and have had to experience 3 different management and leasing agents and all except one have been rude, unhelpful and just don’t care for their residents!! Definitely not the type of management I expected to have nor go through in less than a year. Management definitely needs to re-evaluate the term Customer Service. My home wasn’t cleaned upon move in, I have had issues with plumbing and other issues and still nothing has been done except my flooring that I had to fight with management over.

Needs an updated water pipe system. Needs more lighting. Would be nice to have a patrol drive through the neighborhood at night, lots of illegal activities around.

If u dont have to move here .. then DONT ... Many regret it now

Water is always getting shut off. In a time where we need to wash our hands, we cant even do that in the comfort of our own home.

I gave management a list of things wrong with the trailer before I moved in. It wasnt cleaned at all and you can definitely tell from the get go. After move in you will have to bug them to attend to cosmetic and plumbing problems that were there even before you got there. I have seen great customer service up front but very poor follow up. Also there were fleas from a cat the tenants before which I payed for out of pocket to take care of cause my children were getting bit

Very quiet there and live management!

Its an okay place mySon and daughterin law live thereits quiet and peoplekeep to themselves but lately someone its causing problems they stole my Sons bike that was very upsetting, for he works hard for his things..

Close to the hwy but you dont hear the traffic. Also close to airport but not a bother either. They go through a lot of management. People dont watch their children, they steal. People let their dogs roam free and never pick up after them. Children destroy the parks and play grounds. If the office would fine/ kick people out who are destructive would be much nicer

No return calls from management. They conveniently seem to be out of office all the time! I am currently purchasing a home here and am having problems with people vandalizing or just using my property without asking. Management here is pitiful. Been through 4 management changes in the 3 years weve lived here! Would not recommend this place.

Management does not keep their word, lived here for 8 months and its been a little over 1 month that our yard hasnt been flooded. However still have water leak (they know) was supposed to be fixed and credit given but still waiting since day 1. I finally called their bluff and refused to pay rent until its fixed, but they removed the fuse from my AC unit. Completely illegal. Per Tenant Association and enough to get the lease broken without penetly. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING Cesar is gone but Vanessa is still here. To bad because this could be a good place to call home.

Horrible management the whole time we lived there we had a flood in the yard, manager said he would get someone to come out and fix it. Never happened.

Worst place to live inn. No one stays in the office if You ask staff to do something. They have problems trying to retain what is needed. I do like the country, however i Lived here 1 year and no walk thru. I Went to the bbb company and received a phone call from corporate of Houston. Still having issues with trailer home .our Electric bill is 400 plus.so If you think of moving here you better think of me. Because sadly i can not just move out i have a mom of dementia and it is difficult enough to stay and deal with poor management. i am stuck here with all these issues. We wrk hard for our money and just demand respect and get zero receive no apologies. So i tell people all the time what we go through that way you at least get saved from the drama of it all . We have lived in other places and coprus always seems to have a special needs management along with selective hearing set of skills. #hijole - . So please take this post seriously. Oh ps: your water is sometimes cut off due to pipe ** issues**.. :/

Place its pretty quiet, the homes were really nice and whith a great space. Equip with stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. A/C and Heater provided. 1 main room with its own full bathroom, a single room and a full separate bathroom. Rent was less than $900 monthly, although the manager didnt give the deposit back telling us that we didnt wrote a letter for leaving before hand, even though we ask her a month before.

Large dogs running around. Water gets shut off weekly, for HOURS. Maybe even days. It is quiet tho, and the homes are nice. But the water being shut off weekly is a pain.

They were great. And not with just with me but to all their customers that I seen coming and going.

We have same concerns about the place like everyone else. Ok I will be honest as possible, We moved in the 11th of January and the water was flooded outside of the other two trailers and us, water bill was $90 for 3 days usage. Spoke with management and thank you very much for your help and time (J/K) NEVER been to a place where you are told that I would receive a call by a certain time and 3 weeks Later I have to call and verify that my pymt is received. Because I told him the 2nd month of water bill over $300, I would pay for my house when I got the okay s to get this leaking fixed! Im not sure if he just needs to get a note pad, and writing everything down he said he will do. Or maybe get a job with the community handyman who has been a long time coming to get this fixed. Even though I know he is constantly changing areas. But overall it is quite. Just water issues and loose animals. More cats and dogs than a humanitarian aid to animals/strays.

Don’t hate the place but management they have recently brought in is very unorganized! We’ve had problems ever since the previous Lady’s has left.

DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THE SCAM! I saw an ad for all these new trailers with reasonable prices. Went out with husband to take a tour. During explaining forms, Amanda said that they would run the credit but after explaining I had bad credit because of medical bills, she assured us it didnt matter as long as I havent broken a lease and make three times the rent. We do, and we let her know a few times that if it was based on credit, that we didnt want to fill out forms. My husband alone is a disabled VA and makes almost the entire rent monthly, let alone working. She insisted that they will work with you and that the 80.00 fee is for the application. Sure enough called back to tell me that we didnt get approved based on credit. So she lied to our faces! She then wanted to bring up my medical bills, which I explained I had. They keep the 80.00 from you, no return of any of that fee. Then she said..well we could work with you if you pay 2,000 deposit. You have to be kidding me. So the scam is that they are going to reel people in saying credit isnt needed for rent, you pay that fee and then they are going to laugh behind your back. Very unprofessional. And I feel for all those people I saw coming in with the same situation and lie. Im also reporting this scam to BBB.

Ive been loving here for 7 years and its the worst place ive ever lived in my whole life. I hope you read this review before moving in. I have a couple more montha until i pay off my home and the second i do im out. And they tow u for everything. U cant even be parked in your driveway with a flat tire without getting towed. The water gets shut off like once a week

My RV was parked here during Hurricane Harvey. We were all evacuated and couldnt get back in for weeks. When I returned to sort through what was left. I had an EVICTION notice taped to my RV. SHAME SHAME SHAME. Heartless lot of corporate jerks.
