It used to be a great place to live. Now, you cant do this and you cant do that. You cant have this and you cant have that. You pay a lot to have no control over your own home. And, the lot rent keeps going up. If I could afford to move, Id have been gone a long time ago. There are other places in the area that are nice where you dont feel like youre living under a dictator.

Pretty peaceful place to live, and Manager is great. Shes very nice and friendly, and does a great job at Managing this park! My husband and I enjoy living here, not to mention we have great neighbors

Small nice place to live .

Amazing place to live, very quiet and safe community. Everyone is nice and watches out for you. A very prime location for the price as well. The management is very nice and handles any issues you may have in a timely manner.

I am an independant contractor who is self-employed, and accepted an assignment situated on the premises.There are alot of druggie-typed people wandering around, coming and going, night and day.I felt very unsafe the entire duration of this job. There are very few decent mobile homes, or nice yards. Alot of trash in yards and vacant spaces.I certainly hope that the police and the new management team are aware of this.

The use to be manager Rick is a scam artist, he does illegal stuff like billing for water that was supposedly used and then taking g your rent and putting it on the water bill and not saying nothing till he evicts you, then he takes over your trailer and rents it out for his benefit!! **UPDATE** Rick was fired as manager and new management has taken over, he still caused many people to lose their homes, Jodie the new manager is allowing some people to stay, but refusing others, not sure why that is, this trailer park will forever be cursed due to the wrongs that happened there...Rick need to have charges pressed on him for stealing money not only from the trailer park but from residents as well, he also dabbles in stolen property and such, how he is still allowed to stay is beyond me, while some other people were kicked out to try to find another home, because theres was taking from them abruptly!!...If you dont want to lose your home, do not move it to this trailer park, cause in a couple of months you will be broke and homeless!! Also it is advertised as a retirement community, but it is far from that, all the older residents were removed from their homes forced into the street courtesy of Rick the manager!!..#WorseTrailerParkEver #corruptmanagement #Liar,Thieves, Awful, Hateful People!!
