It is a large part that is well-maintained. Lots of playground equipment for the kids, tennis courts, basketball courts, Pavilions and picnic tables.

I love this park but only give it a 4 star because it is a little busy for me. There is a rec and aquatic Center as well as a track to walk. There are separate playgrounds for children younger than and older than 4yrs of age. There is a tennis court, basketball court and pavilions. You can utilize all the facilities at the park for $7 a day. On a separate note. The squirells are super friendly so make sure you take them some snacks.

So much to do here and right next to the Waterpark. Directly off of I45. Free parking(so far).Historical Museum in walking distance.

Love the new renovations. It is difficult to get in as they only are allowed to have 100 ppl in the park due to the plandemic... but it is amazing. I do appreciate that they let folks bring ice chests and food in.

We had a blast. The playgrounds and parks were kept up and in safe working order. We all ha a great time.

Best City park in Conroe. Lots of seating areas, pavilions, children playground, lots of trees and walking trails with facilities and even a doggie water fountain. Safe location, easy to get to adjacent to CK Ray Recreation Center and Senior activity center.

Very clean family friendly place, with lots to do for the Kiddos and adults. I was very impressed with the large water slides for the kids.

A fun place for the kids. My son likes all the play areas and walking the paths. For Pokémon GO and Wizards Unite players, this place is GREAT for poke stops, gyms, inns, and fortresses as well as Pokémon and traces.

Park is amazing very large with spaces for many ages. Open space, volleyball court, playgrounds, a bunch of volleyball courts, and a basketball court.

Great place for adults and kids. Have much to do here. Look at an historic museum, play at the park, shoot some baskets or even tennis to learning how to swim. We had booked the convention center out and the turnout was phenomenal so definitely will be back.

I love this park. Clean and well kept. You can take walks, the kids can play on the swings, slides etc.I hear you can rent a pavilion for a small gathering and also grill. There are bathrooms, water fountain and trash receptacles. Really nice.

Lots of fun, great place to catch up with the family you dont always see, and great positive energies. What brings this place down a. couple of points is water accessibility. Not enough for the penny watching patron.

There was a bit of construction, but very fun park! I appreciated that they also are conserving a bat colony in a gazebo.

Great for smaller children! And for big kids as well. Its not a huge park so its easy to keep an eye on your kids. They have an amazing Olympic pool as well with diving boards of different heights. Two water slides for bigger kids and two slides for smaller kids as well. They also have lifeguards in every corner which gives a good sense of safety. Really enjoyed this park!

Great park!I used to come here as a kid and loved it then. Theyve since significantly upgraded the park with new sidewalks workout equipment.This park has pretty much everything, a track to jog/walk, 2 play areas for the kids, 4 tennis courts, a basketball court, 4 bathrooms (2 male, 2 female), workout equipment, and parking isnt usually ever an issue unless theres a BIG Birthday party.(Only ever seen that once, but theres more parking in the back if you drive around.)

This is a great park! They have lots of pokestops and multiple gyms. There are swings and jungle gyms spread over a large portion of the park, a few outdoor museum pieces, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball +more. Good place to walk your dog!

I play Pokemon Go and Ingress with my kiddos. This is a great park for both. Very nice and well kept playground equipment also. A very nice park overall.

The park is constructing water slides, which will be ready for the summer heat. I gave it a 4 because its not ready yet...not because there is anything poor about my visit. Many visitors walked the trail, play basketball, and catch pokemon. Cant wait fir summer and the new water park.

Nice place for a walk. It has a small walking or running route inside the park. Plenty of kids playground, tennis court and next to it its a pool.

Nice path to board and walk on. Very clean, nice shade.

Really good park for children and adults alike.Tennis, basketball, jogging, parties, and several playgrounds for various ages.Limited restrooms though, so when its busy, restroom cleanliness suffers.

The City of Conroe has really done an excellent job of upgrading this popular facility. Work continues on the Aquatic part of the facility and Im sure its going to be theTalk of the Town next summer. My family has enjoyed bring our children and our childrens children here for years. We look forward to continuing that for many years to come.

I love taking my godchild and my baby sister here. They light up when they see this is where I took them. The park is very well maintained.

My children and grandchildren grew up in this amazing park. It has been part of our lives since 1979 and has improved over the years. The pool is amazing with the water park and the gym is great too. The park itself is so much fun with well maintained equipment and a walking path thats paved. We always enjoy Candy Cane Park!!

We paid to have my sons birthday under one of the pavillions. Beautiful pavillion, great play equipment for all ages, and nice walking trails. We liked that they reserve the pavillions for you with signage specifying your day/time of reservation. Plenty of space with 4 large picnic tables and an open area under the pavillion. The park itself was very clean with clean restrooms. We have visited often, and it is a nice park for a family to spend the day playing.

Took my granddaughter there and she really enjoyed it, clean place, take your own drinks and food if you get thirsty or hungry no vending machines or close place to get anything

One of the life guards was really rude he put one of the kids in time out on the hot concrete and facing the sun because the kid was running. He had the kid in time out for a whole minute. I understand there are rules but why does the 16 year lifeguard feels like he has the authority to do that.

This park is nice and has good playground and exercise equipment, the trail around it is a little short though.

Always a fun time for my babies! The city does a great job at the parks upkeep and maintenance.

So many swings. Its fantastic. I brought my 2 yr old, and there was actually a vacant swing, on a Saturday afternoon. I love that they have several playgrounds, and different age friendly spaces, for toddlers, young kids, and big kids. The walking path is great, there are basketball and tennis courts available, and weve had a birthday party in one of the pavilions (on a previous date). I havent used the bathrooms, but I bet theyre not bad. Havent been inside the rec center, either, but I hear theres a pool.

Great place to take the grandchildren. Clean park, new equipment. Nice jogging trail for those runners out there. Clean bathrooms, free pavilion to enjoy a birthday party at. Tennis courts, museum of local history is next to park.

There are 3 play areas for all ages. One of them has a sand box. The park has a trail going all around and lots of land for the kids to run in. It has tennis courts and they recently added a volleyball net. They have a couple of pavilions and a gazebo. The bathrooms and water fountains are in good areas. My girls love going!This park has PoGo stops and gyms.

I have been going here since i was little and now i take my children and they love it!!! As do i.

My family and I have been here numerous times to walk/run/bicycle around the sidewalk for exercise. I have never had any negative things to say about it. There is always ample parking and its never too crowded. Its safe. Playground equipment and other facilities are in good condition and maintained. Bathrooms are not gross. 5 Stars.

The kids love this park and there is a lot of things for them to keep occupied. From my experience the parents Ive meet while her have all been very friendly. No issues at all except it get a little crowded at times but thats because it is the best park in the area

Great park my only complaint is that there are a few broken pieces of equipment that they haven’t replaced or repaired yet. They are rather slow at fixing things however the park is one of the best around.

It had been a long time since we have been here and it has improved greatly! They have multiple parks, restrooms ( not a port-a- potty) and its very spacious! My kids loves it!!

Great park in Conroe with lots of options for kids and adults to enjoy their time at the park. Lots of newer play equipment, a basketball court, a walking trail, all next to the Heritage Museum, which is a great little historical museum about Conroe and Montgomery County. Lots of benches and some covered areas as well.

Love this park! So much for the kids to do and an awesome walking trail! A few different types of jungle gyms, a basketball court and a tennis court! Clean restrooms and a couple water fountains always near by!

Nice clean place to bring your family. It has plenty to do for you and the young ones . I love candy cane park! I always enjoy my weekly visits to the park to walk a friends dog.

Kids enjoyed the slides and 13 ft deep pool. Great price of $7 for a nice waterpark. Park next to it is nice as well.

Very nice improvements over the years.Great family park with lots of extras.Be prepared though and pick your times to go cause this park stays packed !! Open till 11pm. Free park except for the pool area and activity center and the museum . 7$ adults . 2 and under free.

We love there are three parks to run too. Then there is the pool and it is fun too.
