Very nice and clean. The pizza and food was tasty yet small portions for anything besides pizza and cotton candy.

They really upgraded their menu the food was terrific! The children had so much fun the unlimited play is a great idea. I enjoyed myself and Im in adults we went for my grandson 2nd birthday and I have to say for what it cost it is so worth it. I would take my family there for a birthday party every time if I could afford it. Chucky came out while we sing Happy Birthday and that was fun to the pictures were fantastic the colors are great the staff is so nice and friendly. All around Id have to say I give this an 11 out of 10.

Typical chuck e cheese place. This one feels a bit smaller than most but I dont know that to be true. Smelled kind of sour inside. Seemed like a whole lot going on with not a whole lot of help. The kids were happy but chuck e needs an upgrade. Oh whoever was in the chuck costume around 1pmish on Saturday was horrible.

I am absolutely appalled and disappointed in this place. We just got home after having my sons 4th birthday here. There was literally not a thing more they could have done to make this night worse. Our party was supposed to be from 4-6pm. We got there at 3:45pm like we were supposed to and they didnt even know which table would be ours. They didnt have a dedicated hosting for us, but we had to share with other parties for a host. They didnt even have a table ready till nearly 5pm. I had ordered the food with our host around 4:15pm and we were not served any food till almost 5:40pm. We only got two pizzas at this time even though Id ordered 4. Took another 15-20mins for the adult pizzas. They had to keep asking me what my sons name was because the hosts were switching. One of them had to nerve to tell me that the party would still run smoothly and that wed still get out on time because she wanted to leave for home right after the party. Im sorry, but Im paying for two hours, so Id like my two hours. The bathrooms werent even use able. Even single stall was absolutely filthy. (I have pics of every single one if upper management would like to see the deplorable condition this place is in.) The party stage was littered with supplies and looked terrible. It was 6:30pm before they even asked my son to do the ticket blaster. He didnt get a cape like the other four parties because they ran out... so my son who was talking about being a super hero at this place all week got a medallion instead. They never gave us any silverware for cake and we had to rummage through the boxes on the front stage for forks for the cake and salad bars. They never even brought the cups for the adults at the party and we all had to share with the kids. After all this I spoke to the manager several times and she refused to even discount the party because she was allowing us to stay as long as we wanted... like we wanted to be there was long as we were because of that service. The hostess that wanted to get out on time so badly only gave me a $4 discount because thats all she could do and she couldnt find a manager. We paid $200 for some of the worst service Ive ever had and I honestly dont even think that should have been paid. Im so livid beyond belief. My sons birthday was absolutely ruined. The stress free night of doing his party at this establishment was anything but.

It has been updated recently to reflect a cleaner atmosphere. The staff are pretty friendly. Going early business the best experience! Not too big on the food.

Chuck E Cheese seems the same in every city to me. I always liked how they stamp a number on child and adult when you enter and they check to make sure your numbers match when you exit.This place was clean and games were all in working condition.Both my granddaughter and my grandson loves this place.They do have birthday parties where you get special time with Chuck E Cheese himself. Everytime I have been there Chuck E Cheese did appear and mingled with the kids.The food is not very good. The cheesey bread was the only thing I had that was good. They did have beer and wine for the adults at most Chuck E Cheese locations I have been to. The employees are just doing thier job and dont seem thrilled to be there.I am sure if you have older kids the cost would be more expensive but with small kids it only cost about $10 for a couole of hours of arcade game playing. The arcade games payout tickets. The better you play the more tickets you win. To redeem the tickets the prizes seem pretty worthless. I have been places where the prize you wanted was 50 tickets and you have 45 and they give you it anyway-not this place.You do need to walk around with the small kids- you can not see all the areas from the tables.

Went early afternoon on Thursday. It was fun and not too crowded.

Lines were a little long and pizza was a little cold when we got it but they were super busy. Staff seemed stressed but maintained a smile.

The place was packed! I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Our host Saeed was awesome!

Kids are always finding new game there. They had great time with friends.

My nephew had a great time . it was fun to see him happy! Food was yucky . still had fun!

The workers definitely leave a lot to be desired.Is probably still the same great place that I can remember when I was a young kid.Unfortunately, it looks as though I wont be finding out more about this Chuckee Cheese, at least until they change the current working staff (greeters).Only reason this place still even gets two stars is because my memories of it as a kid.

Totally fun place to for birthday parties its like the Las Vegas of chuckie cheeses. But its very loud especially on a Saturday afternoon.

All the employees are TEENAGERS and are RUDE except for 3 one being the manger she seems of age BLONDE hair and a nice Hispanic boy and a young African American male. The manager was VERY courteous, professional and nice!! The pizza is VERY GREASY and the food is OVERLY PRICED for that. We had A good time tho. THIS PLACE IS FOR MORE 5 AND UP CHILDREN. There is barely a play area MORE ARCADE THEN GYMNASIUM PLAY AREA( balls ect)

My 3 year old has an amazing time here. We play games together. I like the timed play option, so theres no argument about when its time to leave. I just wish the ticket count machines werent always out of order. Having only 1 work is insane, and thats why it loses a star.

Granddaughter loves this place, the price is reasonable for the fun that is had. Also every time i go ... Its pretty clean. Staff could learn to acknowledge people when they are at the counter

Ive had the dubious pleasure of attending several of Mr Cheeses establishments, and this was probably the best location weve been to.My 4 yr old had a fantastic time. Newer games, most of which worked properly and it felt semi-clean (as much as you can keep an insane asylum for 3-6 yr olds clean). Hard to admit but I actually also think their pizza is semi-decent.Several machines were jammed/out of tickets but the kids didnt seem to care and staff were on top of fixing.

I recently took my son to chucke cheese in Concord, CA And he got one of the prizes. We actually come here atleast once a week and I spend about $200 everytime. The most expensive prize on the shelf. It was like a nerf gun. Which was 6 thousand tickets. Which according to chucke cheese is equivalent to $60. So I get the prizes for him and we take it home and open it. Then realize it needs batteries. So we put brand new Duracell batteries in. And it doesnt work. So I try another set of batteries. And still doesnt work. I take it back to chucke cheese a few days later and tell them it doesnt work at all and i need to exchange it for another. They told me no. They told me once I leave the building, its out of their hands. That they will not exchange it for a working one. So I ask them why, it doesnt work. And its the most expensive prize on the board and it is defective. She, the manager said she doesnt care, she will not change it. And she wont change any prize for anyone. So I asked. How am I supposed to know that the product they are selling me doesnt work, and how am I supposed to know it needs batteries? What am I supposed to bring batteries every where I go? She said that if that makes me feel better I can do that, but if we leave out of the building with a toy. They can do nothing about it. I believe this is fraud. They probably have many toys that dont work. And especially the most expensive ones. They are conning children and parents to spend tickets and money on things that do no work. This really needs to be fixed. I will also be talking to my lawyer about this and also the news so other parents and families know to be careful to purchase anything from here. AND ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER, BRING BATTERIES.

We had a group of five on Veterans Day with such an expected crowd why wasn’t management on top of it and ready for a really busy holiday weekend plus all the smoke definitely meant going inside at Chuckie Cheese! Long lines plus multiple broke down displays for our children plus an hour to get pizza (it was cold too) plus not enough staff to help us plus no security watching so many people made it very uncomfortable to enjoy the kids at a place that cost us over $50 bucks with lots of headaches!! The staff at ticket (for toys) redemption was really good at her job though, extremely patient while we & our three year old had to wait in line half hour ;o

Takes an hour to get your pizza...an easy hour. And I recall it tasting much better. Terrible. But the kids had fun so its all good I guess

Manager did not seem sincere when it took over an hour to get our pizza because of a mix up. Other then that it’s a nice place.

Pretty large divide in the fun had between the parents and the kids. My son summed it up well when I asked if he liked chucky cheese pizza. Yea I loved it. When they bring [the pizza] out it is already cold so you dont have to blow on it. The kids had a great time.For a chucky cheese this particular establishment it was relatively clean, the game machines were almost all operational, and the staff was attentive and enthusiastic with the kids.

Great for families. kids love it! Pizza is a bit pricey. They serve beer and wine. Go on a weekday for a quiet time or weekends for crazy loud fun times!

Went there a while ago with the grands and also w/o the grands pizza good and so was the games & fun. Need too many tics for the good prizes, so I usually just buy the little over priced gifts. The staff there was awesome and gave me discounts on the kiddie cups etc as I was always in there ordering, playing & paying for something. Any excuse to go in there and become child like only for a moment

I havent eat here. But they have very nice place for kids to play but you gotta pay first.

It is fun here, clean. It gets really crowded on the weekends. The only thing is I wish they would do is update their prizes. There is not a lot to choose from.

I went to take my girls and we went to play and came back to our table and they trew my babys food away and all of our stuff but this guy named sean helped me and was really nice even when we had to change our tickets there was a girl that was really rude and he also helped us this place needs more workers like him thats the only reason im giving a 5 star ...

Kids love it, but I cant take that much of it. Its soooo loud. Many of the machines are broken and dont give out tge right tickets or any. The counter where you get the toys for tickets is junk. Its never manned by enough people. Waiting 45 minutes to get your tickets redeemed is normal. The cost ratio of ticket: toy is crazy. Whoever came up with it is exceptionally good at dashing childrens dreams. We play games for an hour or so, then go to the dollar store or party city to get a little toy that isnt junk.Their parties are terrible. Ive been to 4 of them over 2 years. Every single time, there was something wrong with the order. Either wrong pizzas, no drinks, cake dropped, stingy on the plates and cups, the table manager disappears for the whole party so I have to go to the back and get plates, cups, napkins, request drinks, the food, whatever.Not sure why things havent changed. I know the parents running these parties have complained.Ugh.

Everytime we come to this place, some game are out of service or just dont work and dont have any signs, so you try to play and is not working, and if you try to call somebody for help, they answer in a bad mood and you wait for long time they shows up.Bad service

This place is pretty sad. The bathrooms are disgusting and have sticky floors, most of the employees here hate their job and reflect that in their customer service skills and a quarter of our pizza came out with no cheese. However, my kids love it here and a moms gotta do what a moms gotta do to make them happy.

My first time being here with my son and he had a blast! The staff were more than helpful in answering my questions and very friendly. I purchased a deal exclusively for signing up for the e-rewards and because I only needed 2 drinks instead of the 4 on the deal, the clerk gave me 50 play points additional to my 60 that came as part of the deal. So overall my and my sons experience was a blast and well definitely be back for more! Thank you to the great staff!

One of the better CECs Ive visited. Located at the crux between an Asian shopping center, Frys, and a series of car dealerships, theres no shortage of activity. Inside is a typical CEC, but the people are friendly and the pizza is delicious. I love pizza.

We love their pepperoni pizza, the crust is crispy. The price is good, while my child enjoys the games and activities they have.

This place needs organization. They should have an employee assigned just to clean any mess off the floor. One employee assigned to a large party & must have activities prepared to keep the kids entertained, i.e. challenging games even if it includes who collected the most tickets or a photo session for the birthday child to remember.

Unprofessional staff. HALF of the games were either not working or breaking down the hour we were there! Kids had fun but then again theyre 1 and 3 they have fun anywhere.

Took my grandson for lunch buffet. There was only one person working, chuck e cheese did not come out at all. You had to wait for the pizza, the salad bar was horrible. When the buffet was over they replaced with a salad bar that had a variety of items. You pay for the buffet and expect so much more than what you receive for the price. They need to revisit the way they have the buffet set up.

We had a birthday party for my son. At first the staffs were so busy that no one there to set up the party. Friends and kids needed to wait for a while to get their tokens. Once they have someone assigned for our party, things seemed going well. One suggestion is bringing your own cake.

Poor chuck... this place is a shadow of what it once was back in the day in the willows. Still my kids go crazy whenever we come here so I guess there are worse things. Food wasnt bad. Salad bar was nice and thats where I showed down mostly.

What else can u expect from a chuck E cheese? Let the kids be kids. Yes this place should be messy! Yes this place should be unorganized! Its big kid ran for lil kids to enjoy! Had a Bday party here & it was a blast! There really is nothing like this anymore for kids to enjoy. If your kids are not complaining well... job done!

They must be under new management. We had a birthday party for my son there a few years ago and it was horrible, very disorganized and caotic. My son begged me to go again and I caved. The staff was very attentive and organized, went really well, totally different from my first experience.

Kids like the place. But it is noisy and crowded and so parents are less likely to enjoy it.

I have changed the stars that this place deserves because the quality has gone down A LOT! Used to be a great place to spend a few hours but its no longer any good. Lots of broken games, jackpots have gone down (making it hard to win a decent amount of tickets) and the staff has changed and now everyone had an attitude and no friendly service!

Coustomer Service is really bad. Long lines and only one cashier with a bad attitude. I wonder if some of the employees have background checks on place. It is very nice that teenagers work but they should be supervised by responsible adults.

Went to buy a gift card for my little Granddaughter to enjoy but I walked out empty-handed after doing some reconnaissance. Noisy, dirty, unkempt, crowded and sketchy looking people. The food choices are limited. There were not enough toddler activities. Bring back the good old days.

Hostess was nice and accommodating. Came here midday on a Friday with 2 kids. Not crowded. Location is clean.

I am sitting in Chucky cheese and its filthy.. its Saturday 4pm the salad bar is filthy and pretty gross, grapes floating in water and salad dressing. The dressings are a mess...the bathroom is beyond gross. This is my first time here with my grandkids. Thought it would be fun.now hoping we dont get the plague..the manager is obsessed with helping people at the beer machine but doesnt notice the salad bar or filthy tables I actually took. Napkins in restroom then moisten to wipe the cleanest of the tables.. this place needs to be inspected by the health department.
