THANK GOODNESS this little treasure trove of an art center had the compassion to acknowledge this Memorial Holiday with a patriotic display on their sidewalk table that encouraged me to go down in search of flags to put beside Veteran gravesites. I hadnt been able to leave work in time to get flags from the likely sources. They so thoughtfully had flags and roses, so I was able to honor my Brothers tree and stone. Thats community consciousness! Forever grateful and Ill always visit for art, supplies, and unexpected treats!
