Another great birthday party once again with the awesome people of rollhouse!! They do a great job the kids have great fun.

Bartending lady is awesome and outgoing, food is okay. The bowling is fair pricing and a good family spot.

Lanes and equipment were in great shape. They also had an updated game area. I mark them down because of the price. I ended up spending over $50 for me and two kids to bowl 2 games. I dont know what the going rate is at other bowling alleys but what I paid for roughly two hours of play seemed excessive considering we were all on the same lane.

Really fun, lots of games and a nice place for celebrations/ parties.

We had fun but it is a bit expensive.

Love going here for bowling and the video games.

I use to enjoy bowling here but not anymore. Parents let their children run out of control. 4 adults on a lane and they put families with 6 children or more on either side of us. Unreal wont be back.

Called these folks at 2:50pm to say we planned on bowling there for the two hour special on a Thursday and were told there were lanes open until the leagues start at 6pm. We arrived in about ten minutes. We were greeted and told that they had to start oiling the lanes at 4pm and couldn’t bowl for more than 45 minutes. I said we were told there was plenty of time when I called just a few minutes ago. She said “sorry about that”. Won’t be going back.Update to the owner response: Attempted to call “the owner”. The person who answered (I believe Paige) told me he was in Cleveland and she did not allow me to leave a message or talk directly.

Lovely night out! The staff is always so kind to my family. I’ve been coming here since it was Western Lanes and I can honestly say this is my favorite set of management so far. Special shout out to Thornton for being so amazing and helpful.

Great place! Visiting from Virgina and spent time with family. We had 19 people total and they accommodated without flenching. Clean, friendly and most reasonably priced place around. Cost is why we picked it and so glad we did!

Theyve kept the building the same for so many years, its not bad. But definitely more expensive than dave and busters. They need to upgrade, adapt. Or this place wont last much longer

Just tried to go here with my niece and nephews and the girl at the counter tried to charge us almost $100 and then laughed in our face. She’s lucky I had the kids with me cause she would have no teeth. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great place for bowling meets, staff is SO nice

I was pretty disappointed with this place. Its price was in oar with most of the bowling spots Ive been to in Columbus. It was however significantly dirtier (they appear to be understaffed) and their selection of bowling balls to use was pathetic. I would recommend somewhere else. Ill not be returning.

It was a fun time. I just felt like the price was too high. The shoes were very slick. I realize bowling shoes are different then regular shoes, but these made me feel like I was going to fall, so I resorted to walking to the line and throwing the ball without the momentum!

Great little bowling ally

Always has a smell to it thats not pleasant and some lanes have many issues. We mainly just come for the pizza and cheese fries, best Ive had at a bowling alley.

This is the best bowling alley in the Columbus, OH area! The employees go up and above to bring excellent customer service! My daughter and I went to this location multiply times for a class project! The food (pizza) is fabulous! Its very busy on Fridays and Saturdays so call before you go! See how long the wait is on those nights!

Everyone there was really nice, from the staff to the other people there just bowling. We had a complete stranger bring us a ramp for my daughter so it was easier for her to bowl. The food was good and they have some pretty cool games too. We had a great time and we are definitely planning more trips to go back

Bowling, good food, game room, laser tag, and good music; this place has it all! I would recommend “The game” to everyone. Good management is always a plus too ask for Thornton he will take care of you.

Staff is wonderful, Best bowling ally in Columbus. Thornton went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend date night, family night, or any night here!

Had my daughters 12th birthday party here. Very over priced but the kids had a nice time. The place offers a variety of packages.

I work with people in the developmentally disabled population and we go here often. We are always welcomed and taken care of. This helps bring awareness to disabilities and gives a great time in the process

The service is so bad. My self and other customers waited for over 1/2 hour to get our food. This Mcdonalds is going to the potts.

Everyone here was very nice. The kitchen manager was great, and the folks running the kids area were very helpful and engaging. The facilities were very clean as well. Great experience!

The facility is nice, well maintained, and plenty of lanes. The food is good and the drinks were nice too. My only gripe is how understaffed the front desk was the entire time we were there on a busy weekend day. From the initial lane rental, an exchange of shoe size, having the bumpers put up, and then a couple of lane time extensions, every single time we waited an exceptionally long time because there was only one person handling lanes AND shoes. Not very cool when the lanes are paid by the hour and you burn 10-15 minutes waiting at the front desk every time. The cost was really affordable though.

Good atmosphere in both the bowling alley and the arcade section. But, it was really hard to find a bowling ball that actually allowed my fingers to not get nearly dislocated and that werent 20lbs or more in weight. (Which also made it hard to get my ball where i wanted it to go). But otherwise a great experience bowling.

Staff is good, but their bowling lanes are pretty old. We constantly (10+ times during a 2 hour time period) had to stop the game due to pins not clearing up. When this happens more than once or twice, it is not ideal at all.

I went with my sons school here on a field trip. It was a blast!! Its very clean. The arcade games are the best Ive even seen. A very fun place for kids and adults!! I was very impressed!

This place is amazing! The staff is so great! Bobby and Travis were so helpful and accommodating. Laser tag was so fun. A+ rating for literally everything. The manager is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Fun for all ages!!!!

Always a fun time bowling, playing laser tag, having a pizza, and playing video games! Excellent staff, great deals. Some nights are super crowded, and others more laid back- but we always have fun! Shout out to Ron for fixing our lane, making sure we got to finish a game, and being super polite, even at the very end of a night! You are good people!

I had a great experience at Game of Western Columbus. The establishment is very well ran with one of the most respectable and kindhearted staff members. The food was amazing. It was a very clean place and has the best look of any bowling alley I’ve ever been to. Would definitely recommend visiting. I will 100% be coming back soon.

The atmosphere is awesome and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Sue is an extremely welcoming, beautiful soul. This is one of the best places to take the kids. I mean, bowling, arcading, Lazer tag and food all in one place! How can you go wrong? Theres awesome deals throughout the week and even without the deals its still quality fun on a budget. Weve been countless times and always had an uplifting experience. PS* if you wear white bottom shoes you dont have to rent any.

Dont judge the building by the exterior. This is a great venue.

Not too big, probably geared more towards kids with Lazer tag and game area. Glow bowling on weekends is $25 per LANE, which is outrageous. Music was really good for a Friday night though. Big beer pitchers.

It was a pretty epic place, nice activities, good food, nice atmosphere, good games. 5/5 definitely reccomend.

I went here for a school event today and it was honestly super fun and the owner/manager, gave me a free pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders, fantastic service, fully recommend.

Group of us went there just for fun an we had a ball the place was awesome service was great I didnt eat but everyone said food was good they also have a full bar the servicer in the bar was awesome we cant wait to go back Thanks Rollhouse

Great atmosphere

Its a fun place to take the kids. They accept the summer free bowling programme.There is: an arcade, lazer tag and bowling.

Nice place but my biggest issue was the videos on the big screens in front of the lanes. Great example would be the uncut version of Chingys Right Thurr (2003). Good enough song but the last thing I really wanted my 12 and 8 year old daughters to see while trying to have a fun family outing was strippers in barely there thongs twerking while guys throw money at them and smack their a****. The lane next to us had at least 5 girls under 10 for a birthday party that were watching that as well. Save it for the after 9 or 10 p.m. crowd.

Last night was my first time going and me and my girlfriend had a blast we also met the nice lady ever named Susan she was awesome!!!!

Great place! My husband and I came to bowl Sunday and got a really good deal for 2 hours unlimited bowling. The venue was very clean and tidy, and all staff members were very friendly. Will definitely go back.

We have been to Game multiple times over the years but never for a birthday party. WOW! They knock a kids birthday party out of the park. Bowling, laser tag, games, cake and pizza. Susan was an amazing help and hostess. Thanks so much. We’ll definitely be back.

They just installed new games. It is family friendly at times, however, I would not suggest bringing kids after dark. Lots of fights.

Cool place to hang out.

The workers there are nice but they are not that organized. They kept telling us to wait for laser tag for an hour and each worker kept telling us your up in 10 minutes until we asked for refund and just left. In addition some of the bowling score keeper boards are messed up and they didn’t give us our refund for that so we just made the best of it because we paid.

Had a great time celebrating my daughters birthday! The staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Very clean, good food and they also have a game room and lazer tag which was too much fun!

Good place to hang out with family. They have free pizza and cookies. Kids can play in play area that has some games.

We took our students there as a reward. Staff was excellent and accommodating. I would definitely go there again.

We had my sons 8th birthday party here. We had a blast! The staff was helpful and took care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend Games of Western Columbus to anyone having a party or just wants to bowl!

When I asked why I was charged extra for my drinks they said some banks do that. They said it was gonna be off the account in the morning the next day and it’s 2 days later and it hasn’t been given back. The chicken wings were raw. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and basically told us we shouldn’t bring our birthday cake in when it was a birthday party. The people were just rude.

This place is great for family time and the staff is wonderful with the kids and the food was great too let me tell you about the bartender Sandra she is so freaking friendly and make great drink thanks everyone at the rollhouse

My boyfriend and I took his daughter there for laser tag. We had to wait a while for a couple birthday parties to go ahead of us. While w waited, they were so accommodating and welcoming. Excellent staff and wonderful service. We will bring her back.

This place has shine a bit more since its been remodeled and renamed and Under New Management however Still Remains a bit pricey for bowling

Great place for fun with the family or even large group events. The owners/operators are very kind and will make arrangements for any needs. Very understanding and just a wonderful place to go have a night out after being stuck inside most winter. You will live it at game of Western Columbus. They even have a bar for the parents

We use to love this place. We visited the game tonight for the first time in about 7 or 8 months. We use to come frequently and never had a problem. Tonight was different we ordered food that took forever to come when we did get our pizza it was cold. Then the kids ordered fries which took about 40 minutes to get. Then the young lady taking the orders was very rude to my children and no staff member seem to care not even the manager. Sandra was the only one that seem to have some customer service skills. She took care of the problem and was very apologetic. I dont know if this place is under new management or what but we will not return. There is a new bowling alley rule 3 I guess we will check them out in the future.
