Love this place. Great service, ordered everything online, had it all waiting for me when I walked I the door.

Havent been to the movies in a long time but we went to see the new Spiderman....eh. otherwise the place is huge. (Eat before you go because the prices for food and drink are bananas) nice crew, great facility. 4 stars because 5 stars would just be too much. Hit the matinee and save yourself a few bucks. Kick out of the lobby while waiting for the movie to start in 15min. Had consessions and had to wait in our car.

AMC 15 Columbus, GA. Nasty, nasty, nasty. The concession area had popcorn everywhere and filthy sticky floors. The bathroom smelled and was not clean. Going to the theater part had popcorn scattered throught. Didnt see one person walking around to clean. I know they are busy, but they should have an assigned cleaning team. We went into our auditorium and it wasnt clean. Although, we waited for it to be cleaned and a young man came out and said it was clean. Popcorn and trash still under the seat is not clean. AMC you get alot of money. I cant believe your acceptance of uncleanist allowed. If it look this way that everyone can see. I can only in horror imagine what the behind prep area look like. I couldnt stay in the bathroom long enough to take pictures due to the smell. You dont even deserve 1 star. Last pictures are from previous post over a year ago.

This used to be the best theater in Columbus. Went to see a movie with the family tonight and the movie was great, but the theater was extremely dirty. The bathrooms were worse. Most of the electronics boards and screens were not working. Only had 3 employees in the whole place so the lines were outrageous. As much as they charge to see a movie you would think it would be more pleasant.

Went to the 12pm showing of Bad Boys 3 on Monday, Jan 20, 2020 (off work due to Martin Luther King holiday). I got there at 12pm & there was a long line. No one was at ticket counter. They had 4 lines open at the concession. At the concession was where you would purchase your ticket & get food. I was disappointed they did that because some people didnt want food at the concession but was made to wait in the long line. I waited for about 20 minutes & then they finally started opening up 2 more concession & this where i had the opportunity to get out of the long line. I was the first customer to go to the lady that had a just open up. If they didnt do that i would of had still been waiting. I got into the movie theater in time for the movie to actually start. I would suggest that they open back ticket counter & have concession open only to purchase food & drinks. This was the first opening weekend & that included holiday (people were off their jobs) of Bad Boys 3 & they needed more staff.

Pretty typical AMC theater. Well-staffed by energetic young folks. Excellent food but pricey. The theater was pretty chilly but the seating was good and the sound was clear.

Workers are extremely nice. I usually love coming here to get out with friends or to just enjoy myself. Might be on the costly side, but its definitely worth it.

Watched Joker here the other day. The movie was ok but the theater was better. Comfortable seating and clean. Staff was friendly. Have the usual overpriced options to snack on. The one thing I enjoyed was their flatbed personal pizza. Very tasty.

Best movie theater in town. Ample parking and lighting makes you feel safe. Reclining seats with plenty of space. They sell beer and wine as well.

It usually is okay but this day in the theater there was a smell like it hadnt been cleaned. The sound from the movie didnt come on until right when the movie came on. Seems they were having a technical issue. I have been in other theaters at this location that were better. Not the worst but not the best experience.

My son and I showed up to the theater around 3:30 and felt like the only people in the entire building, besides one young lady behind the counter. She took our order for 2 tickets, a large popcorn and regular drink, which ended up costing around $46.. Once we got to the theater, we watched the entire movie without another person entering the theater. Afterwards, we used the restroom, and proceeded out of the exit, ALL THE WHILE, never seeing another person besides the young lady who helped us upon arrival. So if you are the type who likes to shy away from the crowd, I suggest an afternoon showtime on a weekday.. The movie was great, customer service was flawless, theater and bathroom spotless clean, and we had a really great experience.

My first time here was to watch the Lion King 2 on July 21 at 4:00 p.m.Customer Service: excellent. Friendly and polite. Offer military discount.Lion King was scheduled for 4:00 p.m buy it didnt start until 4:25 p.mThe seats and floor were so dirty and sticky with ketchup, butter, soda, etc. It smelled so bad in the 15. I dont think the theater was cleaned between each shift.Wont be back until further improvement.

Nice theater. Get there plenty early or buy your tickets through the app as they serve concessions in the same lines as they sell the tickets. IMAX, digital, 3D, and I believe reserved seating available.

The employees are so nice and friendly. We bought tickets online and the young man helped me figure out how to pull the tickets up after I thought I lost them. Plus he was so patient when my girls insisted on paying for their own snacks and drinks.

I’m giving one star based on the state on the facility and staff. Walked in and two employees were just talking behind the counter while a line was forming. Whenever someone came up, they just sent the customers to the next register. Inside the theater, there was trash on the seats and candy under them. To top it off, the bathrooms were horrendous. Please fix this soon as this theater used to be top notch.

Please keep carpets vacuumed and floors in concession area mopped, floor was sticky near drink fountains and carpet corridors full of walked on popcorn. Movie was phenomenal.

The theater itself was nice, but it was very dirty. Popcorn covered the floor, the mats by the soda machines were sticky, and the dispenser for the lids was coated in grime. The reclining seats in the theater was a nice touch, but this place needs to take hygiene more seriously.

It is great! My hometown theater has recliners, so that is the gold standard.

It was our first time attending this theater, but we had a good experience and the ticket prices were reasonable.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again. Id rather not have a theater than to visit this place. Never seen a place managed so poorly. At least 30 couples were out front complaining about the extreme lines. AMC do us a favor go out of business and then hopefully someone else will open a properly ran business.

The costumer service was awful.For a Saturday night they didn’t have enough lines open. Then they gave us the wrong ticket and over charged us. As for as the place it self it was so dirty. Trash everywhere and it was not well managed. They need to take note from AMC at Hollywood connection.

This is the best place in columbus to see a movie. The screens are great and the seats are fairly nice and comfy. The lines are normally not to long except when a new movie comes out. But, they do their best by openinh multiple lines. If your an AMC premium stubs member you can skip the line infrount of the normal ticket buyers. And there is no assigned seating its first come first serve.The food here is kinda expensive just like any kinda movie theater. Your not allowed to bring in any other food besides theirs.They have pleanty of bathrooms and they try their best to keep them clean, but kids will be kids. Along with the theaters the workers wait by the doors when the movie is over ready to pick up the mess and get it ready for the next viewing.I have yet to have a problem with any kinda mess in the theatres.The only issue I have with this place is the mess just outside the doors. The trashcans have a mess around them and doesnt seem like they clean it.

This is the theater we frequent the most. Staff always nice. Food is good. Popcorn is yummy. Movie variety. AMC club holders. We love it.

I go the movies all the time and I enjoy IMAX the most. Thats why I come to this particular theater. The sound and how clear the movie is, pretty damn awesome. You also cant go wrong with a bucket of popcorn and a large Coke Zero cherry. The staff and cleanliness is a hit or miss. I also enjoy from time to time some pretzel bits with cheese.

This is a nice facility as far as movie theaters go. I was very pleased that they offered Run the Race, a positive, inspirational, unapologetically Christian film. Seating was comfortable, bathrooms were clean, concessions were good. Staff was friendly. The matinee prices were amazing for tickets and concessions! No complaints.

Watched Spiderman on IMAX and was very impressed. Theater was clean seats were comfortable and the screen and sound was amazing. Great quality. Speakers made it feel like I was right in the action. Great experience.

What a nasty theater. It smells bad. The floors are sticky and crunchy. The bathrooms are disgusting. How can they charge the ridiculous prices when it is so disgusting. Would not recommend this theater

My wife and i recently enjoyed the new bad boys movies which was great. The atmosphere here at amc is great food is awesome and the staff its always a definitely comeback for us!

Overall enjoyed show. But there were a couple detracting factors:Sound in IMAX theater garbled at times. Concessions not busy on rainy Friday, yet concessions service person ignored questions and got order wrong.

One of the better theatres in town. Screen size is top tier and the concession stand is run very efficiently. Only downside is the main line is for tickets and concessions which can get backed up easily since both of them are sold at one stand.

This theater has nice facilities but they need a serious cleaning. It was one of the dirtiest theaters Ive ever been in. Floors were sticky and it kinda smelled too. Staff might need some work too as they were extremely slow. Front ticket girl looked completely unhappy to be there. Ill go elsewhere next time.

The vibe is different since AMC took over, the movie experience was good but they can use a lot of help in the housekeeping area. I think I would have felt safer using the restroom at a gas station, it was extremely nasty with nothing to dry your hands after you wash them.

Went to see the endgame movie last year and they wouldnt let me in the first time because the tickets i order offline would scan through my phone so i went and bought more tickets from them the next morning to come back to see the movie that night and they still wouldnt scan. That was their fault and i asked to speak to the manager and the only thing he did was give me a $5 off my next movie. I spent over $80 to see a 1 damn movie and i could get my refund.

How the hell do you run out of fountain drinks? We are here as a group to see Star Wars and there are no fountain drinks. Forcing everyone to buy water with no refills is ridiculous.

Seems like to keep the places in town open, the budgets got cut and now sure, you can see a movie in a decent theatre, but it aint gonna be as nice as when Carmike owned them. I miss Carmike.

I am not sure whats happened in the years since I last was here but its gone downhill. The place was a mess, the staff didnt seem to care, the floor behind concessions was covered in popcorn, the doors were smudged and had cobwebs everywhere... Thats just in the front. The theater I was in was also in need of attention, its floors needing refinished bad. Overall, very sad this theater had gone so far downhill.

Extremely nice theater with so many different choices for a great outing!

Extremely dirty. I literally just walked in wvwry bathroom and it was filthy. Popcorn all in the hallways. Spills not cleaned up in theater. The workers confirmed it was not busy today at all. Simply unacceptable. Will not pay my money again. Would rather watch Netflix in my clean living room.

Went to a mid-afternoon movie. Counter service just to purchase tickets was incredibly slow - glacier slow! Visited the mens room about 2 hours apart - both times, NO hand towels. Must have been the managers day off! Good movie, though. Seats good.

This is my favorite AMC in this area but the prices are extremely high, snacks and tickets should be brought down. The seats are comfortable and they do a great job of keeping each show room clean.

Went to see Downton Abbey! Loved it and the area. Be careful ordering food, you may have to wait a good while. We were told to go to the back and wait. We did for over ten mins and no one would say anything.

The theater was very tidy and the service was friendly. However, it kind of bothered me the fact the two employees I encountered sounded like robots or like they were being forced to have only one type of response, even when I was trying to make light conversation...

Movie theater was comfortable. Popcorn was fresh. Staff at concessions was not great. A lot of people just standing around behind the counter with only 2 lines open. Popcorn was all over the floor in several areas. You couldnt walk within stepping on it. Popcorn salt container was empty. Management needs to encourage better care of the facility and their customers. Beautiful facility but not taken care of.

Went to see black and blue in theater 15 ..the 730 show....movie theater smelled real bad....misty molded smell and in between isles slippery.... as much as though movie tickets popcorn and sodas cause I know they can do better than that

This location is usually always the same. The employees are nice and polite and it is usually clean considering it is a theater. The only thing I will say is if you have a certain soda or icee that you are craving then that will be the thing that is out or broke. Also the few times I wanted to use the self use butter dispensers, well they did nothing either. But hey nothing is perfect, but can you guys start keeping up with this stuff. Other then that thank you for your service.

Near perfect, a must see!!! Bad Boys III a 10/10, IMAX 10/10, Seats S29 & S30 (backrow seats) had a hand rail in my view of the movie 4/10.

The seats were very comfortable, entire building well maintained for clean surroundings to make the movie going experience all the better. Drinks & snacks are typical as far as prices & variety but quite a good experience for the movie goer wanting to enjoy the picture show

The hole thing was trouble. From buying the tickets, to do food server did not where the glove like they should have. I would not recommend this at all.

The movie was great! Personnel were so friendly. The reason for only 3 stars is due to the fact that the womens bathroom (yes I checked, ALL of them) needed to be cleaned and there was popcorn everywhere on the floors. When it was Carmike Cinemas there were always at least 3 people cleaning at all times. Too bad that AMC didnt keep that policy.

Ok. Wow. So its been at least 6 moths or so since Ive been here. I couldnt believe how run down it got since switching to AMC. Ugh. Really sucks because we now have to try to find another theatre to go to or not go out to the movies. From the staff, to the facility as a whole, the popcorn, the theatre itself, the movie, it was ALL terrible . The concession stand which is where the tickets are purchased as well was dirty and looked run down. The popcorn was low and tasted old. 1/4 of the tub was crushed up old popcorn! The theatre was a mess and so nasty. Like its never even been cleaned. The movie /previews started and almost 15-20 mins in didnt even have sound !?!??! Hubby had gone the day before and he said their color was so off for a while. A lady who had gone to try to get someone to fix the sound said shes gone over 5 times and every time since the switch from Carmike theres been an issue. The lack of cleanliness needs extreme attention. I mean, seriously, does the manager even read the reviews. IF ANYONE READS THIS, DO NOT GO HERE. AMC needs to step up and fix the problems. I can see why it was so.empty. gross. Wont be back which sucks cuz we like to treat the kids to the movies !!!!!

Went to watch a movie. Overall, it is a nice atmosphere. The snacks and drinks sure are ridiculously overpriced, but its a movie theater and they have their own corporate leaders to provide paychecks for. We certainly dont go often when it runs about $25 for 2 drinks and some nachos.

They dont heat the IMAX theater at least not at noon. Its freezing in here. AMC heat the theater!!! We are paying good money to see an expensive movie in Imax. I do expect it to be comfortable in the theater 60 degrees is not comfortable!!!

Long lines, messy floors & restrooms. However, on the bright side the seats are comfortable and employees are nice.

We are new to the area and this was our first visit. Loved the fact that it is 15 cinemas along with IMAX. Lots of concession options. Friendly staff and very clean.

Love to go to movies at AMC 15 and Ritz 13. Everyone is always pleasant and they have nice theaters.

Horrible place! My friend and I just left the movies very upset we walked up to the door at about 10:40 pm. When the movie started at 10:30 before we could get to the door the employee yelled rudley at Us “Do you have tickets ? if Not we are close “. Google It says that the theater doesn’t actually close until 11pm. we don’t understand why were we so verbally attacked. It’s not what she said it’s how she said it to us, We will never be back here again! I’ve received better customer service from a stray Dog. The staff has Zero Customer service skills!

I paid 12.00 at the concession to step in Soda that was from 1 end to the other on the floor and no one was cleaning up. It was so nasty and not to mention I had sticky shoes the rest of the evening. There were no lights on the theatres that were open, they use to be lit up Green and LED now showing but nothing.

The movie was fine, but, having only one concession stand open created a very slow moving 60 foot line on a holiday evening. This kind of spoiled the experience.

Times are Changing a not a lot of people visit movie theaters anymore. But to me going to the movies is a timeless event for my family and children. This movie theater is always clean and best my expectations every time. I choose them over the many other local theaters. I highly recommend coming here !

After taking my family to the movies I had to sell blood plasma to afford to pay my phone bill to leave this review but we had a good time!! You almost have to be a drug dealer to go-to the movies AND get snacks there!

Can never reserve seating for popular movies even weeks after opening. Also generally not clean any time Ive been there, especially the bathrooms. Coke machines run out of ice. Not worth the price. AMC is all around the worst theater chain but the only option in Columbus. Can someone else come in and compete? Monopoly much? It would not be hard to put them out of business and I hope someone does!

Good concessions, better (reclining) seating would be nice.

Enjoy AMC Stubs Premiere membership. Totally worth the yearly fee. Today, was able to use birthday benefits, which by itself, totally covers the annual cost.

Its always fun hanging out with friends and going to see a good movie the movie was ready or not prepare yourself for this movie

Just a fun thing to do. They have nice comfortable chairs in theater. They also serve wine and other adult beverages.

Dirty. Poorly run. Employees are slow and apathetic to insane lines that from due to their lack of hustle.

Lines are long and I finally asked an employee to please help the cashier with the popcorn and drinks so the line would move faster.

It sucked about halfway through the movie The turn the interior lights on couldnt see the movie finally got up and made the manager turn the lights back on so we can finish the in the movie I wish I could have got my money back

I got to the movies alot (more so now that I have A List from AMC) and every time I enjoy myself. Not once have I gone here and not gotten what I pay for. Always a great time

How long does a raspberry have to sit before it falls apart and another floats around before the soda fountain is cleaned out. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention our popcorn was cold this afternoon. When I asked for warmer popcorn the cashier said thats all they had. I was a little disappointed in todays experience.

It’s a decent movie theater but not my most favorite in the Columbus area. Employees are usually friendly and move with a purpose. The past few times the theater felt uncomfortably cold. Almost too cold to enjoy the experience.

This is the best movie theater in town.

Theater was nice. No issues with getting tickets or food. When I tried to get my Cherry Coke, only two of 7 or 8 machines werent out of it, but the mix was off in both of them so it was bitter. Pretty sure checking the drink machines in the morning isnt an item on their opening checklist.
