Its a cheap place to live and neighbors are great.

Lots and mobile homes available to rent. Columbus Air Force Base is located 1 mile away and access to downtown Columbus is within 5 miles. Reasonable rates.

Not too dirty sorta ran down in some places but affordable trailers for rent and they are in decent shape and as far as I can tell from one visit friendly people in neighborhood
