Came in town to visit a friend and he lives 3 minutes away so we came to Prime Ulta Lounge. Very friendly atmosphere, food was good. The Dj had the music popping. They Happy Hour was dope. I truly would visit again reminds me of hometown club Brick City Lounge! Halloween 2020

Chicken wings not as good as I remember. It appears there is a new cook. Never had to say well done. Next time I will specify extra well done since they werent very crispy.

Real nice clean n good food

Had to get my man parts fondled before entrance. That was exciting and comforting knowing its a safe place because they check everyone thoroughly. They tan my catd for drinks twice to tell me I was declined yet the transaction took money out of my account. 2. 50 Hennessy shots were nice because cash, but it wasnt fun having to call my bank and make disputes.

On certain days is for younger crowd. The chicken is okay I had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes for it I understood that there were people that made orders before me but it was very extensive wait. Really wish they had more parking available.

My friend referred me to go in here, and as soon as I went in, there was too many people of a certain kind of color, not gonna say, but its not hard to figure out what Im talking about, needless to say, I felt like a grain of salt and a pepper shaker, never again, will I come here

Atmosphere was great, decent mix of music, and awesome set up. Nice amount of tables to chill, decently sized little area to dance. I’m only giving 2 Stars because the Bartenders where TERRIBLE. Both women ignored me and the guy took my change after I ordered my drink and never came back. What he DID’NT realize is that I’m Server myself/Manager so I planned to allow him to keep the 8 dollars in change just because, but what he did turned me completely off and I just let it slide. Terrible service. If I decide to Come back it won’t be for drinks for sure.

So we came here for happy hour. The staff in the kitchen and bar were not at all friendly. But the food prices were good so we persisted. I ordered food and had food left over. I asked for a to go box the response $2. Really? Just paid for 40 wings, 2 fries, we would have ordered more but they were out of fish and onions. 4 margaritas, 2 crown apples. The music is great but the rest was bad. This used to be a great place. So disappointed.

The bartender was great I think his name is Sam. There was a heavy set light skinned woman cooking the food I ordered five pieces of fish and some fries it literally took her 45 minutes and there was only six people in there. When I asked her about my food she got an attitude and said does it look like your food is ready yet and she looked up at the screen. I usually get good customer service when I come here but not today

I was referred to the prime by a friend. We called ahead to pick up chicken but they don’t do over the phone orders. So we paused our business meeting (we are business owners) to go to this ratchet place. We sat down at the bar..the bar tender looks at me and them my husband and decides to ask what he wants..he looks at me and said babe what are we getting?? (A women with class knows a women orders first. And if your a waitress you know you ask her first) I look at her and said chicken..that’s what I want. She got an attitude because she was corrected. And all my chicken wasn’t in my boxes.Sn: I respect a women hustler getting her money..but don’t be disrespectful to the women because baby we decide if you get a tip or not. She look so trashy..who wears undergarments as clothing.So sad what our women are becoming.

Wednesdays had me hooked. Strawberry long islands and .25 wings!!!! I like going here when I need a break from my life. I really enjoy being able to grab a table in the corner and people watch, sip, and eat my wings. Good music, good vibes, good times. Plus the owners and workers are amazing!!! ♡

The bartender was not very attentive or very informative. It was ok.

Great chicken and drinks. Rated a 4 because was once told that drink orders were th ed priority and not my food order so I had to wait. Another time I was able to just order the food but sat for well over an hour waiting. Since it was empty at the time, in comparison to their usually flowing crowd, I felt the timing was to get me to stay & buy the alcohol. Felt safe & have never been uneasy about the place.

Could be a nice spot but the crowd was way to young and fights broke out while I was there. Kitchen cooks were super slow. Was visiting from out of town, I would definitely not go back. It was also a funky smell coming from behind the bar that seemed to get worse as the night went on.

The beverages we quenching! A great buy one, get one price for happy hour. Theyre wings were quick, cheap and hit-the-spot! I bought 2 drinks & 10 wings for under 12bucks! The company and adult conversation with ladies I met there was fulfilling as well! No ratchetness!

For tourist to Columbus its off the beaten path!!! Follow me, I always look for off the beaten path.....they have Security at door, but free to get in..But the wings at ($0.25) cant be beat and rich in flavor.... I have a blast & have a great time...Just make sure you have. Array bartender or one of the twins...Lolol...its worth a change of scenery.

Horrible place! The food is excellent but the bad customer service, understaffing, not answering the phones, the smell from the bathroom that takes over the whole restaurant. Is enough for me to never come back !

Awesome place to chill and have a drink. The atmosphere is calm with an older crowd. The food specials are great. I eat there at lease once a week. The staff is friendly and provides great service.

Prime was an okay experience I went out with a group of girls the bartender was slow while it was somewhat dead thats why I took it upon myself to order two mix drinks 2 shots 1 beer because he was unfamiliar with me but knew my friend because she was a regular but still continued to Be SLOW even while I was leaving a tip but on a positive part they do have great drink deals during the time we went I think the long island was $6.00 or $7.00 bucks...would I go back again? Depends on what bartender they have

My experience with this place was not right! I ordered a double of 1738 and it looked like a single, sarah was the bar tender, it was supposed to be happy hr! A bottle of beer was3.75 way to much for a sigle bottle of beer, i will never go there again not to mention the bathroom was nasty af! Yall need to get it together! But....the children wings was the bomb, damn i hope the kitchen was clean!!!!

My 1st time going there was last night. I ended up at such an establishment just to continue enjoying the company of family. The security uses poor judgement. And the bartenders were unnecessarily rude. I will never go back to this place again. And if I could leave less than one star I would!

The food was GREAT but they didnt tell me how i was supposed to know that my food was ready so when it was ready I didnt know and it had been sitting out for 10 minutes and the cook was just standing in the doorway watching me instead of letting me know that it was ready and someone else had to tell me so when I got my food it was cold instead of them telling me when I ordered it to look at a screen to look for my number to Blink on it!! And the drink that I ordered which was a Coca-Cola was flat!! That was my first time eating there so I didnt know that the number was going to Blink on the screen or I would have been looking at the screen waiting for my number they should tell people when they order their food look at the screen to wait for their number!!

This used to be the spot to chill, but over the years the crowd got younger and a lil rough. Dj is a hit or miss, depending on the night. The wings special they offer some days is worth the trip. I recommend going earlier in the day to avoid the drama.

Havent been there for awhile. slowest bar service in columbus, up to 20-25 minutes for a drink. found myself ordering doubles due to service being so slow. food orders are even slower. i would be willing to go back someday, only if service dramatically improves.

Im at Prime right now with my home girl from work. She said their wings was good so I wanted to try them out especially since they are .25. Well I ordered 10 of them and was charged 4.50. I was not happy, I asked why the extra 2.00 and the waitress said for the box the food comes in!!! O, no, Miyoshi will never pay 2.00 for a Styrofoam box that Im going to throw away. I guess this is not a place for me.
