I went to Scioto Downs this Saturday and I actually enjoyed myself. I wasnt able to win a jackpot but I broke even which is always a plus. The burnt ends at brew brothers was very tasty but I miss the buffet. The floor staff was very friendly and helpful. I met a few of the servers but Destiny I believe her name to be is Awesome. She gave me two margaritas and made sure she served my wife and I waters in between, she even offered us gloves so we wouldnt have to touch the machines. She has a great personality. I seen everyone enforcing the face mask and cleaning the machines and surrounding areas. I feel comfortable and safe coming here despite Covid 19 and the spread.

Masks are mandatory but Its still fun just to take time out and play games.

Scioto Downs is awesome, there slots are soo cute. And they have smoking areas where u can still play an smoke if u want. And they have coffee & an pop and the beverage stations its free!

This is a nice place. There is a good selection of machines. The drinks were reasonably priced. Food was good at Brew Brothers. Plenty of hand sanitizer and people were not too close together. I would definitely recommend this place.

Usually would give a five but not today. When leaving tried to cash out ticket went to six machines they were not working. Went to service desk.Explained to person machines were not working. She said they were working on it she tried to send me to another machine next to the dash. Long story short she took my ticket then threw money on counter. I said I handed you ticket cant you hand me my money she said she was not supposed to cash tickets but she did and I could speak with her supervisor. So if machines are not working where do you get your money.

This casino in my opinion has loosest slots than most they actually allow a fair mix of entertainment and a chance to win. Buffet is closed due to covid 19 but the steak house is top notch my favorite is black and blue burger I highly recommend this racino

Good place to bet on horse races from all over. The bets dont cost much and you can when a lot on a small bet. Try the casino slot machines also.

ZERO STARS ! This casino is open 24 hrs a day. What they dont tell you is that you cant get a beer or any type of alcohol after 10pm. There is also not one single spot to get anything to eat after 10pm. The machines are so tight its pathetic. Dinner was out of the hotel vending machine. No wonder the place didnt have any gamblers. I have to give it one star or this wont post.

Horses were beautiful, weather was nice, clubhouse was closed so the food available was not very good. Recommend you eat before going to races. Betting windows placed way on opposite sides. Main board was out so less information for racing bets, so we ended up leaving earlier than we planned . A lot of this was do to covid-safe precautions so I gave them an extra star for trying.

I come here from SE Ohio by myself for my birthday for some me time! I needed a vacation! I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel, and it was really nice and clean, but the covid virus had put a damper on some things! Their breakfast is limited and simple items! I didnt make it to breakfast at 6:30 am! Lol! That was my sleepy time! I stayed in the casino til 2 or 3am! Just to have some time for myself! I enjoyed the Casino, and their food is great! I had plans of having me a big steak dinner at the restaurant, Brewery Brothers, which is inside the casino, but it was closed the nights I stayed (Go figure)! Again, because of the covid virus! They have great Security all through the casino, hotel and parking lot, so I felt really comfortable to be by myself!! I got a little lucky to be able to continue playing, but I went home with a little (lot) less green backs, but it was all worth it! I might have to make this a yearly tradition!! First, the food at Brew Brothers was shockingly good, came in large portions and the bill was so low we double-checked to make sure it was correct! Service was excellent! We will be back for that alone?! The Casino is huge after the expansion especially. It has ample parking and machines and is spotless both on the floor, at the bars and in the restrooms. A great place for some easy and relaxed fun at the machines or listening to live music.

First time there and I will be back the Hampton Inn & Suites is nice to stay at

Wasnt there long but had a good time. Everyone was wearing their masks and most of the machines are set for safe distancing. Wasnt very crowded so that was nice as well. This new normal will definitely take some getting used to.

Only wish they had more gaming options. Plus, Ive never won a jackpot here but its fun and the music is great!

Machines have been super tight since opening back up. Last year I won many jackpots while spending less than I have lately. Im a presidents club card holder and my free play has steadily decreased while the money ive spent has increased. I go to scioto because its closer to where I live, but Ill be seeing what hollywood has to offer for a while. Im giving 2 stars because Brew Brothers is delicous and any business that associates with a place like that at least deserves some credit.

Very nice casino and good cheese burgers. I went 3 nights in a roll machines seemed really tight for a max bet player but I could be wrong. All and all still a good time.

Out of service ATMS/money machines, long lines, slow and inconvenient locations as well. You have to walk a mile to find one. Poor food at the dash cafe, a gas station is better. If your slot machine malfunctions be ready for a long wait. Poorly staffed.

It was pretty busy and they had clean teams out that cleaned games and seats after people got up. The line was long for the cashier, only two people working but they were patient and friendly. Two of the soda machine were out of ice. Overall, great time.

We went at The Grove Buffet for the unlimited snow crabs! It was amazing comparing to other buffet that serves snow crabs, I love how they cook/steam their snow crabs, meat is tender and its like fresh and steamed right away, worth every penny, I was expecting though more main course variety but its pretty decent, I love the mussels, sausage and corn I just wish they have this seafood broil sauce. Their dessert section has a lot of variety. The staff are hardworking, friendly and very accommodating I will definitely go back again.

A friend had a winning scratch off ticket so we went to cash it. Neither of us had been to a casino before. I mean, its a casino. We go for the seafood buffet every once in a while and its always good quality. It would be nice if they did Friday and Saturday, like the places Im used to. Id say for the money, unless youre gonna eat A LOT of crab, its only worth going once or twice a year.

While being at the casino I have had two machines eat my money (2 different days) and when I called the attendant over it takes about 40 minutes for anybody to come and another 25 minutes to get information for the corporate office.To be told that I have to come back another day after they have had time to review the cameras which supposedly takes 24-48 hours to do so. Today is a Sunday and like most people I have a job and work Monday through Friday. Last thing I want to do is drive 30 mins to the casino to get my money. All for $20. I will be back to get my money, and will never return. Do yourself a favor and go to Hollywood casino.

The waitress did not come clear off the plates. She wasn’t available for drink refills. Then the drink was flat and she had to go get it again. We spent a lot of time asking for her. Waiting for her. I won’t pay for tips before the meal again. Definitely will wait until after the meal.

The buffet is clean and organized the atmosphere is happy. The service is great. I love the pizza bar the brick oven is great.the price is a little high however you get what you pay for. Very clean and well stocked. I will be back and treat myself to a great experience.

I decided to come here for a little trip away. I stayed in the hotel next door and loved the hotel! The casino was ok, I noticed that not a lot of winnings were happening around me. I ended up visiting Hollywood casino later in the evening and I found it to be a lot better in my opinion. Im still giving Scioto 4 stars because the hotel next to it is amazing and of you eat at the Brew Brothers its delicious! At least I can say I got to check it out!

Covid-19 has wrecked eldorado gaming scioto downs. We took a trip there to stay at the hotel and go to the casino. The casino no longer offers any perks in the form of casino cash or free rooms at the hotel. The slots are just as bad. Nothing playing. Bonus rounds very low payers. You can spend a grand and not have any fun. We will not be returning. There simply is no point. The casino was a ghost town. No players hardly at all. So the casino attitude is to collect as much cash as they can. This choice has many players jumping ship to other casinos.

Big place. Not very many works-that seem to be happy or excited their there. The smoking section is MUCH better than Hollywoods casino ESPECIALLY during winter. 1st visit there I won 800 so I cant complain.

Oh man we went there for the first time cashed our winning lottery ticket, got a drink which was the bomb, went home and came back for the food, 30 bucks per person all you can eat crab legs, food was great and we did not try everything, we ran out of time! The place was full of seniors, wheel chairs, walkers and bengay. The machine we old but nice bathrooms. The atmosphere was relaxing more than Hollywood Casino which we went too check, I prefer there machines over Scioto
