So I found this frame being thrown away in my complex. Absolutely loved it and had the perfect print to go in. I called around and more than one framing shop sent me to Frame City because of the nature of the frame. From the time I walked in the customer service was phenomenal and they were very excited to see the unique frame and work with it. It had no matting, glass or proper hanging. For a super reasonable price they took care of me (even touching up some of the gold paint accents) and I couldnt be happier with the result! Thank you!

Frame City did really great work framing a souvenir from a trip I took a couple years ago. I came in with an idea of what I was looking for - the owners helped me pick out a perfect frame, and the end result exceeded expectations! My custom frame was ready quickly, within a week and looks great in my home. I’ll be back!

I went in with a 4x5 foot piece of art I painted. They were knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the perfect frame.The final product as well as the turn time 1 week was exactly what I needed, not to mention it was a fraction of the asking price of JoAnn Etc.Need a frame? Get to FC!

Quality service that comes at a reasonable and fair price. The owners are very friendly. What sold me on this place verses others was the 50+ years of frame making and supporting a small business. I came into their shop with two prints that I purchased in Tucson. I let their expert eyes and knowledge decide what was the perfect color of frame for my pictures. They turned out stunning! And the prices are affordable too.

I visited Frame City two weeks ago to frame a sentimental document. The item was ready within one week and looks fantastic. The mat coloring and frame were matched perfectly. The husband and wife owners are super friendly and welcoming. It was a 20 minute drive to Frame City but this will be the only place I will bring my items to be framed. Highly recommend.

Changing review to 4 stars. Due to my original experience can not give 5 but they did take excellent care of me and my picture after talking to them and figuring out their working schedule. (original review) arrived at five minutes past 5. Everything says that they close at 6 but there is no one here and the doors locked. Very disappointing to make a trip out here based on their false information.

This is the only place to get frames! The owners are super nice and knowledgeable. I came in with several pieces not knowing what I wanted done with them and got great advice. You cant beat these prices or quality. I cant recommend them enough.

I had a group of four pictures that I needed to have matted and framed, and James was able to have it done the next day! Jack and Kitty are great. Jack has an eye for color. They restored one of my family’s antique oil paintings and built a custom frame. Didn’t break the bank either. Friendly service. Much faster than their competition too.

I love this place. Every piece of art work Ive had done here has come back looking great. I dont like spending the time to pick out the frames or what not so Jack picks them out for me. He has a really eye for matching the frames with the art work.

Came here with my grandpa and he needed to get an old picture reframed that was originally framed by Frame city. They did the repair right then and there and did it free of charge because my grandpa comes in frequently. The owners are very nice people! If you need something framed or a frame fixed you need to come here!
