Went to go buy a torch and was handed something without a box but he said it was the best torch there but when I took it home it lasted not even 30 min and I can’t even fill with butane. So obviously the workers don’t know their own product and will only sell to you just for money

I had a very informative visit to Waterbeds. I had alot of questions about devices and products and the staff was quite knowledgeable. Gary helped identify my needs and showed me the similarities and differences of the various products. I felt like he truly cared about helping me find the best product for my situation. I have always had great experiences at this location, and this was no exception.

My favorite Waterbeds location in Columbus! Service is always great and selection is amazing too. Shoutout to Gary for being super knowledgeable and taking his time helping me pick things out and making sure I’m getting quality products for the best price. Really appreciate him going out of his way to show me the different options available.

Gary was excellent and helped me with everything. As well as answered all my questions, he is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable at that place.

Not sure if its a store or a daycare. Young kids sleeping in the beds. Baby on the floor behind the counter. The employees are always nice though and always help to find the right glass part you need unlike other locations Ive been to. Mixed feelings but I understand you got to do what you got to do as a parent. At lest they were not running around under foot. Very close to 5 stars but just cant do it because of lack of professionalism.

Bought a platform bed from here about a week ago. Staff was friendly and helped me pick out what I want, my order also arrived at the store sooner than expected. Recommend this place to my mother who was also in the market for a bed frame.

I have a busy work/errand day & this location was in the area I was going to be in today. It says they open at 10am....Its 11:15am & theyre still not open. There was a employee standing outside, Tyler, and he said the owner or manager Elli was supposed to be there to open the at 10am and hes still waiting to get inside for work. He also said this Elli guy does this almost everyday. What bad business practice!!

Never go unless you HAVE to the people are shady and act really weird when someone walks in. Employees just sit around and just give off a unsettling vibe. Drug test are cheap THC kits for 10 bucks and up, but be warned theyre very pushy.

This store is amazing. Always happy helpful employees. I drive 45 mins to go to this waterbeds n stuff. When I have one 5 mins up the road from me . I will only shop at this waterbeds n stuff. If you havent been to this store I highly recommend it. The best ppl the best deals . Love this store

Just bought a vaporizer from this location, the staff was friendly but I dont think they have much knowledge of what they are selling. The girl who sold me the vape was telling me to use an attachment for dry herb and its was meant for wax. Not happy with this after the money I spent on it.

They always have xxtre clean in stock and it always works if u use it like instruction tells u to.
