Great place to walk and play. Plenty of room for Social Distance (2020). I think most park services are closed but youd have to call the office to make certain.

Its definitely a place for recreation, but the adolescents that play on children recreational area should be more safe, mannered, its this kind of elements that will ruin a visit to the park. And Im pretty sure if the adolescents are this rude I can think how the parents are...

I went to see PCW for the first time and I had a blast! Great price for ring side seats. Awesome entertainment. Very pleased. Ill most definitely be back for other events.

I enjoyed going there to see the little people play basketball. These were elementary school kids, so I think it was 1st grade through 5th. Both my granddaughters played so that made it extra special. I havent been there for anything else so I dont know a lot about it, but I enjoyed my visits.

They have a basketball court that is never open because the community obviously doesn’t need a court. Oh and if you bring a backpack with basketball shoes in it expect to have to go all the way back home to drop off your backpack cause black people cant bring bags in.

Its not a good community park but relatively safe and quiet. No walking, running paths, no exercise stations, just sport fields.

Park director was very professional and approachable and friendly. The facility was clean both inside and outside. Quite a pleasant and memorable visit. I will visit the facility again..

Clean bathrooms and fun for the entire family. Host great events and the kids baseball leagues are great and well organized much better then other programs throughout the county.

Its a nice park, it has picnic shelters and good ball fields.

Warm and friendly, cares about the community, provides assistance along with programs for the youth, Exercise classes, sports, etc.

Wonderful time. The concert was very nice.

My daughter has her wedding there. Very nice place not too big and not too small, wee divided the room so the wedding was on one half and the reception was in the other. The wedding was small and intimate but the building was perfect. There was a warming kitchen and ice machine. Tables and chairs were provided and the staff wss very nice

I go here to play racquetball, courts are ok but do have some floor and wall damage. Other programs seem ok, many activities for kids and adults alike.

Fun for all ages

This is a decent little park, particularly if you like sports. Most of the space is utilized by baseball, soccer, tennis, and other sports areas. They dont seem to be used all that often so you can certainly walk around those areas. They also have a community center that hosts various events and classes.

The best play ground for littler kids! Easy ramps and fun slides. My daughter loves it! The only disappointing thing is when there are too many big kids for her to play safely.

Attended a Easter egg event at the park. It was family oriented with dance performances, arts and craft tables, rock climbing, food truck, game truck, face painting, rides, clean bathrooms, and plenty of parming.

Nice staff but racquetball players are afterthoughts. We must sweep the courts ourselves. Find a garbage can when it rains to capture rainwater from a roof that has been leaking for more than 2 years. Water damaged walls have never been replaced and the floors need refinishing. Air conditioner went out 2 weeks ago so well see how long it takes for that to be fixed. UPDATE...2 months and counting with no air conditioning. Glad its only 95 outside.

A nice play to go with your dog. Tennis courts, but no outdoor basketball court for teens in the neighborhood, as with most parks in Columbia. The park is used mainly for planned events making it rarely available for unplanned public use. It has a childrens play area, but its not user friendly because it is outdated and small. It does have sports fields which are nice, but they are used for mainly planned youth activities. The inside of the park is not adult friendly and doesnt offer very many things. There is free play basketball on some weekends but during school for 37 weeks, they use it for afyerschool care.

The place is amazing.... but the floor needs to be wood

I went here for summer camp back in 2010 and for after school in the 2009 and 2010 school year and the bullying was god awful. I was 9 when I moved from Indiana and I was pretty much innocent and after a day or two I got picked on by this one girl and I believe on my second day she fought me and that was the first time I was involved in any fights. Racism was very much present in this place. The staff seemed like they didn’t care and seemed like they supported it. Not only was it this park but it was the elementary school next door. Personally I think it’s because of the area it was in. But I haven’t been in that place I believe since 2011 and I moved back up to Indiana in 2014 and I come down to sc and visit because that’s where family is. I pass by this place and it seems like they’ve gotten better with the new stuff they built. If you are planning on sending your kid here, check it out twice because I don’t know the bullying situation from where it was 7 years ago

Me and my daughter enjoy this park in the vicinity of the neighborhood recreational facilities. The park itself is not big but it has a good assortment of things to do and it Is free also it is a great. Place for. Children to socialize.

Richland County Rec Park on Clemson Road. There are numerous of sport activities you can sign up for. There is a large playground for kids to play on and tennis courts.
