YCSC Mudcats Swim Team and coaches are top notch and the facility is great too

This facility is very people oriented; children, adults and seniors. The staff is extremely friendly and the staff is stable; see the same workers all the time. They a familiar with you and acknowledges you with visual recognition.

They are trying provide a safe environment for all patrons. Staff need to be commended.

Website to register my grandson for flag football confusing and ultimately unusable (it kept insisting I was too old for 10-11 flag football -- duh!). I finally had to call and register him over the phone.

Can you leave a Zero? The Sports Director is one of the most uninformed athletic directors I have ever met. He considers himself a Napoleon. I have 30 years of experience as a youth Coach and I have never met a more biased vindictive person. If your child has talent and is looking to have fun playing an organized sport during the off-season, go anywhere else until they see fit to remove this small man.

Amazing place for people of all ages to go and enjoy themselves. Tons of different workouts available and plenty of equipment to go around. They also offer some of the best vamos for the kids and their staff is very polite and positive as well as patient with the children.

Family friendly and very motivational with scriptures. The monthly fee is great with lots of services offered for the entire family.

This place is horrible all because of the Athletic Director. He is completely biased and isn’t fair whatsoever. If you are young and are looking to have some fun playing a sport, go somewhere else so this guy wont eject you from a game for something you didn’t even do.

The place is always clean and tidy. The other gym goers are always very nice and helpful if you need some tips. I have yet to have a bad experience, and even the locker rooms are better than some others. I enjoy coming here daily to get my allotment of gains.

Great YMCA with friendly staff. Enjoy the child watch and spacious weight room with plenty of machines. Would highly recommend over the gym franchises. Less trendy crowd so more comfortable for my wife and I to go. Plenty of classes, lessons, and programs from swimming to tennis. Classes for kids to be active are great, our 3 year old loves her class.

I wish I could rate a zero. The staff and supervisor are rude I cancelled my family membership with them I got tired of dealing with the racially profiling and the rudeness of this place. People let’s start boycotting these type of business and organizations and hit them where it hurts and that’s their pockets to make them treat customers right that’s spending their money to keep them in business...

The directors are disrespectful and ignorant. The pools air quality is horrible and the chlorine is out of control. Ive seen and heard many parents/swimmers get out of the pool coughing uncontrollably. The track has kids unattended every afternoon. You also see teenagers sneaking into the gym every afternoon to play basketball. The lifeguards arent doing their jobs either. They arent standing behind the swim lessons nor scanning the pool like they are suppose to. This needs to be fixed because its ridiculous. Also I have not been able to get into the pool due to there being no lap swimming lanes. Swim team is always taking all the lane. The lifeguards will not do anything to fix this.

Gyms are great. Indoor track. Several outdoor courts. Family, youth, and adult restrooms are amazingly clean. Coaches are tough, but they know what they are talking about. My only problems are that the pool has poor ventilation. When everyone is kicking in the pool, it can get hard to breathe. Also, WIFI is very limited. Other than that, great facility.

This YMCA has everything you are looking for. The latest exercise equipment, a heated indoor pool, tennis courts, day care for your children, basketball courts, a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, saunas and steam rooms for adults. It is very clean and well maintained. There are free classes for members such as yoga, zumba and spin classes and so much more

I am a US military veteran with a disability rating I have gone this pool many times and have had a great experience, I have always received a veterans discount until today, apparently I was advised I can only receive if I active duty, let me personally thank YMCA for MY service..

I have been coming here for years. If you complain about something nothing is done. The place is crowded. I tried to use a bike in the cycle class when there was no class. I was advised to leave the room. About two weeks later another person did the same thing. She was not bothered. A few days after that another girl did the same thing, the guy who told me to get out just ignored me when I asked why they are allowed and I was not. Well guess thats what happens when the people only care about money. Speaking of money why is the price so high and there are so many members... I mean thousands and half the time you gotta park on the road...greed?

Love Jeep Rogers, the staff are wonderful, my kids love going as well as myself and my husband. Its always clean.

This is a great family friendly establishment for the entire family. The staff is always helpful and the instructors strive to ensure a good quality time for students. Watch care for kids is included in the membership, and they off date nights (out of pocket expense, not included in membership) my kids have participated in the swim team summer league for the past 2 years and there is ALWAYS a kid friendly sport offered, and an adult class whether water aerobics or regular class group. Also check out the Workout Of the Day (WOD) class, it perfect for the outdoorsy type and if you like to lift heavy.

Staff and Front Office is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Visiting here from New Jersey and I can’t believe just how rude they were to me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone visiting from another area.

Terrible, horrible, absolute worst YMCA in South Carolina. The 80$ membership money goes towards nothing. Downstairs the water fountains dont work and they treat member who play basketball there with absolutely no respect what so ever. The head supervisor always come there and treats the basketball members with no respect and his budgeting is terrible. It seems like the only thing that constantly improves there is the weight room.

It is family friendly. It has great options for children with camps and schools. The swim team for adults is awesome!!!

Full facility YMCA for all ages. The senior programs are very good with lots of variety and experiences. The workout area is well equipped with machines, free weights, and a wide range of cardio machines. The pool is Olympic size with classes for children thru adult. The staff is helpful, courteous, and responsive. This is a well attended Y.

Its a great facility. Its just not in the center of town. This makes it difficult for persons without transportation to use it.

Basketball, pool, people working out, this Y has it all! Also a good child care area. Disclaimer, I do their IT!

Ridiculous YMCA policy that if a child fails a swim test they cannot retake it until the next day. Especially ridiculous when it means an 8 year old cant participate in a birthday party they were invited to. I understand the need for safety but not being able to retake the test is absurd.

I can never work out! We have the family membership. After 15 minutes, someone always comes to find me. They say my 2 year old wont stop crying. When I ask what they do to settle him, they havent tried anything.
