Bands were fantastic. Elton Dan and Rocket Band and Robb Stewart were tremendous. Staff was as rude as Ive ever seen. Paid to ticket price. When I got there, all tables with chairs were empty. Asked if I could sit there and was told that the tables were reserved for there friends who didnt pay anymore than I did and most of the tables say empty the entire show.

Best music venue in Columbia. Intimate and raw. Rose Park is the best.

Fun place to go in Columbia! The staff is always kind and professional and all the events Ive attended here have been excellent. There is a big, beautiful outdoor area with ample room for visitors, drinks and food trucks are always great, and bring outside here is a gorgeous experience.

Went to Jaws on the lawn and had a great time. The staff helped my newly 21 year old girlfriend and I find drinks we liked and put on a great show! Will 100% visit more once COVID is slowing down!

Rose is an eclectic venue. Some shows are shockingly entertaining for a super deal, some are bad karaoke with a cover charge. Check your mood and show and always go with an open mind. Unique atmosphere.

Very awesome place and good music and band

Its a decent venue but the sound inside could be far better. I dont know if they need better acoustic treatment or equipment or what the deal is but the sound is lacking. As far as the inside goes, it feels a bit too narrow and cramped. Another thing that sucks is that alcohol prices are absurdly expensive. Also, some of the staff are not very personable at all and act like youre an inconvenience. All in all I think it was far better when it was Mojos in almost every way.

Wide variety of music. Underground and roots music you will live. Indoor and outdoor stages. Reasonable cover and drinks. Friendly staff and local musicians usually there.

I don’t remember what it was called then, but I saw the best show of my lifetime here, summer of Junior year. Guitar Wolf came and gave ~30 of us like 6 hours of preposterous energy - perhaps even more than they give whole stadiums in Japan. God bless.

Movie was great so was the food!! All around amazing place! I would recommend if you bring a dog make sure they are ok around other dogs and hundreds of people.

My first time there. Saw a Johnny Cash tribute singer. Casual, great outdoor setting. Dont forget a blanket or chairs. Really enjoyable relaxing night

The venue is in a good location and perfect for small shows. They host movie nights and other events in the summer which are really fun. The drink prices are reasonable and Ive never had an issue with waiting long or being ignored.Music played inside is often too loud and it is very cramped. However, during the warmer months when shows are outside its one of the best music scenes in town.

Stephen Marley & his daughter perform a great show. Some songs was like listening to his father. Great music gurus came out and enjoyed.

Solely based on staff behaviorI asked not to keep a tattoo as i have interview tomorrow.Staff member did not listen and other member lectured me about it.Here i am struggling with removal of this tattoo, just returned home, did not watch greatest show manThere was no logic behind a stupid tattoo.Last week, i attended movie night of Bohemian rhapsody, food was out, there were more people than that venue could handle and guess what projector bulb goes off, cancelled movie right there.

Won VIP tickets for the Steven Marley concert which I know were expensive for Joe Machins. I received one free beer and then they ran out of beer shortly after also I didnt get any free food that was promised because they ran out, this was by far the worst VIP experience Ive ever had. I would never actually buy VIP tickets because of this.The show was great! The music was great! I like the outdoor stage and relaxed environment of the place which was perfect for any Marley. I just had an unpleasant experience because of this high expectation I had from previous VIP experiences, this was pretty much a regular admission experience.

The Outside Venue at The Rose Music Hall is Beautiful. The lights and grassy seating area are just right. The atmosphere is Perfect for Concerts!

A GREAT evening w/ a variety of bands. Available for ALL ages. Water, sodas, & liquor available for sale. And music was FREE on this night! BRING chairs &/or blankets.

Love Rose, love their Forest Park. The outdoor stage is awesome. The indoor dance hall is warm & friendly. The staff & bartenders are always busy. If theyre not making drinks and checking IDs, they are cleaning and maintaining. Wonderful venue.

Sarah Shook and The Disarmers are one of the most raw, authentic bands Ive experienced in decades. They walk onto the stage and immediately connect with their audience in a vulnerably intimate way. Their uber human everyday Jack and Jill lyrics narrate our mundane lives in a more glorious way than we experience them. They celebrate the putting forth of one foot in front of the other and make me nod off each night proud to have navigated another day of placating my bill collectors and with the sound of victorious survival resonating through my ears in harmonious we can do this together chords. God damn, Sarah, I believe maybe I can! Thank you Rose Music Hall! You never disappoint!

Ive been coming here since the 70s when it was Park Place. I love it. The stage added outside is awesome, weather permitting. Its all good.

Rose is Columbias best venue. Tickets and drinks are reasonably priced and the beer selection is fantastic for a music venue (or most any bar). They have great sound, all the levels are always right on [and if theyre not, the band didnt listen to sound]. Whatever restaurant is serving in the back (it changes every few years) is always amazing. And I would have told you all this *before* they added a legitimate outdoor stage/venue!My only complaint about Rose is they close early for a night spot. Oftentimes after a show you want to hang out with people and spend more money at the bar. Rose may be into that, but it may not. But honestly, there are a dozen other places you can walk to in 5 minutes...so not that big of a deal.

Cozy atmosphere, varity of artist preform there. Not into drinking but cranberry with club soda and roses lime is excellent threre.

Amazing place. Was easy to find. The bartenders did an amazing job with everything. The outdoor garden was beautiful and I cant wait to make it back to Rose Music Hall again.

Ive played at Rose (Mojos) a handful of times and their employees are always great to work with. Ive also attended a lot of shows here and have always liked the old style charm that they kept even though it was renovated just a few years ago. Be sure to catch your favorite artist here for a close up intimate style concert!

Really icky place to see a band. No dance floor. No seating. Especially if its inside. Outdoor in the summer is better

Small intimate venue to see your favorite artist. My wife and I saw William Clark Green here and were in the front row, but the place doesnt really have a bad place to listen and watch a concert. Alcohol prices were reasonable and bartenders were fast and polite. Will definitely be going here again soon.

Saw Mr. Mojo Risin tribute to The Doors at Rose Music Park outdoor venue. Family friendly lovely outdoor space.

We have been to a concert, charity event, and Kid Disco and always have a great time. The new outdoor stage is awesome. The inside is typical of a small stage venue but if you have the right audio guy the sound is fantastic. We were at Kid Disco on Fathers Day and the temp was just right. The staff was amazing with the hundred or so children running around.

Funny story. Met a friend down there this evening for happy hour but they stopped letting people in until the later show. My friend was already inside so I got to talk to them through the fence, but the owner wanted me to wait in the parking lot 20 minutes, until 8, to get in. Im not sure what kind of policy that is - and I see they have generally good reviews - but Im not too keen on being treated like a second class citizen. The old adage is true; Ill forget the details in time but Ill remember how it made me feel.

Small dance hall style venue. Spacious patio and adjacent park grounds. Consistently quality shows, many free or very affordable!When Pepes is open, their rented space within Rose offers some of the best ever tacos.

Great venue for an intimate performance. Not a lot of chairs inside except for at the busy bar. Nice draft selection and generous pours on the mixers.

Great venue to see a band

Went by for a free evening outdoor concert a few times. Its mostly local bands who play for tips. The more professional bands play inside after 8. The outside patio and field is a nice venue. They also have a good selection of Mexican style foods some of which are rather spicy. Great guacamole though!
