The wait was about 45 minutes but the Blueberry Mimosa and the Shrimp and grits were AMAZING! The Shrimp and grits were pretty spicy but still really good. Ordered some fried green tomatoes they werent cooked long enough but they remade them and they were much better! I will definitely return!

I went in to get a few art supplies for my grandchildren. I ended up getting a whole buggy full of stuff. The staff are helpful. The store is setup in a way where the things you are looking for are easy to find.

Very kind lady picked my order, then trained an associate on how to refund part of my online order. The app stated they have 7 wooden chargers, yet the store only had 4. Very apologetic. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great curb side service! They had reserved parking spaces with the store phone number posted. I was able to check my bag contents before signing the receipt. The friendly clerk checked my purchase number and my drivers license. She wore both a mask and gloves.

This store is consistently under stocked and understaffed. There is usually only one cashier, even when there are long lines. With that being said, they do tend to run good deals and have plenty of coupons, so the prices turn out alright!

Everyone very nice and helpful. What I like the most was I was on lunch break and I was in and out in no time at all. They kept the line moving at a good paste.

If I could give this particular location a 1 I definitely would. I do NOT like that one of my best friends (who is a manager at a thriving beauty supply store in Columbia) was treated so unfairly tonight. She was berated and disrespected by one of your fellow employees tonight and upon checking out she closed her register and told them it was closed but they were clearly still in the store, allowed to walk inside and shop, then told they couldn’t check out! She said spewed hateful things to them as they exited the premises as well. Upon leaving, she opened the door of the store in front of SEVERAL WITNESSES and yelled and heard her scream AND YOU CAN CALL MICHAEL CORPORATE OFFICE. If this is how customers are treated then I will make SURE this is passed on so no one else is treated in such a manner. The way my friend feels tonight is awful and nothing will make up for the way this lady handled things.

Michaels had many different fun things to create and design. I enjoy all the different things that can be done.

When my friend and I got in the store the cashier at the register already lied about what time it was I checked my phone when you came in at 7: 53 and announce it was 7:55... as we were heading up I beat my friend up front for the cashier to say our register was closed...we were the only two left in the store I told my friend dont worry about it you... just leave...as were leaving and I said you know maam this is why we write reviews... the lady with a short funny looking wig start verbally mouth attacking us... she was very rude it was customers in the parking lot that heard h...I dont understand how this is Michaels and youre being treated as if you were at Walmart Im a manager of a store and I would never talk to my customers like that..and at my store we wait until the final customer is done shopping we lock our doors at that time so if thats your policy I respect that but the way that the lady had the audacity to even open the door to State her opinion yelling you can call michels corporation and profanity was very unprofessional I will also be putting this on Facebook

Its Michaels. They have everything. If they dont Hobby Lobby has the rest. Weve had a couple items framed here with awesome results. Helpful staff.

I love Michaels in general. The lady who works in custom framing was awesome. I had an artist signed print I needed reframed. She took the time to help me find the exact right frame and color matte for the piece.

So far Ive been on hold for the Rosewood Crossings frame shop for a collective time of one hour. Ive had to call 3x and each time have been placed on a brief hold. Im still on hold ...

I have bought so much stuff here through the years. Make sure you download the app to get access to coupons every week. Everything Ive gotten has lasted, was good quality, and ended up looking lovely when I was done. Im so glad they are so close by. I go at least once a month.

Currently waiting in line. 15 people besides me waiting in line. 1 cashier. No requests for backup. Where is store management? Or another associate? Extremely unacceptable from a company this large. Drive 25 mins to stand in line for 30? Please. This does not pan over well for me. Maybe call ahead to check check out line before you arrive.

Newer location with a wide variety of crafts, art supplies, home decor and framing. Much better selection to choose from than other locations. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Always check on-line from current coupon availability which can run from 40% to 50% off a regular price item.

So much stuff that can be found all in one place. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and at the checkout, the young lady on register #5 (the retired Navy Lieutenant Commander) was the highlight of my day with her smile and brief conversation. Will be back!

Even though fall items were 60% off they still had a well stocked selection and very orderly...not messy that usually happens when there is a good sale. Store was very clean. Check out was fast and associate friendly.

I love Michaels! This location is always nice... if you plan to run in on your lunch break, be mindful they have fewer registers open mid day so the line may be a little lengthy. But the staff is so sweet, who cares! Lol

Wonderful customer service but new metal sliding shelves are horrible. Hard to maneuver and see whats behind the panels. God forbid if an item fails off the rear shelf and get stuck. The entire system becomes non functional

This place is always fully stocked.

Terribly disappointed. They frame it upside down even though they have a guide. They fix it by drilling more holes in the back of the frame. Hey, this was a new frame! Then, they glue a new whit backing on the back and its crooked. The oil painting is supposed to float but you can see the foam behind it. i just wanted to flee and I will not return. Unprofessional and I just couldnt take being there a moment more. $129.00 down the drain.

Nice place. A large variety of items (never would have guessed they had seashells!). Plenty of parking. I have never seen it crowded. They even have plain t-shirts in colors for around $3 or so. Plenty of neat stuff to find here

I frequent this store and like that the merchandise is always rotated so there are new things to browse. I buy a lot of vinyl from here- they have a good selection. We have attended many of the Saturday craft classes with- they are super cheap and a great way to get the kids out of the house to do something fun.

I love Michaels. I didnt get to decorate the way I wanted, I ended up in the Hospital got out to late to decorate Gravesites. I almost died. I was at the Hospital almost a week. Seeing my Family meant the World to me. I feel on the Concrete Christmas Night. On a knee that was shattered in to 5 breaks back in January 2014. I hurt today. Doctor tomorrow.
