Wasn’t in the store for 5 minutes and i was asked 4 times if i needed help. I did ask Chandler a couple questions. He was super friendly and amazingly knowledgeable! He made a great recommendation for what i was looking for. Chandler and PSA are definitely great for firearms. Great friendly customer service!
I know this is the retail store but this is the address I was given to me online so this is where Im writing my review. I order two different items and for some reason it created two different orders which isnt the issue. The issue is that one order ship within a week and the other order is 16 days processing. Not to mention the first order I got was the wrong item and now I cant get ahold of anybody through email, phone, or fax to get this corrected. I got an automated email telling me that there shipping time is 7 days longer than normal but still it should have been processed by now. The order I did receive came with the wrong buffer tube and it cannot be used with a stock that it came with. This was a build kit and all came together so I double check to make sure I didnt order the wrong thing and this was no fault of my own. Im trying to cancel my order that is still being processed but apparently theres no way to do that and I want to return my build kit since I am 100% dissatisfied with this company but Im afraid that I will return it and they will have the product and my money. It wouldnt be so bad if I could just get some help. Right now the ball is in their court and they hold all the power. This is the worst experience Ive had shopping online. Never again will I go through this company.
I try to support local business but PSA cant seem to get things shipped out in a timely manner. Ive bought several items from optics to ammo and and they always drop the ball. Ill take my business elsewhere
Maybe the high demand for firearms in this crazy world means you dont have to worry about customer service. Dont bother trying to call, they will not answer. All it does is ring and eventually just hangs up on you. I was about to drop some $ on them but I guess they dont want it that bad.
I have purchased several items from Palmetto State Armorys website and have been very pleased by their customer service, shipping times and the products themselves.On example includes the PSA premium classic lower parts kit and a PA-15 lower receiver which I paired with a CMMG 300 BLK 12.5 inch barrel and a few other gadgets... and it operates flawlessly.Spent a few minutes on the phone prior to purchasing, and had no issues at all.
I went to purchase a firearm but forgot to change my address on my CWP. Had to get the background check done again. After waiting two hours was told it was a delay so they would contact me in a few days. I called back two days later and was told it still had not come back yet and they would call me and let me know. A week later I went in the store looking for something else and inquried again about the background check and was told that with the backlog it would be at least two weeks before they hear something back. After three weeks I went back and asked one of the staff and he said nobody called me back and I stated no. He went back and checked and came back after ten minutes and said it was denied. Now mind you I never got a call back letting me know this. I am a police officer for 25 years and have a CWP so I dont understand why it was denied. I have had several background checks done in the past and never had this problem. The firearm that was on hold probably has been sold now even though I was told it will be held for 30 days. I am upset because there could at least been a phone call made as promised to let me know the status so I could address it. So if I did not go in person and ask I would have never known the status. This is not how you treat customers. Also if I already have a CWP and have had it for a few years, why would I be denied???? Makes you wonder what is really going on. Very disappointed and very upset.

Pros:Great selection, reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable staff.Cons:Very rarely can you get decent and timely service behind the gun counter. Just left and there was about 20 customers to one rep. Even a simple acknowledgement of hi, we see you would go a long way. The DMV for all of its shortcomings can at least manage people and arrivals better.
Update: Customer service got back to me 5d later, via email, and were efficient in cancelling my order. It does take 5-7d to get your money back in the account. I ordered a replacement. All gun reviews are great and for the money hard to beat, so I endured. My 3-stars is only about customer service, so far. Hopefully, I wont have a Nathan Miller experience. See a few reviews down.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cannot talk to a real person about an order. The phone message says to contact them through the website messaging system. I have left 2 messages, via web form, and days have passed with no response. Customer service therefore is POOR. I wish I could just talk to a person to make one adjustment on my order. That said, I am still looking forward to my PSA AR-15. I heard they are great. If they dont get back, soon I will cancel and move on to a company that can help it customers.The gun is so AWESOME THOUGH! MY FAVORITE GUN NOW!

This review pertains to customer service for online orders. I’ve been doing business with PSA for several years and up until recently, haven’t had any problems. I recently received some incorrect items in an order, and tried to bring it to their attention. It really wasn’t a big deal, as the items received were very similar and seemed to work just fine. The problem I had was with their response, or lack thereof. They just would not accept the fact that a mistake was made and basically told me the items received were correct. First of all, they have stopped accepting phone calls. Secondly, they will take weeks (literally) to respond to an email, and that response will be short and unhelpful. Follow up emails will be ignored. I know some of the merchandise and pricing they have can be very tempting, but please do yourself a favor and take your business to someone who cares about you as a customer. If and when you do end up having a problem with a PSA order, they will not help and it will be your problem to deal with. Period. Don’t believe me, read other reviews. Good luck cashing in on that lifetime warranty when they just ignore your emails. Seems that some folks have even shipped items back just to have them never be seen again. Really disappointing that a likeminded 2nd amendment loving company could be so spineless. Similar products and deals with much better customer service can be found at Aimsurplus, classic firearms, and recoil gunworks among others.
I ordered a weapon online. A week later I get a email stating that the receiving site does not have the proper paperwork....isnt that something you should stay on top of before you offer as a pick up site? I emailed a alternative.....one week later....still no response. I will be going to my bank for a refund. They are PURE trash.
No bad word to say about any of the Palmetto stores. Bryan and Amanda have always been helpful and love to talk shop. The new AR I got has seen plenty of time at the different locations and if I have ever had issues, they have been sorted quickly and without any fuss.

This has been one of the most painful customer service experiences I have had in quite some time. Please save yourself the burden of dealing with Palmetto State Armory and order elsewhere. I ordered an item and cancelled it a few hours later. I received an email confirming my order was cancelled and I would have the refund in 5-7 business days. Despite them canceling the order, the order still shipped. I attempted to email them multiple times to ask what to do because the item shipped, and then again to let them know the item arrived and what to do from there. The 7 business days had passed and I had no refund in my account. I finally had to message them on Instagram just to get a response. The following Monday I got an email saying they sent a prepaid shipping label to my email address and that once they receive the item, they will process the refund. Great. Only I never received a shipping label! I have since then emailed them twice asking for a shipping label and I have yet to get a response. Please do yourself a favor and order from a different company. NOTE I would love to call and talk to someone, but they are currently not accepting calls.
I’ve purchased two handguns from PSA and I’m very pleased with both of them. I felt like I got good prices on both. I did ask for help in selecting a mag loader for one and was given the wrong one and I strongly suspected it was not the right one so I should have declined it so my fault on that one. I took the beginners gun safety class because I felt I needed a refresher and it went really well. I’ve been to the range now twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m in a wheelchair currently because of an injury and they allow me to use the end booth to shoot which gives me a bit more space to accommodate my chair. Yes they are busy but would you want to shop where it’s not busy? They must be doing something right. No one has been rude to me - not syrupy friendly either, thank goodness. Just matter of fact and business like. No nonsense as it should be when you’re dealing with firearms.
Ordered four magazines online and they all arrived on time. Very satisfied, would buy from them again.

I drove up from Myrtle Beach to buy and AR and let my sons shoot, went to buy the ar and the lady at the counter didn’t realize I was buying a upper and lower, she scanned the 200 rounds of 9mm and lower said it will be $143 I told it the upper to so she said I’ll cancel and redo your order then with the upper it was $785. I get home both charges or on my bank and now a week later I’ve called the store 7 times a day and can’t get anyone to answer the phone just rings then hangs up. Somebody needs to get in touch with me form this company.
As mentioned by others, yes, the store does get busy at times, but show me a store that doesnt? I cant fault the service here and everyone is always so polite. Bagged some great deals on bulk ammo and used the range a number of times. This is my go-to store now.
Worst company Ive ever had to deal with, I feel sorry for the people that have to use their lifetime warranty for a claim. Awful customer service, no communication. If you have to communicate with them, fike a complaint through the BBB.

Waited in the line outside in 95 degree weather for about 20 mins just to go inside and wait another 20 mins for service and the little guy acted like he didnt want to help. He showed no interest in providing any kind of answers yet alone customer service. Its already chaotic due to this pandemic and no one really knew where any line was once inside or how to get any assistance. I explained I was a first time buyer and he seemed like it was an inconvenience for him to even address me. I didnt wait in all those lines in all this heat to be treated like that. And I drove from out of town! What a waste.
Customer Service is not responsive to emails or web contact us attempts for weeks. Phone service to PSA is now not available. I ordered a firing pin (March 2020) for a PSA rifle I purchased in Dec 2019. I still dont have the correct firing pin and no one seems willing or able to help.

Wont ship C&R eligible items to C&R FFL holders. The FFL exists for a reason. Wont be buying from them again.

Great experience today at Palmetto State Armory. I went in to purchase my first gun. Ryan, our sales guy, was awesome. Since this was my first gun, Ryan shared tons of information about the gun brands, manual safety, and any other question that I had. I decided to use their try before you buy program. Instead of just telling me where to go, he walked me over to this area and stayed with me until I was ready to head to the range. After trying two 9 mm guns, I quickly realized that it had too much recoil for me. I headed back out to the gun range desk to return the weapons. I was disappointed as I worried that I wouldnt be able to find any gun that I could handle. When I returned, the gentleman (wish I could remember his name) inquired about how it went. I explained to him my issues and he suggested another gun that I should try. In addition, he gave me tips on how to breathe and hold the gun to help with recoil. These tips meant so much to me. Even though I still need more practice, the tips he gave helped when I shot the 380. This gun felt good in my hand and I was able to handle the recoil. After finishing shooting, I thanked the gentleman and headed back to talk to Ryan. I shared with him my experience and he showed me the 380s that they had. He never pressured me into a sale, but remained calm through out all of my questions. I definitely recommend a visit to Palmetto State Armory.
Received 25 boxes of ammo, but it looks like PSA forgot to put the ammo in the boxes. The shipping package was full of loose ammo. Only two of the 25 boxes were securely package with shrink wrap. The rest were open boxes with ammo everywhere, some of the boxes were half full and some were completely empty. Now I will hand count each bullet to make certain that all ammo was delivered. If PSA package ammo so poorly, it would be to risky to trust them to put care in packaging or shipping other items. Customer service is everything, and PSA failed in that department on packaging and responding to customer emails. Instead of responding to my email in a timely manner, PSA only responded after item shipped. “To Late To Cancel”. No worries I’ll take my business where customer service is 5 stars.

DO NOT go here if youre looking for knowledgeable staff when it comes to mounting optics on handguns. Multiple members of staff gave me wholly incorrect information when looking for a red dot to mount on my Sig Sauer P320 M18.Their staff told me the Sig Romeo 1 sight would mount with no problems. Proceeded to drive 1.5 hours home only to find it would not mount. Called the store, they suggested I bring the sight and slide and they would mount it for me. When I arrived, after driving 1.5 hours back, they stated they would not mount the sight claiming that no employee would offer that.A different employee suggested a buy a specific mounting bracket from Sig Sauers website, which I did. When it arrived it could not mount to my handgun because sig doesnt make the proper bracket. Per Sig Sauer customer service, It has to be custom made from a machinist in Georgia, he requests you mail him the slide, and it can take up to a month and a half to make.Now I have to drive 1.5 hours away for a refund from PSA and wait 2 weeks for a refund from sig Sauer for a mounting plate I never needed all because their employees couldnt admit they didnt know. I understand that not every employee can know all the combinations and permutations of handguns and sights. They just shouldnt give out bad information repeatedly. I dont know is a valid answer.Contacted the store to express my frustration and the person said nothing I can do. Never asked for my name and number to give to a supervisor, never asked how they could keep this from happening in the future, just seemed like he didnt care. He suggested I put in a review so here I am. Ive wasted 9 hours of driving, who knows how many gallons of gas, and at least three hours tinkering with my handgun and sight only to keep going back and forth with no resolution.DO NOT GO HERE unless youve done your homework beforehand because they will screw you over and waste your time at every opportunity. I, personally, will never buy another thing from this store.
This review is strictly regarding firearm purchasing. This company is severely lacking in customer service in this area. They need to institute some sort of system to insure that customers are helped in some sort of order. Even a deli has a ticket system but these people just randomly pick who they help and it’s usually based who’s standing closest to them regardless of how long everyone else has been waiting. I’ve seen this over and over again at this store over the last two years. Of my four firearms purchases the last two years, I’ve come here first but ended up buying three of them elsewhere. All because I couldn’t get anyone to help me while I watched others, with impeccable timing, walk right up to a salesperson when they just finished with someone else and get served. All three times I had been waiting at least 45 minutes. All three times I was in and out of their competition in less time, with my purchase.
Update... they finally came through and sent the remaining items so Im updating my review. Recently purchased over $500 of product online at a price that was a quite high but not too unusual for this current environment. The problem Ive had is they shorted me 20% of my purchase and after an initial contact asking for photos (that I provided) have refused to return my emails, phone calls or online messages. Ive even told them i wasnt in a hurry for the product, thanked them for even working in this environment and only asked for a response that they would get to it. 1st and only contact was from Danica on April 1st. I guess Im the fool in this joke. Basically Im out over $100 with no communication from what I thought was a reputable company.

I recently visited family in SC. While there I came across a gun that was perfect for my wife. The price here was great but Im not a resident so I couldnt purchase a firearm. I read several negative reviews about experiences online and in the store. I was apprehensive about ordering but the price was so good I decided to give it a try. I will be back. Great 1st experience with ordering guns online.
The customer service is TERRIBLE. You try to call and no one picks up and they tell you to email them. Its a terrible circle you cannot get out if. I ordered a rough ride revolver A MONTH AGO. They had a list of places listed to have it shipped for me to go pick up. I found out yesterday that the place they had listed couldnt accept my firearms because their licenses as a shop was expired. Now I am getting the run around and no one to respond. They wont ship it to another licensed dealer either because they wont respond to emails. Stay away!
Went to the store the other day looking for a Taurus G3. The salesperson said they have no Taurus firearms in the entire store as I looked in the glass looking straight at a Taurus G2C. Whatever the incentive structure is for salespeople at this store, it precludes them from serving customers that dont need a $500+ firearm. Ill just keep driving out of my way to patron other stores that actually want my business.
The place was dark and poorly organized. I had seen bad ratings for this store and now know why. There was no service whatever. They really did not care about me as a customer, will never go back.
My first time ever purchasing from PSA. Overall, I had a great experience. Kevin helped me during my visit here. I came in looking for the PSA AR-15 but they were out of stock. I ended up buying the last AK-V 9mm they had. Kevin answered all my questions, and what he didnt know, he took the time to find out the answers for me. Several times, employees would walk by as I was waiting and asked if I needed any help with anything. They all seem very attentive. Im only giving 4 starts because I was sold a red dot optic that is a high mount, which doesnt co-witness with the front sight on the AKV. Ive lost the receipt but Im hoping theyll take it back tomorrow. Otherwise, it was a great visit.

Second time I packed up for a range day with my wife, drove 30 min to get there, and was turned away bc they added yet another meaningless dress code rule. Ive dealt with and understood strict range guidelines at other places and states including firing lines, flags, etc. But these idiots think that an extra two inches of sleeve length determines safe and unsafe shooting. Im not buying that stupidity and Im not going back again or recommending them. Too many other intelligent and reasonable places to go to shoot responsibly at.
The store is incredible, and the online purchases went even better. My orders shipped to my home in New Jersey and arrived early and perfect. Mr recent visit to South Carolina and going to the store blew my mind. Dont listen to the negative comments/reviews. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This is one of the store fronts for the ridiculously popular Palmetto State Armory. This is a large facility that has a large store choked full of merchandise including guns, bulk ammo at unbeatable prices, accessories and hunting equipment. They also have a range at this facility and offer training and classes.
I drive to Columbia every weds for ladies day at PSA. I love the range, ventilation is good and the spacing between lines is great. I never feel crowded. I’ve only shopped around once, and waited in line for about 25 minutes before leaving.However, giving this review 3 stars is generous. Walking into a range, as a female, is hard enough and unfortunately there’s one associate who always makes my time at PSA uncomfortable and difficult. I am prior military (USMC) and prior LEO, I am confident and always use safe practices. I just want to have my range time and leave. I don’t want to be harassed or treated any differently because I’m a woman. There’s always one bad apple who ruins an entire good team. I will likely come back, but only because there’s no indoor range I can stand to shoot in, in the Augusta area.

If you plan to purchase a firearm from Palmetto State Armory, be sure to mind the fine print!! When I purchased my pistol online I was under the impression that the FFL information PSA provided on their website would be accurate and updated (you know...because they are shipping firearms around the country). Unfortunately, it is not up to date which I did not discover until after the firearm was already shipped. Little did I know at the time that the Gander Mountain it was being ship to, was no longer in business. I contacted PSA about this issue and obviously they informed me that the pistol had to be shipped back to PSA to be re-shipped per Federal Law (to which I am completely understanding of and they handled with no issues).Although, a few days later I was surprised to see an additional charge of $19 for this re-shipping fee. When I contacted PSA customer service, I attempted to explain the circumstances and ultimately dispute this charge but she indicated that this was company policy and when I ordered online I agreed to this charge within the fine print. I then requested to speak with a Manager in the hope that they would be sympathetic to my situation, but she stated that neither her nor a manager could reverse this charge, not even as a courtesy.As a first time online firearm buyer I am extremely disheartened with PSA and their lack of empathy for an issue that I cant help but feel as though they are partly responsible. I understand that I also bear some responsibility for not calling to confirm that this store would be able to receive the package being shipped, but its a mistake I simply did not foresee or expect.At the very least it would have been appreciated if the customer service representative apologized for the misunderstanding or even allowed me to speak to a Manager as requested. Just about ANY semblance of empathy would have made me feel like PSA respected me as a customer. Since after all, I did have a choice when I purchased my pistol and ultimately chose PSA because of their reputation.
I just walked in to Anglers Heaven! How did I not know about this place? Everything from rods and reels, artificial baits, clothing, shoes and I noticed some items for boating! They even have a rack specifically for the forage we have here at Lake Murray (Blue Back Herring)! When you go, be sure to take more than just a few minutes to peruse the store because you will find something you want! John was great, very knowledgeable about fish finders! I ordered a complete lower build kit it came in two days and my handguard was stuck in the shipping department. I called HQ a couple times with no avail so I tried calling the store in Columbia and was thrilled with the customer service from the folks at this location. They took a customer issue that isnt even their job and helped me with my online order. Thank you for the help and information. You guys rock!
Bait & Switch Tried to buy a S&W Shield 9mm. Was told it was in stock, filled out background check, handed over my CWP, and waited for 40 minutes, at which point, they told me they didnt have it in stock, but a similar model, FOR MORE $$$.How did they do a background check without a serial number to attach it to?Im done with PSA

I’ve had the worst experience ever at this store. The first occasion I came with the cash to buy a browning 725 sporting. After 30 min I finally got someone to show me the gun. I wanted to see a second one in a different length barrel the person sat the gun back and just walked away to help someone else and left me standing there. The second occasion was today. I went in the store to buy a smith 44 mag performance center and couldn’t even get someone to wait on me. I guess I don’t look like I can afford your guns. This is the worst gun store I’ve ever been to in my life. So in two trip you lost out on 4,000 of my money. I’ve bought countless guns from your stores over the years but you will no long have my business or a good word about your company from me anymore

Might want to rethink UPS as preferred shipping partner, gave them clear instructions to leave my package at my complexs leasing office. They still left it at my front door. $500 AR kit sitting at front door for 5 hours.
I called today looking to see if a gun on their site was in stock to make sure i can purchase it today after work. The phone rang and rang several times for 10-15 minutes and someone answered and hung up. I called back and the phone rang again for minutes on end. After answering i got a gentleman and asked for the gun on the websites availability and was told they had it. I asked if it was the $299 the site had it for and he said no its $469 in sore. I asked why when the site says different, he said Buy it off the site then and hung up. Now mind you i have never purchased a gun before and i have never dealt with PSA . Clearly they (PSA) doesnt want any business weather it be online or in the store. The customer service is despicable and that is just over the phone. I will not set foot in that establishment to spend one cent or waist my gas.After this i went on line to read the reviews and guess what i am not the only person to experience the terrible customer service. 85% of the reviews are quiet as negative as mine and they have lost a lot of business. If people continue to shop at this business they will continue to have poor customer service. They need to feel it and possibly shut down. No business no money and no bills will be paid in their household.The owner should really pay attention to what is happening in his establishment because his employees are costing him business and money. How can you continue to profit it your losing business.It is safe to say i will not shop or buy anything from this business and i will let all of my Military and non-military gun friends know Sports Academy is the place to go for us. Customer service is great and guess what PSA they price match and give Military Discounts. (dont know if you do or not Fred hung up on me).One Star is to much.......

I have been a customer of palmetto state for years, and I was always familiar with the somewhat poor customer service (ie. long waits, staff who ignore you, etc.) I must say that occasionally I have had a good team member interaction. Today was not one of those days. Yesterday, I purchased a 140 dollar QAD bow sight. The packaging looked like it had been opened and taped back together. Turns out that it had been, and the sight did not drop away like it should. So, I took it back today. I had my credit card, time of transaction, amount of transaction etc. The manager, Bryan, told me that he would only give me store credit and would not look up my receipt because that was not his job. Then he insinuated that I had purchased the sight somewhere else and brought it to them to make money on the deal. So, I went out to my truck and found my receipt from the day before, and then I brought it back in. I told Bryan I now had the receipt, and he gave me an incredulous look. When i told him how displeased i was that he or his staff would not take 2 minutes out of their day to help a customer he said that he was providing good customer service, and if I did not change my attitude he would refuse to return it. I returned it. Then I told him that I would no longer shop with PSA. Although PSA makes their money on online and volume business and most likely not be affected by my absence, they have lost a customer forever.
I made an online order and sent it to this store. I got a great deal on their site and I didnt have to pay a FFL transfer fee. The staff is nice. The only issue is it took forever to pick up my order about 8 business days (12 days altogether). Other than that, great place! Great range! Really happy with my experience.

Great selection of firearms. The store is well stocked with many accessories and ammunition. The problem is service. I had to go three times before I got waited on. Really busy place. You would think someone besides me would come up with the idea of customers taking a number, like at a butcher shop, so customers would be waited on in some intelligent manner.
RIP OFF!! Everything in the store is 2-3 times more than there website! They wanted $750 for an AR-10 upper online it was $350 and it included everything youd need but a striped lower. And yes it was the same exact one. Buy whatever it is you want online itll take a week or 2 for them to ship it but to me its worth it. I will never come to this store again. There not even good for in store pick ups and its taken 3 weeks and 5 phone call and 3 1hr long drives to the store and ive still got to come back 2 more time and wait at least week. YOU WERE WARNED
Over the last few years I’ve made a number of purchases at this location and they have always had good pricing and a nice and helpful staff. However, those good prices do come at a cost... long wait times. If you need the assistance of one of the associates, you had better be prepared to wait. I have no idea where the root of the problem lies, whether it be with scheduling, lack of staff or just good old fashioned American cost cutting. (Thank you Wally World for teaching businesses everywhere how to operate with 1 less employee than you actually need) What I do know is that I usually become irritated and swear that I will go somewhere else the next time….but then I ended up coming back here. Damn you PSA for making me love you.
I came in this store purchase a couple uppers on 19MAR at 6pm. I was in the store for nearly 2 hours waiting to be assisted. seems to be severely understaffed. every customer I spoke to in the store had the same opinion. I am currently standing in the store writing this review. i am also posting a picture of the guys behind the counter. as you can see, one guy is running a background and the other is on his phone. I have been standing here for one hour.
The first time I used PSA was to order a firearm. It was sent to my FFL of choice within a week. I then took my CWP class here. Greg was a great instructor and I couldn’t have asked for better. I also used the range here. Being new to the range can be overwhelming, but I told someone that it was my first time there and he showed me the ropes without hesitation and didn’t have an attitude. I can see why another reviewer stated they didn’t get help right away. As I browsed at the counter there were other people there first, so I waited and as soon as he was done with them he came directly to me and asked how he could help me. He also didn’t have an attitude and I appreciated his help. After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical, but I’m glad I don’t make decisions based off another persons opinion. I will be back to get that yearly range membership.
Very informative staff. Great place to shoot in their range. Love when they have “demo days”. Prices vary and can be beat but that doesn’t take away from one of my favorite stores. Ace approved
Do not waste your time or money in this store. The employees are rude and give out incorrect information on the products being sold. You will be doing yourself a favor by going to Academy Sports where they will match sale prices and give you an additional 5% off.
Great prices on ARs, if youre looking for awesome online deals their daily deals are posted everyday at noon but if you want to know about it before they post at noon, you can sign up for the emails. I highly recommend you do that.Some people give it some negative reviews but thats due to change and growth when a company grows so quickly that they cant keep up with the demand some people become prima donnas, thats right I said prima donnas theyve stepped up their quality of customer service & Representatives on the showroom floor as well as the way they display their different models. PSA is one true Second Amendment company. Dont forget, Wednesday is Ladies Day at the range. Come one, come all!

I didnt get to stay long. I had been wanting to go to the one in Columbia for a long time from WNC but it just never worked. stock looked awesome, a bit more motivation to.go again and staff were friendly.
I’ve bought many guns and rifles from the store in person, I bought a pistol there in person yesterday actually. Their online store is a total 180 from the level of professionalism in store. I ordered a rifle online from them half a month ago and still have yet to even hear a reason as to why it hasn’t shipped. My original email/ correspondence with a online associate said 5-7 business days. Well I waited 8 and called up there again. I was told that it’s now 7-10 for complete rifles. Well now I’m even past that and when I call up there you know what the lady on the phone says? “I don’t know, I can ask then call you back in a couple days”. Really disappointed in PSA on their online side. Trust me people, go to the store instead.
Love this place and everything about it. Only thing I would recommend is to keep more on-sale items in stock. Seems like every time I receive an email about something I want, the store never has the item in stock. Im usually told to order it online. Youre hurting yourselves because alot of what you tell me to order online is cheaper somewhere else. If the store had the item, I would have bought from you. Besides, I want it right then, not 10 days from then.
Purchased 6.5 Grendel in March, put 11 rounds through it and the screw fell out of the gas block. Called, sent emails, filled out web forms and now stopped by store. The line is a one hour wait. No resolve from these guys.
DO NOT BUY gift cards from these people. They took over 6 days to process my gift card. Screwed me over big time. They have lost my business forever.
Have you ever been treated like dirt? No? Then you have not been here.I have had the displeasure of going here twice to look at pistols to purchase. Both times I was treated like dirt.They did it once, so I bought a gun from Shooters Choice. The next time I made sure to no go to the same counter person, and again I was treated like dirt. Seems to be the culture there perhaps.Now I have 2 guns from Shooters Choice, and the certainty I will never spend a dime of my money or a moment of my time at Palmetto State Armory.
Almost bought a rifle until they told me South Carolina doesn’t recognize a Florida cwp. That’s news to me!
