Been here for 4 years, rules are regulated when the office feels they need too. Not everyone treated the same. Rules apply to only certain individuals.Other than that, very nice quite place. Clean showers, and a lovely pool area.Prices are consistent with all the other trailer parks around.
Nothing but drug addict
Very respectful place
Very good place to live I’m happier than I’ve been in a long time, The staffing community is excellent and We feel so welcome here
I love the park well kept. They have an RV section also. I also like the wild donkeys that are all over the canyon.
Actually a very nice community. People were friendly.
Peace on earth to live longer:)
Absolute awesome
This is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. We are staying here for 2 1/2 months before moving on to northern CA. Drawbacks are tv reception and not so good internet, at least in our spot. The hills are beautiful and green after the rains. If you continue up Reche Canyon Road, you have great views of the valleys and wild donkeys.
Reche Canyon Mobile Estates And RV Park is a great place to live. Nancy and Kathy are great managers. The place is kept really clean. This is a small close knitt place where everyone looks out for each other.
Very nice park. Quiet. Very nice park managers
Best place to park your RV
Its a quaint little place. Nice neighbors.
Some of my favorite people live here! The lot rent is reasonable and the area is a nice neighborhood.
We really enjoyed our extended stay here. The staff is awesome
Nice quiet SAFE mobile home and RV park community. Very rare for the inland empire. . Would recommend 110%.. Biggest crime here is my neighbor letting his dog poop on my lawn
Nice well kept rules are inforced promptly. However some rules are a little overboard in my opinion
Worst management ever. Biased towards tenants based off their race. Nancy shouldnt be licensed to have this job.
Love it!! Quiet & clean with no speed bumps!! Nice people that care about the park. Nancy is wonderful to work with. Bingo lots of fun.
Great, QUIET, SAFE, CLEAN, older mobile home and RV park. 100% owner occupied, no renters or rentals or especially section 8 clowns, etc etc. Nancy in the office is decent to deal with. Not a tweeker ghetto park like a lot in the IE especially.
Great place to live. Nancy and Kathy in the office are awesome. Definitely the best park in the inland Empire to live
Have friends that live in the park seems to be a nice quiet Park
Looks like a nice place kept up and clean.
All I can say if you like drug parties then this is your place. Even long time residents i know have complained to management but they do nothing and they seem even more friendly to the druggies like they are scared of them or what a resident told they probably are getting free drugs from them to look the other way. There are also alot of weird single men that live their, not a place for children.
We have lived here 20 yrs my 3 kids who are 18 and 21 yrs old now loved growing up here in the canyon we have seen ton of changes up for the better now time to move on now thank you reche canyon for the experince been wild lol :}}}
This place would be really nice, if it wasnt for these, very mean, cruel, racial & deceiving managers. I have been looking for a new place to live, because of management. I can no longer tolerate there bullying & evil demeanor.
Better have some gas
Very clean with helpful staff.
Friend lives here great place to live
Hmm. Apparently, their office is not open on Sunday, so when I called to make a reservation, a grounds person or someone similar answers the phone. She cant make the reservation for me, so she has to call someone else who may or may not get back to me. I was looking to make a reservation the same day. I called earlier in the morning, spoke to the grounds person who took my name and number and told me to expect a call back from someone who is able to take my reservation. A couple minutes later, a woman called me and said she had a campsite available for me and told me to call the office back when I was 10 minutes away. Well, when I was 10 minutes away, I called the office, spoke to the intermediary who told me to expect a call back as soon as possible from the other woman. Well, that call never came. I drove around the grounds and I was not impressed (Stereotypical Trailer Trash Park Vibe) so I just left and found vacancy elsewhere. The majority of dwellings in this park seemed to be mobile homes and not RVs. Good thing I didnt wait around for the other woman to call me back. I would not recommend this place.
Management is doing much better than the old and theres no drug parties nice and friendly people . Its a trailer park not Ritz Carlton.
Too many people who have nothing to do but get in other people business and spread vicious rumors, old management, john, instigated a lot of it,New management, Nancy, is 100 percent better
Very nice easy to park .

Great fun safe
Horrible place to live because of management. Also, there are a couple of high risk sex offenders living in the park.
Quite and affordable
Okay
Simply, a slice of heaven.
Talk about useless cable, one thunder-clap it goes out.Hope the emergency broadcast system isnt trying to tell me something!
