Clean quiet community. They need more bistro parking.

Its great there you a comfortable feeling for each and every person

This park is very clean.The residents are friendly for the most part.Great staff,very curious.Parking can become an issue for visitors at times.Overall 4 stars.

Ive had no problems here so far. Everyone is to themselves here. And I get looks like if theres a secret that only I dont know. A lot of gossip. I do feel pretty safe though.

This place has no parking and they are to stupid to put more. To much money for these small mobile homes. The community is nice and this park is clean but besides that nothing else here is worth it. Glad Im moving out soon.

A great place to live and affordable housing for those that are not yet ready for residential do.

Run down only a few nice homes...res are not enforced. People do not stop at stop signs in park so watch out. They also speed

Horrible management, some of the rudest most maintenance people I have ever delt with. They have Zero wheel chair Van accessible handicap spots in the whole Park and by law they supposed to have one for every six normal parking spaces (SMH!!)

This is a wonderful quiet community. All the people are respectful and quiet. Its a good place to raise a family

It is a most peaceful place to live, love it.

They need to put more parking spots and give or sale parking permits. one for each resident I go to school and work 2 hours away and i cant never find parking this sucks

Before we move here way back 2015, Our broker is Rosa and at first she was promise a house with a A/C but it wasnt have and she didnt gave the money back for my father-in-law who bought our house. In our nairghborhood when the water sprinkle was on in the right side of our parking area the water comes down to our parking and our car has damage on a window with lot of dots causes by water. Even we wash our car still never clean.

There is so much crime going on here it horible i visit my grand mother and the people across the way are into so much illegal activity there is a tall white guy with a tattoo on his face that hangs around runs around at night probably doing drugs looking for drugs I reported to the office and the office is aware of it and does nothing of it I have called Colton PD and made reports and nothings done about it I am not going to make sure and post it online Facebook and let people know what is going on here and the security or the people here at the trailer park dont do anything about it inforce laws or rules Im afraid for my grandmother im moving my grand mother out asap

Worst park ever owned by lawyers gave me a three day notice to move after one day late soak you for money constantly Beware beware
