Great place for a night out without being overwhelmed by overcrowded facilities and random equipment. We come here at least once a month when we can and have even made a trip during a restricted facility during covid. Never had any issues in all parts of The Summit and the staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful. Hope to continue coming here for years to come.

Awesome experience! They were very accommodating of our large church group for dinner as well as two lanes of bowling. The food and service was excellent, and they took extra precautions during these crazy COVID times, which is good... still a relaxed atmosphere and as normal as you could expect, given the circumstances. Great job by them. I dont bowl often, but our group wanted to try it. The lanes and equipment seemed to be in good shape and well maintained.Well definitely be back and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Summit Interquest!
Went to celebrate my birthday last night and they have quite the set up. Didnt realize the arcade was open or would have gone sooner.Havent been bowling in a while but this was a great time. We put in the reservation and had a great time. Our server wasnt overly attentive but did a great job. The rootbeer floats( not soft serve) were yummy, funnel fries were delicious, fish and chips were good and the nachos too. The pizza isnt going to win any awards but it was palatable.
This place is absolutely amazing for the entire family. What made the experience over the top was Alicia W. She got my kids out of their comfort zone and made sure they enjoyed themselves until the end. Because of her we will DEFINITELY be back!!
Want to take a moment to say a THANK YOU to Heidi G for taking care of my husbands team building on Friday night. We got lanes at the time specified, the area was very clean. Brenden at the counter was helpful by showing where to get the balls and shoes. Very great experience and happy to help support a local business!
I personally love this place. Its great for casual bowling for the whole family and has some extra features such as an arcade and laser tag, as well as a restaurant. However getting a lane may be a challenge. Had to wait nearly an hour before a lane opened, we had enough time to eat a whole meal at the restaurant before we could even bowl. Try calling ahead or reserving a lane beforehand for the best experience.
Best place ever super clean, nice environment, friendly employees. Love it. Every time I visit Colorado I hope to stop by.
This place has so many fun things to do and family activities. Its an excellent place to go. My company rented a room for a celebration we are having and then we went bowling after. It was so much fun!

I often forget about the amazing culinary offerings at The Summit Interquests restaurant. We came here on a busy Friday night when every other restaurant had a 30 minute -1 hour wait and were seated immediately. I ordered the avocado shrimp bowl and it was better than anything I could have ordered at the surrounding restaurants! So yummy! There is also good selection of beer and quick, efficient service.
We had such a great time for my daughter’s Birthday party! Service was excellent and they really went over and above to make sure she had the best day possible. Great job Summit we will be back!!
I enjoy bowling in two leagues at Summit. They take extra care with cleanliness which makes me feel safer. The staff is great. Heidi is the best and keeps our leagues in line.
Had a birthday party for my 8 year old. All had a blast. The pizzas werent as big as we hoped but it didnt impact anything.Would definitely recommend.
Friday and Saturday night cosmic night specials used to run from 11pm-2am for the exact same price as now, but the hours for which they are available have been reduced by 33% since the place closes at 1am nowadays. Yet the prices have remained exactly the same as they were when the deal ran for 3 hours instead of the current 2 hours. Common sense and courtesy would dictate that either you should reduce the price or you should start the special an hour earlier (at 10pm) to compensate. They have done neither. Very disappointing from a customers perspective.
Pricing is outrageous for bowling here. Food is not great. Lanes are good for the most part, but Id go to harmony who is less about the flash and more about affordable bowling.
My kids and I, with a friend and her child, went to The Summit when they opened on Sunday (10am). We proceeded to the kiosks and spent a total of $200 on cards with the intent to use them in the arcade. It was only AFTER we spent our money that staff put out a sign stating the arcade was closed for a private party and only AFTER we spent our money that they put signs on the kiosks indicating the arcade closure. Refunds weren’t optional but we were “reassured” that the cards never expire and that we could use them elsewhere (bowling). Next time, put out those signs BEFORE you open your doors. The two star rating is only for the two young men that provided great service in the bowling alley.
My dad and I had a wonderful time at Summit on 8/13/20. We first had dinner and our server was delightful and we were properly spaced apart from other guests (due to Covid). We then went to bowl and Dennis at the front desk was so welcoming, kind, and hilarious! We were happy to see all staff and customers wearing masks. When we got to our lane, our shoes had already been delivered. They had a station set up in clear view where you retrieve your bowling ball. If you dont know what weight of ball you prefer, or what size of finger holes you need, they have a place where you can put a latex glove on and test a ball out yourself. They clean and sanitize every ball before and after use, and its all out in the open so you KNOW its safe. Every lane that was occupied was separated by a closed lane. I also feel the need to mention that the bathrooms were super tidy and clean as well. You can always tell how clean an establishment is by the way they keep their restrooms. Even though my dad beat me in all four games, we had an amazing experience at Summit, from walking into the door to the time we walked out. It was nice to get out of the house for a bit, and to feel safe while doing it. Well be back again soon (mainly because I need to win against my dad at least once). ;)
The Summit always is a great time. Heidi makes all of the leagues even better. Check it out and you wont be disappointed.
We have bowled leagues and no tap tournaments for years at Summit. Heidi Grettenberger runs the tournaments and leagues exceptionally well. She is polite and pleasant to be around. We have bowled for more years than I want to count and at all the bowling alleys in Colorado Springs and I can say Heidi is a favorite.
My wife and I have been bowling there once or twice a week since they reopened. We love the place! The staff does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and observing CV-19 protocol. We can tell management truly cares about the safety of their customers and employees.
Josh was a very nice and awesome server. We really had a great experience with him. Will definitely be returning and would recommend.
An overabundance of anti-pandemic measures and safety rules. Yet all the same fun. I was pleasantly surprised. Food is delicious .

UNLIMITED BOWLING IS ACTUALLY LIMITED (heard from the employee themselves that if theres a big enough line, you get told to rotate turns and taken off the lane)My husband and I arrived at 8:45 for a Sunday night @9 special. We asked and were told to wait 15 min, understandable.We waited, and before 9 a group of 8-10 people walked up for the special and were checked in. We joined the line and waited for our turn. Once the group finished around 9:02 we were waiting to be called over by the employee, and then two women walk past the line to the counter.My husband walked up and called for her to wait which she replied we called ahead.I went through the website and it said that you cannot call ahead when a special event or deal is going on. My husband and I watched in awe as we were surpassed and ignored. The two women AND their group paid at the counter, meaning their purchase was not made before hand, therfore their name was not reserved for a lane. My husband and I left shortly after, upset.Its sad, because I enjoy Summit.
I only been there a few times but it’s a great place good costumer service the one I recognize when I ate their a few times is Alicia she is a team player she works hard she’s respectful always checked up on me asking if I need a drink or if I need anything and ima go more often and her smile is perfect.
Great food, awesome beer selection, and incredible service. I appreciate Sarai so much. She went the extra mile to make sure the game we wanted to watch was on the TV.
Its only really worthwhile if you go during a discounted time such as happy hour, as their prices are quite high. But the atmosphere is good, the food is good, and they are taking proper steps in regards to Covid.
I want to acknowledge that Alicia is a hard worker should a team player she does good at her job she claims shes good to customers overall shes a good player and great customer service there

We had an incredible experience here that we came back the next day to do it again. The staff was amazing hand sanitizer stations all over the place who plays all wearing masks at all times. Each person gets a sanitized ball and the end they sanitize for next customer.I highly recommend this place for the whole family. Laser tag, bowling, pool, arcade and restaurant and bar with comfy sofas

We did a bowling excursion with the MSF team. Its hard on small businesses to handle all the restrictions gracefully. The Summit did a great job handling it and our crew very well. The bowling was very fun!!

Horrible service. Ordered food and drinks while bowling. Expect food to take an hour, drinks from the bar to take 45 minutes, and sodas to take 30 minutes. Multiple beverage glasses were very dirty with food residue. Our server was glued to his waitstation and seemed entirely uninterested in continuing service beyond our original order. I will not be returning.
Great place. But sanitation pumps were empty through out the facility. I notified a staff member. He said he would refill.We went to eat while waiting for bowling lanes to open up. We returned about an hour later. And they were still empty.

We had a blast here. The staff was amazing! Unlimited bowling was perfect having two 3 yrs olds w us. All of our meals were very very tasty. It was perfect because we were staying at great wolf lodge which is walking distance.Thank you to all the staff you made our night so much better w your hospitality. Tina is the most legit and badass worker at this establishment. Any other worker should close their eyes and realize that the darkness underneath their eyelids is the exact nothingness that they are compared to to Tina. Legit I would comeback 1 million percent.
Weve been going to The Summit several times this summer for bowling--very thankful to have a bowling alley open so we can get out of the house and do something fun. Weve never had anything less than an enjoyable time and good servers, but we were especially impressed by the elevated level of customer service from all the staff members when we went today. And our server Sarai was excellent! She checked on us right away when we sat down at our lane, was prompt to return for our order after wed had a chance to decide what we wanted and pressed the service button, and checked on us a couple more times after our order arrived to see if we needed anything else. Sarai was so friendly and personable and we had another great time bowling. Thank you, Summit Interquest Team!

Bowling was fun. They have kids bowl free through the summer. The arcade is closed but lazer tag, the lanes and the restaurant are open. They leave a space between each group in the bowling area. Theyre keeping everything fairly clean, I saw them spraying down shoes and balls.

We were hoping to enjoy our experience at Summit but just couldnt with all the non-compliance of mask wearing. I tried to get the attention of the manager on duty, the young man in the red shirt, but he was so engaged with another employee who did not have her mask in place at the Laser Tag check-in. I walked away in disgust. I then encountered Morgan at the entrance to the game center and inquired about enforcing the Governors order of mask wearing, and was told she was too busy to do that. As I stood on the sidelines and watched the crowd and Morgan she did begin to ask people to put their masks on. There were several customers who took off or lowered their masks in the game area that we had to keep changing direction to avoid them. Although there was several hand sanitizing stations not a single employee wiped done any game surfaces or the touch screen at the kiosk. One star for the posting of signage, however, that is the law and if they want to open, Summit must posts signs. One star for the social distancing protocols within the game area.
Do not fall for the unlimited bowling on Mondays. We arrived at 7pm and got put in an hour waitlist. We started bowling at 8pm and after 1 hour we were kicked off of our lane and were told that we had to be put back on the waiting list for another hour before we could bowl again. When we went back to the guy checking people in to ask why we were being kicked off of our lane he was very rude to us and said that he told us we only had 1 hour and then had to be put back on the wait list but that was not true. If we knew we could only bowl for 1 hour and then had to wait another hour to bowl again we would not have paid for unlimited bowling. The guy in charge of giving out the bowling balls was also very rude and gave us attitude when we asked if we could get a second bowling ball for my wife, even though all the lanes were full and everyone had their bowling balls and they had plenty of bowling balls left. The lane next to us had their hour run out as well but were able to get their lane reset for another hour for them even though we were told we had to be put in the waiting list. I have never heard of a bowling alley kick people off of lanes who pay for unlimited bowling and have to be put on another waiting list if they want to bowl some more. We will not be going back here and will look for another bowling alley who has true unlimited bowling. Dont waste your time and money at The Summit Interquest.

Our server was the only good thing about our visit. Every other staff member was rude and our trip was a waste of money after getting told we had to stop bowling after an hour when we paid for unlimited. Never going back.

League bowling started today and I wasnt sure just how safe it would be, but I think this business has a good plan in place to keep everyone safe as long as the customers follow and abide by the rules.

I can’t say I’ve ever left an establishment and written a bad review as soon as I got into my car but today is that day. We specifically chose to go to Summit knowing they close at midnight, however we felt like we were being rushed out the second we sat down.All three of us being in the service industry understand not being attentive under certain circumstances. But in this case it was clear that our server, Joel, was not being attentive simply because he was trying to get out of there as soon as possible. We didn’t receive any cutlery with our food and had to wave him down for more drinks - when we could actually find him at least. When waving him down so we could order dessert it was clear he was annoyed we were ordering more.Our service wasn’t amazing by any means but it wasn’t until we saw our server blatantly pointing and complaining about us to other servers that we decided to write this review. To end our experience Joel came up to us (pitcher of beer was over half full) saying, “Oh they are making me leave for the night” meaning hey give me your money so I can leave. Again, as past servers we have never experienced a situation where management would allow their servers to basically close us out with out even asking us if we we would like to be transferred to another server. Lastly, Joel then proceeded to come back and tell us that he wrote each of us personalized messages... “Gracias”, “Thank You”, “have a great night”... all things that easily could’ve been given verbalized if he was around.We truly can be easy going, fun customers and have never left a bad review before but tonight was something we’ve never experienced before.
Very expensive, half the arcade machines just take your money (the boxing game, the mega ball drop, half the lights on reaction game are broken). Barely any points given for money spent (spent $35 received 200 points, enough to buy one shotglass) and was asked to sign up for the reward program where we would be given a ten dollar card for free, except they took our information and never gave us the cards, and the employee who took our cards just went home so we couldn’t get any help resolving the issues.
Mike was an amazing server and so attentive. Friday nights can be super stressful and Mike was great at being attentive to us.
Came here with my brother, sister-in-law and 3 kids between us. 4 of our 6 meals were wrong. One was remade before it even got brought to us and one was completely returned. The two vegan meals were the only correct ones, which isn’t usually the case in this sort of situation.We all played Lazer tag and all got game cards. The games are more expensive here than at similar places. Got $40 on my daughter’s game card and she was able to get some tattoos with her winnings. She definitely would have gotten more than that at other similar places.So for those reasons I probably won’t return. It was really packed and was a bit too stimulating. I’d recommend coming on a weekday if that is a concern of yours.

If you want food, DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve been waiting over an hour and seen the server twice. I ordered for my appetizer to come out first, so we would be able to snack and I had to track her down only for her to tell me it’s coming out with the food. All of this would be understandable, if there were more than 5 out of the 20 tables seated. Otherwise the arcade is fun minus the big crane machine that is broken...
Love taking my kiddos here! They do Kids Bowl Free in the summer. It is such a cool program. Plus they have a great arcade. A little pricey but we always have a great time!
In hard times it is always wonderful to see a community pull together. They were kind enough to bring food to our ER staff today. The food was excellent, but the thoughtfulness is truly appreciated, and will not be forgotten! Additionally, the pizza and pasta was fantastic!
