Love this place and the people that work here! Great venue! I would recommend this place to all adults for a fun night out. Especially love the karaoke nights!

I am a long time (well over 1.5 yrs) patron of Charlie Cheddas. For the last 1.5 years I have dropped $1-3k per week in Charlies. After having money stolen by Charlies due to a machine error, having a loaded gun waved at me by an employee while stating that she wasnt permitted to carry it while in the office and told not to email management the evening it happened, by Ms. Charity, after watching drug deals and hookers work from both Charlies and their premesis and being repeatedly disrespected by Rosie a Team Lead while on the job IM DONE. I will be reporting Charlie Cheddas to the Legislative Office, BBB, and Consumer Affairs as well as the Lottery Board, THIS site and many others. The prize Reveal in half the arcade doesnt work at all. Half the time in the evenings when crowded Charlies employees will announce that patrons may not sit onthe prize reveals because people are waiting to play. Mind you it takes 20+ mins IF the prize reveals are working to reveal prizes. Often and personally speaking on 2+ occassions I put money in the machines the machine takes the money and wont register the cash deposited. On BOTH occassions I had to email, call and argue to get Charlies to refund the money to me. Now it has happened to my husband and the employees didnt report it to management tho it was reported to employee on duty at time of incident. If any of you share similar feelings/experiences and care to participate in submitting your experiences to the legislative office, BBB and/or Consumer Affairs reach out to me you all know my #.God Bless and I hope you all dont get ripped off by these scammers, too.

Apologies to both the owner and the manager for the comment under this establishment by someone that was not Tia!!!I have frequented this establishment for years and not only love the games and staff but have a great time while playing! With the tournaments, skilled games, and customer appreciation nights, this place is DEFINITELY a must try for someone looking to try something new. Friday or Saturday nights are usually filled with great fun, entertainment, food, and door prizes. It was great when you used to win an the ladies who worked there liked there job. There is a new employee who is totally rude if she isnt talking on her cell phone, not playing music for guests, or playing awful music, oh rolling her eyes at you, then she will surely be busy ignoring you. Its great to go somewhere an just hang out buy if u feel unwelcome.... not so much. Its s not even worth having to be such a burden to the gal getting PAID to help you.... i will say the manager is awesome though fair, honest, friendly, an upbeat. Really cool guy, new guy is actually awesome to

My opinion is based on myself and what I think. If I want to throw away my money I would drive to cripple creek. Drinks good rates for motel and almost free food and beautiful town in mountains. At least when I go home with no money I felt like perceived other pleasures and beauty.

Great place to compete for cash

One rotten egg ruined it for us all. I turned my chair around and notified Rosie and her sister (who also works there) that I would smoke a cig and brb per the sign on the wall.Upon returning after 9-10 mins Rosie gave my seat to someone else. When I told her my chair was turned AND I notified her I would brb AND it had been less than 15 mins she informed me if there is no reserved sign on the machine that it does not matter that my chair was turned or I followed rules as posted on the wall.NOW IM ASKING YOU WHAT IS HER PROBLEM?fix the attitude plz. I was on # 8 btw.BTW PRIZE REVEAL ISNT working on many machines. Over 5 machines off/nonworking at any given time.

Every time i go to this place i loose without fail. The place is just a spot that takes money. Very very very seldom does it ever pay out. And when it xoes the payouts are so embarassingly little that its just not worth even the effort of playing. As far as comparisons to other places similar to Cheddas, honestly, every spot ive ever tried was much better than this spot. If u want to just give your money away to a place this is the spot for you because they will take gour cash and you wont walk away with theirs. Thats the reality of this spot. They only exploit the fever most gambling people bgh ave. Paying out is a dream they chase with more money which has proven to be much too elusive to ever catch. Take my advice, keep your money and forgdt the false hopes Cheddas puts in front of you. They are frauds.

Well definitely wont be having fun here anymore especially when being lied to everyone down here knows about the prize reveale well my first prize was supposed to be 2.50 i spun gave me. 50 cents dont care for false advertisement or being lied toNever seen the new rules and agreement thing your talking about and the new way to reveal has not been discussed so no shame on my end slowly but surely this place is becoming a gambling place with unfair outcomes went down there spent 60 dollars didnt even come close to making that back what does that sound like.......gambling point made

The lady behind the cashier is real rude with a bad attitude gave her a 50 she is going to tell me she cant give me no change because she has to pay her people well thats a Gambling Hall and you should be able to supply change for people to gamble and I still end up spending the whole 50 in there so I didnt see where she was making no sense
