I lived here for 3 years. They have annual Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween parties. The maintenance man goes above and beyond his duties 100%. I did not like the no off street parking and not allowing more than 2 cars parked in front of the house (even if there was room). Although the location isnt in the best neighborhood, I never experienced any issues.

I love it here. The old trailers are so cute and quaint.

So sweet, they host a holiday Thanksgiving and Christmas for residents. The food was phenomenal, and management was very cordial. Thank you!!

Its a great place we lived there for 2 years and the matinance man is now my best friend!

We just shared our annual Thanksgiving Dinner today at the Clubhouse. The food was wonderful, the company was fantastic... always a good time.

If you are a visitor, beware of parking at your family/friends house! No matter what you need to stop for - a 10 minute visit, or when unloading supplies, or picking people up. Your vehicle will be towed and impounded. I believe the tow company and Owner of the park may be splitting the profits. All visitors must park in the far corner of the lot, which is at least 1/2 a mile away. Maybe they can provide some shopping carts to transport your kids from the corner lot to who youre visiting. Snow tracks would be a great addition in the winter time. Each month there is a new rule that Im told about when i visit. It wasnt enough to clear all streets at night, now you cant visit even during the day without the fear of losing your car. Im pretty sure theyre trying to run the people out of the park completely, because its obvious they do not care about their tenants needs. The park is leaving them all stuck with no option but to be isolated from visitors, which includes visiting nurses and medical supplies dropoffs.

Its a mobile home park...it does have a sonic in very close proximity, so it does have that going for it.

So disappointed in this place. Lived here for 25 years and things keep changing. The put more and more rules on us here and change them for people that they like. Starting on May the 1st there will be no parking on the roads here. only 2 cars are allowed on your lot so if you have another car it is parked out it the front of park, which blocks your view of traffic. Guest parking space is at our storage area, which they took from us. Mind you that makes a far walk for any visitors that you may have to come and visit you. Have any handicap people wanting to visit, you will have to tell them not to come. The office would like to blame it on the fire department, and to come find out they have nothing to do with it. They have no explanation to there madness here. they posted fire lane signs all on the light post and even at the front of each house. Strange as this is people here are upset and would like an answer from the owner. who I might say will not come here and have a meeting with us to explain, or even try to compromise. The towing company will ripe you off and now the trailer park will too. Do not move here

Amazing staff, great community to live.

This place sucks. Living here, you are not allowed to have more than two cars, even if there are three or more spaces on the lot. That isnt very fair either because we are allowed to have six people living in one house but only two cars; this does not work. Management is terrible, they dont keep the park clean, they are NEVER available except from the 1st through the 5th (rent collection time), they destroy foliage and do not put effort into fixing it or renewing it, but if I forget to mow my lawn one week, they immediately send out a fine or eviction notice. The maintenance person doesnt know how to fix many things, he once broke my water sprocket and I was forced to pay for repair by a professional and for the part he broke. He also has a huge mound of cat litter in his yard and repeatedly has caused enormous litters of stray cats to roam our park. My dog has been attacked two times in one year because people dont follow the leash rule and when you ask management to address this, they will say its your fault you have a dog and say to get rid of it.As a non-resident, it isnt much better. Family and friends cannot visit before 8am or after 9pm. This is quite unfair as sometimes we go fishing and leave around 5am but the second a car enters the park a tow truck is following, intimidating, and will take the car regardless if you are in the car still or not.All in all, stay away from this place. Its horrid. Especially, Do NOT Move Here.

Trap house$ and dangerous people

Theyve always had a rule posted about not parking on the street. Theyve recently started enforcing the rule. Now everyone parks on the road outside the park. Now the road is one lane and its difficult to see to turn out of the park. This was a bad idea. I dont live here but my best friend does and its dangerous leaving her home now.

The park manager has to follow the rules of the owner..Chris murh..and the tow company yea is shady and theyDo preditory to me Chris is utilizing hoa rules on a 1980 rental terms .Chris and the tow company will work with some people in the park but not others its only gonna get worse from here forward. Ps it use to be a better place to live

From 9pm to 10am no cars on the road. Meaning youre not allowed to have company over, even on the weekends. Had a friend come over at 6am to go skiing, towed by 7am....$300 tow bill. The parking lot they built is a joke. Look elsewhere

Allows 151 to brake park rules. Allows racist flag to fly behind 151. No rules for lot 151. Park allows 151 to work on motorcycles anytime of day or night which is against park rules. Park allows 151 to make racist remarks to Hispanic Americans born here. Park manager refuses to enforce park rules because lot 151 is her friend. Park manager has been notified several time about the actions of lot 151 and refuses to respond to to problems by lot 151. Park manager has let 151 build and damage property on lot 152. She has let 151 bully, intimidate, and threaten lot152Videos are made of lot 151 breaking park rules including the female giving a cancer patient the finger after being told exust fuems were being pumped into to Windows of 152. Park manager is not capable of properly addressing these issues. Worst park manager ever. Beware and never trust a manager that lets racist make the rulesGo see racist flying in rear of 151 takes care of it better than old glory flying in front. Sad when a racist like 151 is allowed to torment people of different colors.

Ive lived here for 16 years and its just ok. Has gone steadily down hill for the last 10 years. I would not move here now.

Today is may 1st lets see how many people get towed in the park .there no street parking is 100%being enforced.they did an over kill on the signs but hey Chris murh can afford it .And I think the reason Chris doesnt want to meet is because he isnt going to change his mind one way or another so .going down hill fast

Lived here almost 10 years. Its bad now. Predatory towing company enforces their rules which are not marked, speeding and drifting in the park, not maintaining trees (park responsibility), destructive and theiving children who hit and throw things at cars as they drive by and take things from yards, i have been asking to have our water pressure checked out for 5 months and keep being told they will get it looked at. This is after they imstalled new water meters in the park due to changing from free (included in rent) to paid water.

Poor management, seems like the woman who is the manager has no idea how to do anything. The fence the closes off my yard has not been fixed, and its been four months since the wind took it down.

Dont rent here unless you want to be constantly watched by the maintenance and manager lady, Jean. They will write you up for every little things and are very strict- lived here for a year and leaving because I am so fed up. COCKROACHES WILL INVADE YOUR HOME, THE PARK IS INFESTED.
